I really do enjoy this community and they are taking very good care of my husband. It is a comfortable community and they are really nice and kind here. The staff is wonderful and very helpful to him and his needs. They are very accommodating, even when I am there they offer me lunch for free. The community is very well kept and looks clean and nice. The food is great, they have two cooks and all the food is homemade which is very good. This is a really nice community that I would recommend.

I felt compelled to write after reading the review entitled "The Worst Memory Care Facility Ever". My family member has been a resident of Arbor Hills for over 2 years and the facility I have experienced is not by any means the same as that described by the author of "Worst Ever....". Although not perfect, the staff at Arbor Hills is dedicated, hard-working and caring. The Executive Director and 24/7 nursing staff are excellent. They communicate well and are accessible to both residents and family members. As a regular visitor, I have always found the facility to be clean, odor-free and well-maintained. This applies to both the common areas and resident's rooms. Anyone touring memory care facilities on behalf of a loved one should consider Arbor Hills. Although it may not end up being the best fit for everyone, it should be on the list of possible contenders.

My mother is alone for the first time in her life. The staff has been helpful to her, and also to me. She is getting the stimulation that she needs by having other people around. She has meet a couple of ladies that are becoming friends. Would I do this again? I would say Yes.

The building was a bit dated but it was clean and fresh, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is not a bad place. The staff is polite, caring and professional. The facility is new, so it is very nice and well maintained. There could be more communication, but all in all, Amber Creek Inn is doing just fine.

Things are going very well. As far as I know, the staff is great and the facility is well maintained. We do not have any complaints with Madison House. So far, the facility is doing a pretty good job overall.

This is a great facility. Every time we have come here, it was nice and clean. The staff is helpful and very nice and understanding. The other residents are so friendly too. The food is pretty decent, but could be better.

The only thing they could improve on is the information that they give up front. Some things have changed since my Mom moved in. The administration could use improvement, but the staff that cares for the residents is great.

Everything there is good. She is 98 years old so there is not a lot she can do, she is just in her room all day. It's more of an assisted living place, for people who can get up and go and she just does not do that.

They are really friendly and accommodating and my dad is very happy there. However, they have messed up on the pills. He has received them and they are suppose to bring them at a certain time and they wouldn't be there and they'd come later. It is quite clean, but every now and then they would forget to clean some garbage cans. It seems to be a good place for my dad though.

I would say that I am impressed that they have good caring people and I like their interaction with the residents. They could improve on their communication, because I am out of state so getting a sense of what is going on there can be confusing sometimes, but other than that they have been doing well.

Mom is very happy at Sterling Inn. The nurses are all very pleasant. When it came to insurance, it turns out they do not have an official state nursing home license and that made a difference on what is covered. My mother really likes it there at Sterling Inn.

My mother is a veteran and they helped us to apply for her VA benefits, which really took a huge load off of me. I was looking for that kind of help, and when they said they would take care of it for me I was very relieved. In that regard they were really amazing. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. My mother is still getting used to it, but overall she is doing well and they have been very helpful. They have been amazing and very accommodating, willing to do anything for her.

Staff was wonderful. Building recently renovated so the building is very appealing. Front entrance a bit off putting though. Not renovated and the buttons to open the double doors requires entering the first door and then pushing a second button to open inner door. My mom rented a one bedroom suite that was huge. Kitchen lacks a stove/oven but all other appliances are provided. Residents were friendly to a point, greeting each other but not much more than that. Dining area huge with lots of wait staff. But on many occasions kitchen would run out of one of the two choices for the main dinner meal. Some meals were excellent while others left much to be desired. Rent a bit high at $3900 for the one bedroom suite. Maintenance was quick to respond to situations.

The Hampton at Salmon Creek Memory Care is really a very great facility. The residents enjoy it there and all the staff is very nice and helpful. One area for improvement would be to have a little better communication with the families, keeping us informed of how things are going, responding promptly, etc. Other than that everything has really been great.

I really liked this facility and the options they provide. Affordable for our situation.

The people at v are all very friendly. Even the director is very involved with the residents. My one complaint is that they are not shaving my dad. And I am not sure if they are taking him to the bathroom every two hours like they say. The food is really delicious, and all the basic necessities are very much taken care of. Overall everything with Silver Creek Inn Memory Care has been great and I would recommend them.

It's taken quite a bit of oversight on our part to make sure things that are supposed to be happening, are actually getting done. Overall it's a pretty good place, though. They are always quick to respond if we bring anything up. The challenge with activities, is that it's a memory care facility and there are different levels of functioning. They have a lot of the same things everyday, and they aren't particularly things my loved one is interested in. It's clean but there has been some difficulty getting all the laundry back, as is true with a lot of communities. Everyone is very friendly, though there is a bit of a language barrier with a lot of the caregivers.

We are quite happy with them. I don't have any major concerns or complaints. I don't give anyone a five, but I would give them a four.

My wife has been residing at the Sterling Commons for one year this month. The setting is lovely and the staff is caring and supportive of the my wife and responsive to me. I am notified immediately of incidents, both positive and negative. Recently, my wife, who has been nonverbal began to speak. I received a call from the staff notifying me of the occurrence and I was able to visit with her while she was conversant. I have been concerned about marginal staffing levels and have expressed my concerns. My complaints were received in a positive manner and I am led to believe that a reorganization is to take place that will make significant contributions to increased staffing. While no placement is the same as having my wife home, the "Commons" is a safe and comfortable place.
