Amber Creek Inn was our second choice, I was very impressed with [Removed]. It was obvious that she cares about the residents. Everyone there was very active and I loved the decor, it works very well. The thing that stopped us was that they have all of the stages of Alzheimer together. We wanted my mother to be around her same level of care.

My husband has been at Creekside Inn for almost a year. I must say the staff are always friendly, cheerful and willing to address any questions. The facility is beautiful and generally clean. The rooms are large and clean with nice windows for light. I have lunch there at times and the food is always delicious, good variety and large portions. If something is not liked, I've seen staff fix what the resident requests. Creekside is a large facility so there's lots of area to walk around or sit comfortably when out of the room. One the nicest features is the outdoor atrium area. Weather permitting the doors are open and residents can go outside for fresh air at any time. I haven't seen this in any other facility. It's also a great place to sit with a loved one and visit. Creekside has lots of activities out there in the summer from BBQ's, to ice cream socials for residents and families. The staff try really hard but with so many residents in a large facility it's not easy to manage them 100% of the time. My husband has had several altercations with other residents but nothing the staff cannot defuse quickly. I always get a pleasant phone call for anything that happens involving my husband. The only cons I might mention is a lot of staff turn-over recently, so I miss those who have left and was so good with my husband. Also, the inability of staff to keep the residents personal belongings in the right room. My husband has never been able to keep a pair of glasses there but staff will search for his things anytime I ask. I do recommend Creekside Inn because no place is perfect but Creekside at least tries!

My friend is doing great! The staff has been very nice and the facility is very clean. My friend does not like to get out and participate in activities too much, but there are options available to him. My friend is meeting many new people and he is very comfortable at Spring Creek.

I like Creekside Inn. I believe my "STAR" rating is fair and accurate and has taken into consideration the depth and breadth of my mother's experience there. The staff there is friendly, competent and responsive. The residence is clean and tidy, but not immaculate. The floors, window and walls are always clean and all the facilities fixtures and displays are in good repair. I believe the best description is that it looks lived in, which to some may not be a complement. So let me explain. When I go there and observe staff walking the halls and interacting with residents, helping them, redirecting them from a dangerous activity or consoling them in a time of crisis, I do not care if, perhaps, there is some dust on some of the displays or a picture is crooked or if there is someone's slipper sitting in an odd place. I am grateful, instead, for the many times that I walk into the residence and have found a caretaker checking my mother's blood pressure or asking her why she was not at breakfast or asking her if she needs anything or they greet me by name in foyer and tell that mother is not feeling well today. That I care about and appreciate. The staff at Creekside assisted my mother and our family during a time of crisis with compassionate counsel and immediate response to our inquiries requests. And they make my mother's issues disappear with minimal follow through on my part. For that and many things I will be forever grateful.

This is a wonderful community, and my wife is doing very well with her move to this community. She is safe, and receiving great care. The staff is wonderful, they have been attentive, and helpful. The activities director is amazing, she is very upbeat. She is great at what she does. This a brand new community so everything is very well maintained. She is eating well, and has even put on some weight. I like the fact that the whole building is memory care. I'am paying less than the other community she was at. This is a wonderful, secure community, and I would highly recommend it.

We like the care at this community for my mom. The community is clean and the staff are very caring. The menu of the meals are appealing. The staff need to communicate more with each other. They have alot of activities that are available. I would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one one.

We liked this community when we toured it. This community was our second choice. The community is nice and clean. I was impressed with the staff I met. The community we choose was a little closer to us.

The interaction between the staff and residents is very positive. I like the place and my daughter has visited my husband and says they seem to be working well with him and keeping him safe. I have not been very involved myself but it comforts me to know things are working out.

We were interested in this community. This community is not open yet, however I think it is going to be fabulous community. The people I met were nice. Dad would consider moving here once it opens if he likes what they offer.

We toured this community. The staff were nice . They did want the residents out of there rooms to be active with others. They would not allow my father to be in a surrounding of his own. They did not have a private room that we were needing. They did not have anything for my dad to be able to communicated if needing. assitance. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I have been most impressed with the quality of meals at this community. The chef is wonderful and it is defiantly restaurant quality food. They even have guest come in often to eat at there bistro. I also have been very pleased with the administration and cafeteria staff. They have been very helpful on accommodating my loved ones needs and making sure my mom is happy. I am hoping for some improvements on the nursing staff though, I have expressed my concern to supervisors and hope to see change.

I liked that this was a brand new community and that everything was new and very modern. They had a great staff selection and everyone seemed very nice. They also had a great memory care unit that I thought was a highlight of there facility. Overall It was a pleasant experience just was not the right fit for my mother.

When I walked into the Delaware Plaza, everyone was very friendly. The thing I did not like was the rooms. They were small and in the bathrooms, the area between the toilet and shower was too small and I could not fit my wheelchair in there. It would have been dangerous for me to live there personally.

I like it, it's very comfortable. The people are pretty friendly, and it's pretty clean. Overall I would give them a 4 out of 5. The food could have a little more protein, I think. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a place.

I am very happy with the care that my mom received here. The staff members are outstanding. The menu was very good and my mom likes the choices. They do offer a good variety of activities. We liked knowing that the manager knew everyone's name and that is a great feeling to know that he goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this community for other families for the great care and value.

This is a nice community for my dad. He is safe and well taken care of. They do offer activities for him to patriciate . The staff is very nice and caring. The food needs alittle improvement. I would recommend this to other families for the great care here.

This community is very good. The staff is very helpful and kind. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer alot of great activities. We would just hope that they do not loose laundry. We would recommend this community for other families.

This is a nice community, and my tour went very well. The community is well-kept. From what I saw everything appeared to be be nice and clean. The staff I met was kind and friendly. They were also informative, my questions were answered. It was a pleasant experience, but this wasn't the place for my mom.

The staff is great and very helpful. The community is kept clean most of the time. There has been times when I come to visit my loved one and I have had to tell the staff that things need to be tidied up. The staff is good at keeping me informed about my loved one. The activities are great, but I would like to see more for my loved one and for them to offer outings to get out and get fresh air. I would recommend this community to others.

Nice but got bad vibes. Way to expensive.
