Speed of process once an apt opened up. Staff's attentiveness to my parents and communication with me.

[Name removed] is phenomenal as far as sales and relationships with the residents. But the administrative staff leaves MUCH to be desired. Requests require multiple attempts to get responses or actions.

I would recommend, very nice inside, only thing is, my mom is in memory care,& I don't think they are as attentive as the independent living side. The staff is just great, very friendly

The room is very nice. The entire facility is very impressive. Many amenities for the residents. Staff very friendly.

Plenty of services available staff was very warm and inviting. I would recommend to others. Actually just did today. Unfortunately my parents didn't stay because my dad just didn't like the idea but I think it's a beautiful place.

Rivermont is still good but no laundry in unit played into that decision. Interaction with other residents is what stood out.

The facility was very nice. Rooms look good. Activities look good. Menu looks very good, many choices. Staff was very friendly. Tour guide new the names of all tenants we came across. At this time they have no rooms available in memory care. It is the priciest place of the Legend in Tulsa.

Everyone is super nice and helpful. Employees and residents! I would recommend to others.

4. My only reason for not a 5 is that it is hard to get ahold of people there--there are no direct phone extensions given out for department heads. You have to leave messages with front desk and wait for callbacks. My mother was only a resident there for three weeks. She moved in [date removed] and was taken in emergency situation to the hospital on [date removed] where she passed away on [date removed] . She told me she enjoyed Remington and found the staff friendly and helpful and the food good in her brief time there.

The staff are friendly, though there is some turnover, and it can take 30–45 minutes for staff to come and assist my mother, which often means my aunt ends up helping. The first bill was incorrect, and the system doesn’t accept payments that don’t exactly match the bill. Despite these issues, we are very tolerant and understand that other places may not be any better. Overall, I’d give a B for service and an A for the facility and environment. This was the only place that allowed my mother to avoid being forced into memory care while still living with her sister in a two-bedroom, two-bath unit—something many other places can’t offer.

The Vero beautiful and clean! They offer a range of services. I thought the showing could have been a little more informative.

We have been happy so far, my mom and stepdad have been in the facility for a little over a month. I would suggest the vero for families in the Bethlehem/ Allentown PA area. Facility is very clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and attentive. I strongly suggest taking a look at The Vero if you live in the Lehigh Valley area

Positive: great staff, very easy process to move in, individual attention, well maintained facility. Negative: level assessment was very superficial, prescription management and process in unclear and not well communicated

Great location staff was friendly. Food is good and good selection. Yes, I would recommend Acclaim Living to other families.

Since the new ownership communication on facility changes have not been very good. The place was taken over a couple of months ago and still have not received new contracts so not sure what all the changes will be. Staff is still great but they are losing a few staff members.

It's a beautiful place, very comfortable living and friendly. Plenty of activities and physical therapy crew are great. The employees seem to know all of the patients in their area. Easy to talk too and the front desk personnel are very helpful. The negative...they didn't always call someone 'out of town' when there is an issue. There were several times my Aunt called and said she had fallen and called for help but no one came. That part of the system needs 'work'.

It’s a very nice nice place. The only negative for us is no gym or outside walking area. They were friendly, residents looked happy and it was clean.

Toured Legend at Mingo Road with [name removed]. [name removed] and the various staff members we met on tour were knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was on one level, and many rooms have access to internal courtyards. Studio apartment was small, but one bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments were of adequate size. Showers in rooms, but facility did have a private walk-in bathtub which could be used by resident. On the high side of cost.

My medium-sized one bedroom apt is REALLY CUTE and AMPLE. I live upstairs and I overlook the courtyard. I get to see the dogs running around!! The staff is friendly. I haven't had time to do many activities yet. Sometimes the daily meal special is not too great, but you can order from the left side of the menu. The laundry room and storage cage are VERY close to my apartment. I love it!!!

One consistent comment among staff and residents is the overall friendliness/atmosphere of Crescent Fields. Another positive is the upkeep, the grounds and in general the Maintenance. In short I have always been happy with the community! I checked out 7 other senior living places and Crescent Fields 4 times!
