I recently had the opportunity to visit Dover Place Assisted Living, and I came away very impressed. The entire facility has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, creating a positive and comforting environment for residents and visitors alike. A special thank you to [Name removed], who provided incredibly helpful information and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care. Her knowledge and kindness truly made the visit even more meaningful. I would also like to recognize the kitchen team for preparing a delicious lunch. It was clear that great care goes into both the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Overall, Dover Place Assisted Living stands out as a place where residents are treated with dignity and compassion. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a supportive and welcoming community.

Ladies that warmed my heart at Foxbridge were [names removed]. They work extremely hard, and I hope they are appreciated by their administrators. Mom's room was good. Her roommate was great. The food was fine. The grounds are beautiful. Mom and I fed the ducks a lot!!!

The staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and has a homey vibe. The rooms are spacious and light-filled. I really appreciated the open communication between the nurses and families. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dad was in a safe place with people who really cared about him

I've been here 9 mos. My apt is just fine for one person! I can't taste anymore so all good good for me and they always have other options. The help is great. Always willing to help in any way. Love someone vacuums and cleans bathroom and kitchen and change my bed too if needed. They do extra like clean rug once a year. Sometime servers on Dining Room must call off last min and staff will pitch in. I like it's not too big. People very friendly. Name tags help us keep names straight! We have great PT and OT on second floor along with nurses aids you can have help you like $[removed] for 15 min. Lots of walkers in use. Think they try to keep us from having to go to Assisted Living places!

For a long time, my dad was living at home by himself, and honestly, all I did was worry. I was constantly checking my phone, wondering if he’d eaten a real meal, if he’d tripped, or if he was just sitting there lonely. I work and have my own responsibilities and it's stressful. The mental toll of just worrying is exhausting. We looked at a few places but this one just felt right. It was hard getting him use to the idea but he came around. Everything is so much better now, he actually has friends and does things. It's been a relief.

Everyone there has been so warm and welcoming. Our friend has transitioned in remarkably well. He loves his studio apartment and says the food is great. From our initial meeting to now, we are so pleased with our choice.

What stood out the most is, how helpful the staff was and is. They go above and beyond what I would expect, and are super responsive. I would absolutely recommend it to others.

It was exactly what we were looking for after we visited other places in the area. Food is very good. My husband usually eats everything he is served. I've eaten there as well, and enjoyed it.

Very enjoyable visit. Well organized & friendly staff. Residents appeared very content. Still researching the best facility for my husband & The Gardens is in the top two at this point

My tour at Creekside Terrace was wonderful, the atmosphere was amazing, the people were very friendly and the staff at Creekside was professional and the facility very clean. I recommend this place to anyone in your family.

What we like the most about the community is that all of the staff are very caring and kind. The food service is amazing and we would recommend Kanawha Place to other families based on the experience.

The tour was exceptional providing detailed information on the living spaces, available health services and associated costs. The facility itself offers a lovely senior housing opportunity affording a wide variety of activities and a caring attentive staff. The packet of information was comprehensive. All of our questions were answered and the staff followed up within a few days. We appreciated the time and attention provided. In short, excellent experience.

Cleanliness -The facility is old, so there are features that might be perceived as dirty, but it's not. It is clean, but older. Friendliness - I believe the staff is friendly to the residents, but I have not found them to be engaging when I enter the building. Quality of care -Again, we've only been there three weeks, but we have had no problems thus far. Administrative Staff -[Name Removed] was great to work with. Locally, [Name Removed] in the main office has always been pleasant and friendly. Food - I've not eaten the food there, but my MIL has not complained about it any, and she hasn't lost any weight! Activities - Not sure how to score this, as we are seldom there during the day. I will say that on my MIL's third day there, it was[Date removed]They had some folks come in with a karaoke machine. They had decorated for Valentine's Day. The entertainers sang. There was a little dance floor. My MIL got up and I escorted her to the dance floor where she joined hands with a couple of other ladies and shook her tail feathers like she was 13! She was so happy. She had a blast. Value for the Money - We are saving approximately [Amount removed] per month with this move, and the only measurable difference is the age of the facility.

Warm and helpful experience all around. The facility was clean and inviting without being overwhelming. It has a warmth to it that is enhanced by its staff and size.

The lady in charge of the events is amazing and is as friendly as can be. The food looks appetizing and the nurses take their jobs seriously.

The staff at Rain Forest Landings offer great communication and support to the family.

Staff was very helpful. Facility was clean and I was happy to see many of the residents out and about socializing.

I highly recommend The Rutherford Memory Care! They were very good to my mom and provided her with great care.

My mom and dad have been living here for 4 months and LOVE it!! Every time I walk in The Gardens in Wakefield it makes me happy. There is always so much going on, activities, music, people talking and looking after each other. My mom is very social and my dad is not. This place is the perfect balance because they have so many activities and you can be as active as you want or not at all and it is ok. The staff is amazing. So accommodating and friendly. They truly feel like family and love and take care of their residents in the most special way.

My mother enjoys living there. The staff has been very good and caring. I would definitely recommend it to others. Always very clean and well kept on the grounds.
