The whole family liked the gardens, the staff, food and activities. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

The facility is very clean and well taken care of. They have a very good maintenance crew. It is open and airy and beautiful. Many of the residents sit in the lobby and enjoy seeing people come and go. The receptionists are very friendly and very accommodating. My mom says the food is very good. She likes the fact that they serve breakfast out at any of the meals if that's what you prefer. The nurses respond quickly when their personal emergency buttons are pushed. They also keep the family informed if there are any health issues or falls so communication is very good! Recently, they hired a new activity director and I have seen a lot more activities offered. Overall, mom and family are very happy with The Willows and their staff.

5 for each category. They need more staff, and I hope they are paying them at least $[removed] hour. They have kind and caring staff.

Clean, friendly, nice facility. Staff was very helpful. Provided needed respite for my 94 year old dad who lived with us for 4 years while my husband and I were able to have a vacation together. It gave us peace of mind that he was well cared for.

Cleanliness - 4 - Only because at first I had to ask for someone to come address something in my dad's room but maybe because he needed more assistance. Everyone is very friendly and willing to assist. There are some nurses and med techs who are really compassionate and caring. They go above and beyond. But I have encountered a couple of people who probably shouldn't be working there because they don't know how to deal with that population. Any concerns or complaints I had were addressed and I felt they were willing to hear and understand. Food is delicious. They have a variety of meals and are willing to address individual needs. They have activities that are specific for the population but also have different groups or people that come in for entertainment and events. Prices have gone up but it varies with the needs of the person and is comparable if not less than other places.

Love the staff. Mother in law says food not very good. However, we would recommend The Rutherford Memory Care to other families based on the experience so far.

The only problem I had with Foxbridge was the billing when I first enrolled him. The billing clerk had such a negative attitude and added payment for which I didn't owe. She is not there anymore and I am still stuck with those payments. Otherwise everyone was so nice and friendly and they really helped my husband and for that I am grateful. I would recommend Foxbridge to anyone needing that assistance.

Staff is wonderful! Food needs work! Parents do not participate in activities. Rooms are very small.

The focus on memory care and the smaller size overall. The other facilities we visited had memory units in much larger communities, and the memory care units seemed to be more restrictive. Also, the pricing at Wyncote is comprehensive, where others seemed to "nickel and dime" for each little thing.....

The Maynard has a great staff. Friendly and willing to go above and beyond! [names removed] and their entire staff are the greatest. The residents are all great and my Dad has enjoyed being there and meeting everyone. He knew several people staying there. I could not have found a better place!!

I moved in 2 years ago and I have found so many friends here. I was living alone and my kids didn't like that so they put me here. It took awhile but now I am so grateful. We do lot's of fun stuff and the food is very good. They just renovated and it is so lovely. I feel very safe in my apartment on the 2nd floor.

My father in law has been at the Maynard since the end of March and the people at the Maynard are such a wonderful group. He has enjoyed all of the activities, the food and the fellowship he didn’t get when at home. The staff are more like family than caregivers.

I miss that Place so Much. I was Treated Very Well there. it's a Beautiful place & kept Very Clean. Lots of Activities too. The Staff was so Nice to me. . I would recommend it to everyone co. I do tell people about it & recommend it.

The staff is very nice!!!! Activities are awesome. It's nice. Location and grounds are very nice.

We walked in for a tour and were greeted immediately by staff. Everyone was pleasant and looked happy coming back from lunch. The building is clean and smells fresh. We saw residents planting vegetables out on the patio. We were very happy to say the least with what we saw.

The main reason we chose The Willows was because of the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking for memory care for a loved one.

Staff is amazing the food has improved to home style cooked meals that are packed with flavor. Dietary will make just about anything I want . This place is great family oriented facility. All the staff get along as if they were family.

I like Wind lands , I don't like the meals to much right now too much pork. They are doing their best I guess with one elevator down and changes in the ownership. This is independent living so there is no care . The food is somewhat good but not good for people with diabetes, or heart problems or any health issues too much salt to many sweets too much white things , if you had nothing wrong meals are great. There are few things that need to be worked on but all and all it is a good place to live. Nothing perfect

The Gardens of Wakefield are really breath taking. The staff are very friendly and will answer all of your questions.. I was checking out the Gardens for my brother and a neighbor lady. I will tell you the truth if I could afford the Gardens I would move tomorrow. I saw the one and two bedroom apartments. The apartments are very bright and very spacious. You have your own washer and dryer. Plus If you don't feel Like cooking . The Gardens have all of your meals prepared. Yes your 3 meals a day 7 days a week. Plus there is a cleaning service 1 day a week. That's provided for you. The last time I was there the staff showed us 4 different apartments.. I can't say enough about The Gardens of Wakefield . Like I said if I could afford them I would move in tomorrow. The only expenses you have is your telephone and your cable bills. They have movie nights There is different projects going on. . Don't take my word just check out The Gardens of Wakefield for yourselves.
