Great facility. Ranks high in all aspects.

Director was great. Music every day - singalong. Roommates, and her roomie would have a dog visitor. No cats, yes, some men. People seemed a little lower-functioning than Mom is today. Place seemed a little too back (68 people). Great courtyard. Good energy, lots of care.

Private pay only. A very nice place with good facilities. We liked what we saw. They only have semi-private rooms.

This place was very nice and clean but behind the doors where the residents lived was the smell of urine. It could of been because of the time we came for our visit. We will go back with Mom soon to check out the smell and so she can make a choice on where to place Dad. She is seeing that this needs to happen for both of their well being very soon. We have an appointment for him to see his primary doctor this week and will have the doctor fill out the necessary paperwork to begin the process. I will keep you posted.

I think they're going through some growing pains as a new facility. They've had some staffing issues and a shortage of caregivers, but overall it's a nice place. It's very friendly and very open. They have multiple areas where the residents can walk around. There are lots of things going on and people moving about. It has been a learning process figuring out how to best support my loved one there and the staff there. I visited several other places with a lot less residents and felt like this would be a better fit for my loved one. We'll see how things go as the challenges of dementia progress over time.

I would tell others that the administration lacks overall. I believe the community is short staffed as a whole, in combination of the pandemic made things a bit tricky. We are still waiting on a refund after nearly 2 months. It would have been nice to have condolences from the administration as well to the family, after our loved one's passing. The caregivers are very caring and are wonderful to work with. The follow through could be improved, and the admittance could be improved as well. Both could have had time to reach out to family as a way to improve. The food seemed more intuitional. They had lots of activities for the residents to choose from. It seemed there was always something going on for them.

This facility was a very nice, clean facility with many activities for seniors to do. The caretakers were very accommodating and friendly, and seemed to have a lot of experience with assisting the residents. The rooms are spacious, and the food is pretty good as well! Like most facilities, they could always use more caretakers and less administrators. They do provide doctors, dentists, that will come to the facility if you are unable to take your family member out.

I really like Copper Creek Inn. I toured here fro my loved one, and really appreciated the openness of the community. It's bright, open place. However, I saw that they did not offer any outings for the residents. I really wanted that to be part of my loved one's lifestyle, so I decided to go with another community.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions that we had for them. It was just not the right choice for him in the end decision.

The rooms at this community are not as nice as the entrance to this community. The staff I met seemed nice and they say they do encourage the residents to be social and not spend a lot of time in their rooms. They seem to offer a lot of nice amenities. I would recommend that if you look at this community you go at a meal time. Make sure to ask about the activities offered to see if they would be something your loved one might be interested in.

Placing loved ones in ANY care center is difficult but 'The Gardens' is a wonderful home, The facilities are welcoming and clean, the staff is fantastic. Like most facilities, the food is not the best but acceptable. It is costly, but most care facilities are expensive. Would recommend this facility.

Very lovely facility. Was disappointed that rooms did not have separate baths. Rooms were spacious and attractive. Staff was very friendly. Very nice dining facility. Director gave good tour of facility and was warm and friendly. Felt that large of a facility would not work for my relative with their dementia as too much of a risk of them falling.

This community had a very friendly staff. My tour went well, I got to talk to some of the residents. The things they inform us of that was going on in the community wasn't good. They did not recommend we move here. It is a good looking community. The outside of the community was very basic, it looked out on to a street. It is a nice community with a friendly staff.

My mother is a very social person. Canterbury Gardens has been very good for her because of this. Mom has Altzimers, but she still loves to be around people. She also loves to give kisses and to nurture others. It has given her lots of opportunities to do that. Because of this, she has basically stopped obsessing about things. I use Canterbury Gardens as a day care facility for her. It works very well for me. I also have a care giver at my home frequently that help in other parts of her care. Canterbury recently did just go into quarantine because of an upper respiratory infection there. I suppose that happens to places like that. There are a lot of elderly people staying there and a lot of people come and go. So mom is quite bored right now. I look forward to being able to take her there again. I also appreciate all the activities that they attempt to keep their charges involved in.

This has been a difficult transition for us, but the staff at Silver Creek have been there for us in this trying situation. The staff is great with the residents and the facility seems to be well run and it always kept clean

The people at Arbor Hills were wonderful. In the initial transfer, somewhere between the pharmacy and the community the ball was dropped on her meds. I thought it was a great place, to be honest. But I was under the impression that they were going to help with getting compassionate care, and medicaid set up. But they didn't ever really do that.

Very helpful and kind staff, They make my family member feel valued and as if they look forward to seeing him. They also are good at keeping our family in the loop. Our family member likes it at the facility and loves having the people to visit with especially the staff. The staff seems respectful and seem to fit this work well.

When we went to tour this place, we didn't meet with the normal marketing guy, and it felt a little more sales like. They were very state of the art, and high tech. They had a huge nurses station, and it felt very sterile and clinical. They also had a lot of shared rooms, which wasn't our ideal situation.

My mother paid extra for a higher level of care that was inconsistently delivered. Staff was not always trained as they should be, many did not use proper procedures to control cross contamination. This was a constant issue, dangling bracelets when providing personal care, long hair in the way etc. etc. There was confusion over medications.

Be very clear about the level of care you are charged for and receive Be cautious about medications/ always ask what meds are being given The food is acceptable but for those with difficultly chewing the menu is not ideal, even soups have big chunks of veggies etc
