My sister is pretty happy with Arbor House. The staff are good. I have visited the community a couple of times and it seemed clean. They do offer daily activities for the residents to enjoy.

Wonderful facility! My mom is so happy there and we, as a family have peace of mind about our mothers care and quality of life.

We recently placed our parents at Arbor House Assisted Living in Norman, OK. We have been VERY pleased with all aspects of the quality of care, living facilities, meals, overseeing of medications, the interactions of staff with tenants, and very importantly with the cleanliness of the facility.

My mother and father moved here and it was not easy - they did not want to move from their home! After many visits from the sales person she was able to convince my parents to "try" it - the staff welcomed them both, spent time getting to know them and then introduced both of my parents to other residents. My parents have never been happier and I don't have to worry about them at night! If you are looking for something for your family, call them and you wont be sorry

Park West and its staff have done a wonderful job taking care of the lady I care for. The director and the staff have always made time to talk with me and help me understand what are the best choices for the lady that I have helped move into this facility. They have demonstrated wisdom and genuine care for her with a very compassionate approach. The rooms are very specious and the atmosphere is very friendly and warm. I highly recommend this wonderful assisted living facility.

The staff here is wonderful. They are so good with the residents and they treat them with care, dignity, and respect. There is a family atmosphere here. The facility itself is always clean and well maintained. The only issue we have had here was a lack of communication, but it seems to be getting better.

I can't say enough about Windsor. All the staff there have genuinely wonderful and friendly attitudes, smile when we've asked for anything and in more instances than not, fulfill our request right on the spot, even when we wouldn't have minded waiting a bit. The atmosphere all over the building, hallways and common areas is VERY comfortable, warm and homey feeling with beautiful carpeting and antique furniture pieces in the hallways and lots of warm colors and little niches with puzzles tables (with partially-done puzzles on them!), a beautiful, cozy but good-sized library and porches and courtyards outside with rocking chairs to enjoy being outside. In-between meals a sandwich or cup of coffee and a snack are available in the bistro and regular meals are served three times a day in the dining room. The apartments are clean and very attractive and the nursing and care staff VERY attentive and thorough, and check on her frequently, but not so much as to be intrusive of her peace and privacy. Last but definitely not least there are all kinds of activities to choose from every day, several times a day. My active and social mother is very happy there and has made friends there in a short time, since moving in. I honestly could not be more impressed with the Windsor or pleased with our choice for my mother.

Very likable as far as looks and professional employees. My mom likes the place and can't find anything to complain about, but still wants to go home. Food is very good and they have different activities all the time. They we're comparable in price with the ones we compared but being on the smaller size was a big plus.

My mother has been in Sunrise of McCandless for a little over 3 weeks now and we are very pleased and happy with all the staff. They have went out of their way to accommodate my mother's needs and have made her feel at home during this difficult time in her life. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is concerned about putting their love one in an assisted living. A very trustworthy and caring place.

They have been great. We are pretty happy with them. We haven't had any complaints about the food whatsoever. I would give them a four and a half.

Overall I think they do a good job at The Windsor at San Pablo! My loved ones have only been here a short time, but they seem to be settling in well. The staff is friendly and caring, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They have a lot to offer the people who live here! The food is decent, and they've got a good variety of activities and events (I do think it would be nice if they had a few more activities planned with the men in mind). So far we're pleased with our choice!

I have a friend who lives there. Very nice place with a very caring staff. Great activities and good food. seems like a wonderful place to spend your later years in comfort.

As someone who has toured numerous facilities in this city, I can honestly say this facility is the upper crust! The staff is friendly, helpful, and smiling. Too often, these types of facilities are housed with low paid individuals who seem more bothered than accommodating. The facility is gorgeous in appearance. It is super clean and there is no smell. This place is very near major travel arteries and very easily accessed. The amenities seem to be a notch higher in quality than you’ll find elsewhere. They have additional assistance available on-site should you or a loved one need a little extra help. You will also notice that the scene seems more alive. Other places sometimes feel like “ghost towns.” That is not the case here. There are always plenty of activities and outings to attend. A lot of places the food is miserable. This community actually gives you a choice most meals. I would highly recommend this place should you need retirement living, or even retirement living with a little assistance, in the OKC area. Trust me. You simply aren’t going to find better for the price in OKC!

It was a family decision to put my parents in The Windsor at Ortega. There was a lot of back and forth discussion among the family members, and we decided on The Windsor at Ortega. Everybody there is super friendly. My dad was very resistant to the idea, but the people at The Windsor at Ortega have bent over backwards to help my dad adjust. He's a 92 year old ex military man who is pretty set in his ways, nevertheless he is adjusting well. Everybody there is very helpful and they are doing very well.

We had to make a very difficult decision after the Dr's. At senior diagnostic center did not feel she should go home because of her dementia. I had been working with a counselor at A place for Mom. She helped me in the decision making. Legend for the last month has worked with mom getting her settled in. It has been a positive situation.

She likes it and seems to be doing really well. The staff is helpful and friendly. She likes the food and the people. They have stuff to do, and I heard that they have a new activity director. She hasn't complained about anything really. Overall they are doing pretty good.

My mother loves living at The Wellington. She experiences being cared for by all employees, from the administrative staff to the housekeeping and dining room staff. As an older person feeling respected is essential for emotional, mental and physical health. She has it all at The Wellington.

I've been very impressed. They regularly check up on my mom. Everybody has been very friendly, and the building is beautiful. The dining room is luxurious, although my mom has been a little disappointed in the meals.

We are very pleased with Emeritus at Gainesville. The staff is so friendly, caring and willing to help. Mom says she feels like she's "being spoiled". She also is very involved with most of the multitude of activities offered. She enjoys the weekly outings. Overall, we know that she is safe and happy. We no longer worry about her. We appreciate Susie for all of her guidance and caring as we made this decision. She was a great help and I would highly recommend her.
