The community was clean, and the staff were friendly. The community did let us know they were understaffed. The community felt very cold temperature wise, even during the summer months. The information wasn't as complete as we would have liked during the tour.

My mother has been her 4 years this coming [date removed]. When she first came in it was very nice here! Good food and lots of activities. PRESENTLY.. food not good, not enough food, when a person lives here and takes part in activities where prizes are given, participants have been told “too many prizes are given away”! And the prizes they get are cheap ones from the Dollar Store!! As a resident here, my mom likes the fact she has her own apartment and her own furniture from her home but things just aren’t the same! And that’s sad with what she has to pay monthly to stay here! I would think, with what she pays alone, they could afford to do more with the residents and most of all, have decent meals for them!!

The main issue that bothers me is lockdowns for Covid issues. We only have one elevator. It was not working for three months and only just now got fixed, which is terrible for people in wheelchairs and walkers. For what we pay to be here, I don't think it's worth it.

I toured Foxbridge Assisted Living & Memory care; it was okay. We chose another community because Foxbridge was an older facility and the inside was a little dated.

Not much variety and choices when it came to the meals of which he enjoyed to eat. The meals is a big factor is cost and he's not utilizing that service

There has been problems, with changing my loved ones clothes, and doing basic things for them. There is lack of communication with the director. Overall, I am not too happy with this facility.

We toured with Amity Place and the facility looked depressing and old. They were very nice. We got a tour of the one room and dining area due to Covid. Our family just did not feel that this facility was going to be the right fit for our loved one.

No communication from nursing to the patients family. I know there is a staff shortage but sometimes hard to find anyone to get info from. The activities director is the best!! She makes sure my mom gets to the classes and encourages her to socialize. My mom said food is just ok. The aids who bath mom and assist her are wet friendly and caring. .

When my loved one first got here she was having issues and they stated that she would need a full time sitter and this was not something that we could handle and my loved one had to be moved. A lot of the patients are not able to get around as much and my loved one is able to get around more so if you are looking for a more active community this is not it.

I like the size of the facility. Memory care has 20 patients. My Mom is so happy where she is. They could improve on providing the facility more caring for. This is a locked memory care unit and is located on the first floor. I really like the activities director as she is very engaging. They offer a calendar of activities monthly. One of the activities involve a memory game using photographs of family and friends, and I know my loved one will love that.

This community used to be under different management and it was great. I actually used the services a few times. Now I can not get them to return a call with the new company that has taken over.

They are friendly here at Creekside Terrace. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. It is easy to get acquainted with other residents if you want to get acquainted. Bridge, bingo, dominos, scrabble, cards, entertainment and more are some activities for the residents to choose from to stay engaged within the community. The food is okay. They are short of staff in the dining area. The staff are good to work with if there are any questions or concerns that come up.

This was a great community I just felt that there was another community that was a better fit for my loved one. This community was also on the bigger side and I was looking for something not as big and more homey feeling for our loved one.

I liked that Rolling Meadows Place was close to my home. The place was clean, and the people were very friendly and nice. But there weren't any activities. It seemed like patients were kind of just sitting around and didn’t seem to be engaged in anything. The atmosphere was very quiet and somber. My loved one wants to be in the middle of things and active. There just wasn’t enough life and liveliness for her here.

There has been a ton of staff turnover, from management down to the everyday staff they are just having such a hard time finding people. They are currently in another lock down due to another covid outbreak. I do not like that the front door is open so that people can come and go as they please, that causes safety issues for the memory care residents especially. The care has not been very good and they have not been taking her numbers as they should be and that has been very frustrating.

Rose Hill didn't have anything specific for memory care. The people were nice. Overall this was not a good fit for my loved one.

This community was nice; however, it is off a major highway.

For the price, we are paying I feel that the rooms should be cleaned more often. They only provide transportation to Dr. appointments if it is in the local area. I would recommend the community even with these issues they still do a good job.

Overall, I was pretty happy with the community. There were some concerns over the medical part for my loved one. I wish there was better follow up for my loved one. There were some activities such as bingo, music, and more for the residents to choose from.
