There has been recent turnover of administrative staff, which I understand is common for long-term care but hasn't really caused any issues at this point.

We have had a good experience so far with the Reserve at Citrus. They seem to care and are very trying to keep Mom safe. They needed to transfer her to memory care during a time when she is having cognitive issues. We are hoping she can transition back out when she is feeling better. They have a lot of activities for the residents, have good food and genuinely care about them.

Could not ask for better experience. Great communication and food is good. I would absolutely recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

It was easy to use and very timely. The staff is friendly and it is well kept. The food is much slower if it is being delivered (hours) and sometimes even forgotten. They have been doing quite a bit of maintenance to the elevators and water. The water has been shut off multiple times for maintenance. Overall my grandmother is happy with her apartment and living there with very friendly staff and residents.

I like that the nursing staff was very patient with [name removed]. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far, but not for Alzheimer's

[name removed] was exceptional. She helped us with admissions, billing, and everyday questions.

Everyone has been friendly and very nice. I would recommend you to others.

Staff are extremely helpful. They do lots of events for the residents. The food is good. They arrange transportation to all appointments. Very accommodating with family visits. They allow pets.

All 5's. We couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly, kind and attentive. There are a variety of activities all day every day. The facility is socially accommodating with communal areas for the residents. There is privacy in their own room if needed as well.

We just moved my aunt in last month. I was shocked to see how clean and updated the community was. When we started searching for a community we were not expecting her to get a brand new updated apartment. Every time we walk in we are greeted with so many nice residents and staff. So far this was the best decision for my aunt!

Although my wife was only at Wyncote place for a short time before her death, I spent a lot of time there with. The staff seemed very caring and accommodating. The facility is broken down into three units. Upstairs is a unit for the most severely impacted residents. Downstairs are two separate, relatively small independent units. The rooms seemed comfortable, and the administration was quite flexible in allowing customization. An effort is made entertaining and stimulate residents, not an easy task with many of the residents.

I questioned places like fhis, but this facility is great. Staff was warm. Residents always up and fed. Beware of some .facilities, they lie for business. Emory Ridge is honest.

I am so impressed with the consistent care, the cleanliness of the building, the fun activities, quickness from the maintenance staff to fix/repair what's needed, and the quality of food. Since my time at Vantage Point Village, there has never been outside agency nurses for care. The response times to the call light system is within a minute or two if not within seconds. Fantastic place to live and enjoy life.

I have been very happy. [name removed]is doing better. He is not sold on the idea he wants to stay there ( cost)....but he is also in denial he cannot live alone. Yet despite that he has been participating in all activities and looks forward to them. He likes the food and the staff.

I have lived here for 5 years, I have seen them make major improvements, totally renovating the entire building. The dining room is beauty and my favorite is the Library. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and i love being able to bake with the full kitchen. The friends i've made here have changed my life!

I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about The Reserve. That is easy. I give them a 5 on everything. The facility is bright, cheerful, and ultra clean. The food is great, and I want to proclaim the senior activities are very good. Mostly I want to sing the praises of the manager [name removed] who is most helpful. I cannot say enough about the caring, qualified staff.

5s across the board! What we like the most about the Wyncote Place Memory Care Community is the cleanliness. They also are taking good care of [name removed]

Cannot rate the meals and dining, I don't eat there what I have had was good. Our loved one is happy there

I'm settled on the Gardens at Wake Field. It is a great place and I'm pleased to be here
