This community has many different activities for the residents to participate. The staff is great to talk to and help when needed. The food is very good!

I thought the rooms and bathrooms were generously sized. I thought the staff was wonderful! I thought the activities were well planned and well thought out. I always found the facility clean and organized. I have recommended Windsor to many people over the past year.

Service is great and help is great, but the help turnover is to often. The staff that operates the facility is very good

Staff very accommodating, Mom likes the food, nursing and housekeeping always on top of things, maintenance good at putting up pictures and repairing/replacing any malfunctioning equipment

I missed lunch doing stuff but went down check menu. [name removed](head of maintenance) and went in kitchen and got me some left over stew! It's very good. Didn't dare ask for the cobbler dessert!!I imagine prices will go up in 2026 but hope not more than 6% I heard. Fish tonight but they do have small list of somethings u can have instead. I've only been here a couple of weeks and so far food has been good and they have dessert and or ice cream every day. The bathroom was redone like whole apt when someone moves out I believe but sink designed by a man....no drawers but my kids put a cute thing in corner that helps a lot. I like my apt. My Senior friends seem to love my place and it is cheaper than most places!! There are folks been here for years!!!

Food portions a little skimpy according to my son. Activities unable to supply an answer for this one because my son, your tenant, does not participate. My son seems content living there.

Dad enjoyed his last 7 and a half months of life there; I'm so glad we got him in to a place that supports their residents. These are enough words in my mind. How else do you want me to do this?

My father passed away on [date removed]. He was at The Gardens for one month. The Gardens were wonderful for him and I thank you for helping me find a place for my dad. I really appreciate your services. You are a blessing.

I love Rain Forest Landing it's a great facility, staff is great, place is clean, rooms are nice, and the food is good. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly, accommodating, and bright and cheery. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I liked the fact that the staff seemed to truly care about my parents. That caring was demonstrated in the way they interacted with my wife and me, the detail with which they could recall their experiences with my parents throughout the day, and the gentle manner they used when providing direct care for my parents.

Because the community is small, you get to know the top administrators well and they get to know you. I was in direct contact with them all the time. They were extremely knowledgeable, helped me cope with what was happening, and were very responsive to feedback if I wasn't totally happy with something. They really cared about my mom. I moved my mom out after about 6 weeks because she was getting progressively worse extremely quickly. Once she qualified for a SNF I moved her to one that would eventually switch to Medicaid. If Wyncote were Medicaid certified I would have kept her there for sure. That's the only reason I moved my mom out.

The facility is clean and free of unpleasant odors. The staff is friendly and accommodating. One day when I visited my mom close to her lunchtime. They offered to bring her lunch to the private dining room or sun porch so we could continue our visit. I have enjoyed flower arranging and mother's day tea at the facility.

My mother is 86 yrs old with advanced dementia. She has been living at Foxbridge since [date removed]. She is still able to walk and feed herself. She needs bathroom assistance and the aids have been amazing with her. We try to go see her a few times a week and she is always so happy with the staff and the other residents. She likes to try to help and be friends with everyone. The staff help to make sure she is bathed, hair fixed, and her room is always clean. She enjoys helping to keep her room clean. The activity director is amazing with the residents there. They all love him and he keeps them busy with activities every day. The aids make sure to help feed the ones that can't feed themselves. We have been extremely happy with her care at Foxbridge. The administration staff are so very helpful and everyone is so friendly. The resident buildings are secure and the community is gated. They have a beautiful pond that my mother enjoys walking to with an aid or someone from rehab .

What stood out the most is the warm, friendly and welcoming environment. Apartment size was just right size and th location was convenient to where we live.

Willow was a very good place. They where vary keen on helping my wife ! She was always clean and dry when I was there. I was there almost every day.

My mother recently moved to Nashville after my father’s death and she wanted a little place of her own, close to both myself and her medical providers. A Place for Mom put us in touch with Windlands South. The complex is lovely and we were able to secure a cute little apartment for mom. The staff has been super helpful and supportive, the apartment includes safety features that we appreciate, and mom is happy to have her own space without feeling like she’s totally on her own. The management is making several improvements to the property and seems to truly care about the residents’ experience living there.

We weren't there long, but it was by far the best place for dad. Wish we'd found them sooner. hey have a new director now and, when the night nurse called in sick, the director went home, put on scrubs and came back for the night shift because she knew my dad was critical and would need a nurse to administer meds through the night. This wasn't the[ name removed], it was the executive director! You don't find people with that work ethic and sense of empathy in most places these days.

The food isn't as good as it should be for the price. Other than that, we love it. It stays clean. There is always someone there if there are any problems with the dwelling. The staff is consistent and friendly.

The whole family liked the gardens, the staff, food and activities. I would highly recommend this facility to others.
