I really liked this facility and the options they provide. Affordable for our situation.

The people at v are all very friendly. Even the director is very involved with the residents. My one complaint is that they are not shaving my dad. And I am not sure if they are taking him to the bathroom every two hours like they say. The food is really delicious, and all the basic necessities are very much taken care of. Overall everything with Silver Creek Inn Memory Care has been great and I would recommend them.

It's taken quite a bit of oversight on our part to make sure things that are supposed to be happening, are actually getting done. Overall it's a pretty good place, though. They are always quick to respond if we bring anything up. The challenge with activities, is that it's a memory care facility and there are different levels of functioning. They have a lot of the same things everyday, and they aren't particularly things my loved one is interested in. It's clean but there has been some difficulty getting all the laundry back, as is true with a lot of communities. Everyone is very friendly, though there is a bit of a language barrier with a lot of the caregivers.

We are quite happy with them. I don't have any major concerns or complaints. I don't give anyone a five, but I would give them a four.

My wife has been residing at the Sterling Commons for one year this month. The setting is lovely and the staff is caring and supportive of the my wife and responsive to me. I am notified immediately of incidents, both positive and negative. Recently, my wife, who has been nonverbal began to speak. I received a call from the staff notifying me of the occurrence and I was able to visit with her while she was conversant. I have been concerned about marginal staffing levels and have expressed my concerns. My complaints were received in a positive manner and I am led to believe that a reorganization is to take place that will make significant contributions to increased staffing. While no placement is the same as having my wife home, the "Commons" is a safe and comfortable place.

Very nice facility. 24 hour nursing coverage. Good feedback from friends and providers in my area. Not good fit for Mom as we are looking for a more quiet environment.

Everything is going pretty well. There have been a few situations that are kind of unexplained. There was a missing item, and there has been a bruise that they don't know how it happened. Other than that it's pretty standard things. The activities are pretty constant, they do a good job of trying to engage the residents. The quality of the food is not quite where I thought it would be, it's kind of institutional. There are choices on the menu but you don't really get to pick. If they don't like what they are having they will bring something else. The staff seems a little light on the weekends. We chose them because the director was very good, and the place shows really well it's new and it's clean, it's a nice facility, it's not as institutional feeling as some of the others.

We're using Copper Creek Inn for day care services, and so far our experience has been a good one! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been easy to work with. They're approachable, friendly, have been pretty consistent in terms of the care that they provide.

They do a very good job. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. They do a good job with being attentive and responsive. My loved one doesn't really participate in the activities much, but they have them. The food is plain, it's nutritious, but not seasoned very much. I am quite pleased with the place, though.

My mom really likes Park Wood assisted living facility. The staff is nice to her and she enjoys the residents there. The food is also good. If there was ever an issue, they've taken care of it with no problems. The facility is pretty clean. I would recommend the facility to others.

They do a good job. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. It seems like they serve a lot of starch, not enough fresh fruits and vegetables with the meals. Benjamin is very attentive, and approachable to talk to, he is always willing to stop and chat in the halls, and Nadia is wonderful too, they are both very special and really make the place great.

We thought this was a nice looking place! Based on what we saw during our tour the facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff seemed friendly and caring. We ended up choosing another community we thought would be a better fit.

It’s a rough transition. The food is acceptable, but my loved one liked it a lot when she first moved in. There are activities. There is an outside area where people can go. Most of the time the staff responds quickly. The Canterbury has more staff than some of the other communities we toured.

We chose Sterling Commons for my father -in-law. Very well run , clean, super friendly. Not cheap but less than a nursing home & much more of a home atmosphere.

There is a doctor that comes into the building. It's a fairly new building, and really a beautiful place with wide hallways and fairly big rooms. They have activities in the morning and the afternoon, if you get bored it's because you don't want to do anything. They have two T.V. rooms. The communication in the beginning about heath problems was little shakey. The food is usually very good, and looks very attractive. The management staff is all really friendly.

This is a nice community, and our loved one seems happy here! It's always very clean, and the staff have all been friendly and professional. We haven't heard any complaints about the food (and knowing how picky my loved one can be that's a good sign!) All that being said, we do feel like they talked things up a bit too much during the sales process. It is a nice place, but after everything they said it wasn't quite what they promised.

I like the openness, where her room is is close to everything so she doesn't go very far. Everyone is pretty friendly. They are starting a support group to where once a month I can go in and talk about things and the way things are going, and I think that's a good thing. It's bright, wasn't dark, the hallways and things like that. I've seen her talk with the other people there, and she seems to be socializing, but she does have her moments.

For what we signed up for, the care is good. I think they're doing a pretty good job. My parents seem happy there. The overall value is the best out there, price-wise. They have all kinds of activities - cards, field trips, movies, music, sing-a-longs. They've got lots of stuff going on everyday. The food is alright. I'd give the food a three.

This was our (my husband also went)first tour; the facility was immaculate. The manager was very informative and discussed what the levels of care were and the costs for both shared and private rooms. There was a fee for the assessment paperwork. The cost factor was inline for our needs. My husband really liked this facility; there was another family coming to look at the private room over the weekend
