The facility is very bright and open. They do seem to have somewhat weaker staff presence on the weekends.

We are very pleased with the place and it's employees.

The staff that I have had interactions with are all really nice and friendly and seem happy. It could use some updating and some more activities. The residents I've talked too, including my Dad, say the food is just ok, but it's also made to keep sodium levels lower. They do have daily specials and an everyday menu that can be ordered off of for any meal. They have Happy Hour on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. They have a life alert like system for every resident. The rooms are all private and are nice.

Dover place in not your home but is the next best thing. It was rated the best assistant living facility in Dover!

I have never met such loving caring care takers anywhere I've been. So friendly and very welcoming I always ask them to rent me a room when I'm there because I feel so comfortable I feel like I belong my sister laughs at me she says we could share a room. I'm proud of all of you and want to yell it to any one that needs to be there I hope they they pick The Gardens Of Cuyahoga Falls.

My mother's extremely happy there the staff cares and they keep her busy.

We are very excited to begin our retirement years at the Holiday Wind lands South. The apartments are fantastic and perfect for our needs. The staff is fabulous. The value is very good for the times we are living in. I'm excited to not have to cook! 3 meals a day are included in the rent. Electricity water and cable are also included. They have laundry facilities available. We are so excited! See y'all soon !!

We had researched senior independent living apartments in the Raleigh area for my 88 year old mother. She could not longer live by herself due to vision and hearing medical issues. Every visit to this facility, before our decision, we were warmly greeted by the staff. The facility is located in a safe community area. I liked that it was located in an established area with established landscaping. My mom enjoys spending time outside and having a balcony was a must for her. The residents that we talked to seemed happy living here. It had the amenities we needed without paying for amenities that she wouldn't use. The meals were good but could always use improvement and more choices. The cost was good for her budget. Overall, she is getting more involved and enjoying more socialization which is good for her.

I am so happy that my dad chose Holiday Creekside Terrace. He has a nice apartment that was remodeled before he moved in either new carpet, paint, etc. He gets 3 meals a day, and weekly housekeeping and linen service. Holiday Creekside was a perfect fit for Dad as he wanted independent living but did not want to cook or clean. Having been diagnosed with CIRS from mold, I wanted a place where I could visit dad and also stay well. This facility is clean and nice. And the staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place.

What we like the most about Wyncote Place is the complete care and hospice suite and services. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families.

Staff is friendly, dedicated to making the resident comfortable and also including the family in all their care. We found the care to be excellent.

Holiday Gardens at Wakefield has been an answer to prayers. Our family needed to get Mom moved to NC to be closer to us so we could help her with daily life and finances yet allow her to keep her independence; HG did just that! With the help of [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed], my Mom's transition from Florida living alone to her own apartment here in Nc has been seemless and an absolute JOY!

The staff are advocates for your family. The building size is very helpful to create some distance for residents and walking if they need it. Very compassionate of the behaviors that come with dementia. I hope they are able to do a remodel. I don't mind the look but I am sure people may judge it and miss out on a great community. I also know some days should be more aids. Hiring is hard right now in the industry. I think everyone is jumping in as much as possible.

I love my apartment and the staff are wonderful. They are very attentive to our needs. The other residents are friendly and I have a good life here. The best part is that I get to have my dog which keeps me moving and happy.

Everyone is welcoming, helpful with new residents and go out of their way to make the transition smooth.

all "5"s. great place, but my dad only spent 5 days there before passing away. As you know I toured several different facilities in that area, and by far the best one was Wyncote Place across all dimensions/categories.

I have lived here for almost a year now and I have no complaints. The staff is so kind and all of my needs are met. I had the best celebration on my birthday in January. I wouldn't live anywhere else.
