We toured and chose this community over the other one we toured. This one was brighter, more vibrant and joyous. My mom will be moving in soon and she is very excited. All the staff and residents we met were kind and welcoming.

The staff were very effective. We were very happy with Willowbrook place.

They were friendly from the minute we got there. They do a lot of fun activities and get everyone involved, I also like how they take them outside a lot. Nothing about it seems like a hospital or nursing home, the environment is very much like a home. The staff is fantastic, my father seems at peace and that’s the best feeling.

We moved Dad in a few months ago. He says he has gained weight since he moved in because the food is so good. With him being over 90 years old, he is doing wonderful in independent living. They have all the amenities he would ever need.

Well the doc said the food is excellent. I love it. I haven't eaten but I know the doctor is very happy with the food and that is one of the things that was important when I was looking at a place.

My mother just recently moved in. From the very beginning with [name removed] to working with [name removed] on my mom’s apartment has been nothing but smooth. The GM they call [name removed] has been an angel! We have watched all the staff help each other when we are there! We could have not picked a better community!

The staff all seem engaged with the residents and the food is prepared with more care than Red Cedar Glen. It seems like a vibrant community all-around.

Everyone is friendly and caring for each other here. The staff is excellent and goes out of their way to help us. The food is delicious, but there is always someone who complains about something. I have been impressed by the quality and quantity of the activities.

My mother in law was hesitant to move out of her home of 20 plus years but did so in July. She was skeptical of the assisted living experience and would often say she didn't need a place with activities etc. Since moving in, she's a different woman! She's engaged in activities, she has friends (was previously very isolated but content), her health is much better since she's receiving her medications appropriately! It's been a big relief for her to be here! The activity program is stellar - she has things to do every day we are blessed to be able to watch her through social media since we are about 2,000 miles away most of the time. The team is so kind and she seems to enjoy them

The staff are great. The food is not. Dining hours are too short. If you're not there right away the waitresses disappear and you don't get served. The rooms are nice, the kitchenette is a nice size.

I have lived at Cedar Woods for 3 months. It is, without doubt, a wonderful independent living facility! It is incredibly well managed by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager! I know all about team and teamwork and that is the environment they nurture...one of openness, trust, love and comradery. The facility is immaculate, the rooms are up to date, spacious and well maintained. There are plenty of diverse activities everyday to keep the residents fulfilled, challenged and active both physically and mentally. The food is consistently 5 star due to the amazing chefs, waiters and waitress's. They are very kind and attentive to everyone's needs and requests. The monthly rental is very reasonable. You won't find a better value. Finally,I would also like to state that, in my opinion, there are 3 recent reviews of Cedar Woods that are totally false and a mis-representation of the truth. I would highly recommend Cedar Woods to my family and friends. Cedar Woods rocks!! Try it!!

The staff is sweet but swamped with work so sometimes it takes time for things to get done. Yes I would recommend this community to others

This place was personal and caring. It was very helpful for meals to be included in cost and to be able to be taken to doctor appointments and to run errands! A blessing when we needed it most.

The staff went above and beyond expectations to make Mother comfortable. They have resident ambassadors that help new residents find everything and include them in activities.

Wonderful team there that helped making moving from out of state a breeze. Thank you, Creekside Terrace! Was able to do a virtual tour, and everyone has been super friendly and helpful. For all you get in their all-inclusive package, it is just perfect for my situation.

Outstanding facility, great staff, great food. Other residents are very friendly, helpful and just a great place to live. I'm 85 years old. Have a live from Spain to Korea with a military career. This is probably the best decision I have made in my life to move here after my wife passed.

Tina was excellent to work with. Patient as dad was making his decisions and kept us updated throughout the process. Seems well managed. Liked the activities, something for everyone. Good value with the meals.

The price, current special at the time, & the location drew us to it, but the staff, updated and clean facility, & the available activities sealed it for us.

After I selected vantage pointe village I have had piece of mind that my mom is in good hands. They are responsive to my questions and needs and they are responsive to my mother and her needs. The staff is knowledgeable, capable and willing to serve as caregivers for my mother.

I would give them a 5 because their staff, at least the staff in the memory care section, which is where Dad was, is super caring. The facilities are a little dated, but everything seems neat and clean.
