The residents are wonderful. Some staff, who stay, are amazing. Remainder of list needs improvement. At the moment, we would not recommend The Willow to other families based on the experience we have had.

Overall the place is wonderful. The activities are great, food has been top notch, very clean, and a very friendly staff. My concern, and after speaking to other families they feel the same, is we have gone several times to find employees smoking out front. We also have noticed that one employee has had alcohol on her breathe more then once.

The general staff personal are super friendly and helpful, the office staff are more interested in keeping the place operating than interacting with the residents. the food is tolerable, but extremely salty and overcooked. The residents are early to bed and early to rise ( quite geriatric).

My Uncle was in the facility the last two months of his life. I do not feel the facility is capable of the care needed for someone who is in need of a walker and/or wheelchair full time. They seemed content to have him lay in bed all day. They put him in a bed that did not have sheets on the bed. During my conversation about the lack of sheets I was told " that happened to several residents at that time, we are using that as a training opportunity". This is obviously unacceptable. It was difficult to get a return call or email from [name removed], exec director. I had to contact the sales person to get in touch with her. The facility may be fine for someone who is capable of doing most things independently. However, I would not look for them to do much more than provide food and a clean atmosphere.

My Uncle was in RFL at the end of his life. He required assistance in most facets of his daily life. RFL does not seem well equipped for someone needing this level of attention and care. It seems the staff was perfectly comfortable to allow him to lay in bad all day. There was an instance where he was placed in bed without any sheets, even though he had many sets of sheets available. I was told at the time that this had happened to "several" residents that day and they "were using this as a training opportunity". [name removed], Executive Director, is very difficult to contact. It wasn't a case where I was contacting her on a daily, or even weekly basis, she simply did not contact me. I found it best to contact [name removed] (sales) for a response of to get in contact with [name removed]. My Uncle called in distress and I waited on hold for over 30 mins, nobody ever answered the phone. Perhaps this facility is acceptable for minimal assistance. I would discourage it for anything more than that.

Based on the duration that my loved one stayed - The concept of the facility is great; but the operation of the facility is poor and unorganized / this effected the adequate care needed/ CNAs poor care or no care at all. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. It needs to be inspected.

Auburn Hill was good before the new management company came in. The only complaint my Mom had in the past was about the food. Other than that it was great. And the location adn view are unmatched in the area. But now that the new management company is there things have really gone down hill. The food is worse, they are short staffed, and only appear to care about getting rent from the residents and now making sure they are cared for. The good staff are all thinking of leaving which is very troubling. They are allowing people to move in that need high levels of care and then are not providing it which is dangerous. It is stressful for my mom to relocate but if things don't start to turn around for the better we will need to move her for her emotional and physical well being.

My husband and I have been residents at Cedar Woods for eight years through two owners: Holiday and Holiday by Atria. Currently, under Holiday by Atria, (2 1/2 yrs.) our personal satisfaction has dwindled in many areas. We have had personnel changes at more than 60%, we have gone from fresh, executive chef prepared meals, to no-chef prepared meals. Instead we are offered processed, frozen, bulk prepared items for lunch and dinner. Breakfast includes eggs of choice, frozen waffles and pancakes, diced fruit, toast/muffin, cold/hot cereal, along with bacon, sausage, ham slice. Few/no, healthy choices are offered. We pay for 3 meals a day. Many bring their own food to meals just to enjoy the company of others. Right now, I would rate Cedar Woods, Holiday by Atria, very low. The residents are great, the location is convenient, our resident transportation is very good. We need serious, caring, as-advertised attention to these issues and restore Cedar Woods to its former self.

They do not do rounds at night, even though I asked them and they said yes they would check on her often. My Mom fell on the floor in the night, the house keeper found her around 9am and the blood around her head had already started to dry up. Her shirt was stuck to the floor. When I asked about her glasses they said they threw them away, they were all bent up. ER sent her back there and again they told me they would keep a extra eye on her. 2 days later she fell again and this time ended up with a brain bleed. She had only been there 2 weeks. After the brain bleed she can not walk so she is in a wheelchair. I could go on and on but I won't. I'm sorry I would not recommend that place to anyone.

They should not have taken my loved one due to not being a good candidate for the Level Cottage care - (they placed my loved one in the Memory Care Cottage). My loved one could not walk, but my loved one's mind is really good. It was not really the right choice, but my loved one did not want to go to a Nursing Home. My loved one needed more skilled nursing care than they were staffed to handle and the night staff was awful to my loved one. I believe that my loved one should not have chosen this place.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this location Where is cleanliness? It could be a lot better than what it is Power is friendliness. Law of the people here are friendly. Some of the staff it's like together chip on their shoulder Quality of care. I've seen a heck of him a lot better Is far as the food. I'd rather buy my own which we do now and cook our own. Half the time, it's not what they say, it is or it comes out cold or it's not what it's supposed to be on the menu. I wouldn't pay you a dime to eat here Activities have gotten better than what they were. But it's still not the greatest In regard to value for your money. I'm paying [removed] for a 2 bedroom apartment which is supposed to go up next month by [removed]. But we're leaving and I've done. It's not anywhere near the value. For your money I could stay at a motel better than I could hear and pay less money. In regard to value for your money. My mother was a resident at the facility for short-time beginning in August 2023. Staffing shortages were almost a constant issue. Family members of residents held multiple meetings with administration to discuss quality of food served, staff shortage, cleanliness of facility and cleanliness of resident's rooms. Employee turnover in the positions of Executive Director, Medication Aide and LPN were frequent. In October 2023 and November 2023, The Warren was served by the VA Department of Social Services with multiple violations regarding missed doses of controlled substances, altering medication administration records, failing to ensure direct care staff maintained current first aid certification and many other violations.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Rutherford Assisted Living and overall the experience for her at this facility was poor. There are major problems going on at this facility. I had a few major concerns, the first being the big turn over in staff and upper management. The second, relative to that, is the staff not answering call lights many times. Lastly, one of the night shift workers came into my loved one's room and stole her cellphone. This is not a facility that I would put my loved one in, I do not recommend it to others.

They were good at first but went downhill.Look someplace else. We picked this community for our loved one because of your recomendation.

The Terraces at Parke Place community is very clean, the residents and staff members alike are very friendly. the meals were good and the price was reasonable. However during the time our loved one was there, they did not take care of her needs or wants which resulted in her having a broken hip. The communication was also not the best.

Their on staff doctor was very unreliable and unreachable. He prescribed a medicine we could not afford and would not work with the drug company in order for us to join a financial aid program. He just left us high and dry. I do not recommend Rutherford Memory Care I can't speak towards the care giver staff. The experience with the doctor is what caused me to not even consider them.

Foxbridge was last on my list. Building & Grounds esthetically unappealing, needs updating inside and out, staff ratio appeared lower than stated, dust cobwebs in "model" room, no call back to me for follow-up.

The staffing was short. The billing and trying to keep all of that straight and communicate with the billing person was also very difficult. We took our loved one out of here after only about a month and a half. There was 2 months I was paying and he was not even there, I understand you have to pay for the room but they were charging me for the meds and nursing care. I really had to fight with them to try and get that back. When we were moving in we were not aware of this, but they had just been bought out by another company. Apparently it has really gone downhill. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not recommend The Rutherford to others looking based off of our experience.

Nice rooms. They never deep clean the rooms. Terrible with medication mgmt. Lots of turnover with staff. They attempt to do activities but only a couple of residents participate so it's not fun. Charge to eat a meal in your room.

They don't encourage the residents to get invovled in the activities. There is maybe one staff member that really helps, but other staff does not really seem to care, and tthier is lack of communication. They seemed to have changed things, once my loved one got into the place. My loved one complains, that the food is terrible and does not taste good.
