The staff is genuinely friendly, caring and attentive. The property is located in a nice, rural-like setting and the rooms are pleasant and well-sized. Being that it's a smaller community, there is a strong sense of family and many residents come from the surrounding towns and know one another. The food is not institutional, using local ingredients, and the residents are allowed to have direct input with both menus and planned activities.

It's a wonderful environment, and my loved one is happier than I've seen her in years. The staff is fabulous, always caring and attentive. She especially enjoys the activities, particularly bingo. The food is good, the community is clean and well maintained, and her room is the perfect size for one person. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience.

Emory Ridge is a very nice and presents a resident friendly environment. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The apartments are roomy and spacious. Many activities are available for the residents. I was provided a tour of the entire facility. Emory Ridge is a perfect fit and one I am considering for my Mom.

Staff was caring, helpful, and dedicated. Sometimes it felt like they were short staffed on the weekends but everyone worked really hard. Their community relations director is amazing. Facility is clean, food is good, apartment size is adequate for both assisted living and Memory care.

The property is very well maintained inside and outside. The lawn was cut, flower beds and shrubs were kept up and beautiful. The staff greeted us quickly and answered all of our questions. The apartment we were shown were clean and freshly painted. Overall a nice looking facility and friendly residents and staff.

everything is expensive, but they were less than the other two places that you referred me to. So based on that, I'd say 5. All the above categories are very good apartment size is the bathroom, living room, dining area in a separate bedroom Plus small kitchen area area with the sink, cupboards, small refrigerator and a microwave. They also may be aware of some veterans benefits that I was unaware of and helped me connect with the right people

5 for all but activities which we rate n/a. Highly satisfied. Rooms are very large and quiet. Staff is outstanding. Yes, we would recommend Rain Forest Landings to other families.

We had a great tour. Seems like they are well equipped to support members with more advanced dementia and more significant impairment.

We were very impressed with the facility and its staff. The facility is very clean and well kept, the rooms are very nice sized and priced, ans there is an abundance of activities for the residents to do here. The staff was great to work with, the director was phenomenal and answered all our questions and truly took the time to make sure we were heard and all our questions answered properly. Everyone there had a smile on their face, and in the couple times we've been there finding a staff member has not been an issue.

I tour with the facility with [name removed] she is great! Sweet woman who really knows her residents and there needs. She goes over everything thoroughly with you. Answers any questions you have. The care staff around were so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend The Willow with its home like atmosphere!

A great care facility. Nursing staff amazing. Seems to be a problem with activities. Keep hiring and firing people. Food is good. You are served like a restaurant. Clean. Getting ready there for a remodel. Place just changed hands. And I know prices are going up. But I will give it 5 stars.

The nursing staff was visual and very active. It was good to see the care needs of residents was prioritized.

The place was beautiful. [name removed] was so knowledgeable and personable. Lots to do and nice menu. Bathroom large. Need space for wheelchair and looks good. Room a bit small but homey. Plenty of other areas to get out. Library a plus. Available kitchen to use supervised. My sister love to bake. People having fun playing games to get involved with. Overall pleased with facility and not far to go.

Love this place. Everyone genuinely cares. Food is great, activities are great, staff are excellent. They moved us in with reasonable rent and it actually STAYED that price. We are so happy here for the last 3 years.

My in-laws have resided at The Willows for one month now. They love the food. Everyone on staff is extremely friendly. The services provided to my father in-law have been in place for about 3 weeks now and the staff have helped get the medications coordinated.

Gardens at Wakefield is a very welcoming place. The residents we encountered seemed very happy. The facility looked and smelled very clean and inviting. It felt like home when we walked in the front door.
