We liked this community but they only offered studio apartments no 1 bedrooms and that wouldn't have worked for my parents. They need more room to live comfortably. The community was nice very clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

If only I could relocate this building (it is on a busy road) and move it closer into town, this would have been the best place for our loved one. When I toured this community people were happy, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and well cared for and security was excellent. I think that Brookdale is a reliable company with a good understanding of how to run an aging community well. The memory care area we saw was well staffed and busy with lunch. It wasn't the best food we saw among the other locations but folks there seemed to like it. Given its location it just wasn't going to work for us.

The care here for my son is good. The staff is nice and caring. The community is clean and maintains trained. I like that he is happy with the variety of meals. They offer a lot of nice activities that he is enjoying. We would recommend this community to other families for the good value and the great care that is received to others

The people I met at this community were very nice. The community looked clean and they seemed to offer some nice activities. This community just did not seem as nice as some of the other communities we looked at.

Mother, my sister and I visited Raintree, which was closer to [Removed] office. [Removed] talked about with us and gave me a tour. At this time of Mother's journey, we believe she was overwhelmed as the third one that day. We had already decided on another one.

We toured this community for care for my mom. The community was older and we did not think that this would be a good fit for my mom. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Amity keeps dementia patients in with assisted living which is nice, but if your loved ones turns out to be a wanderer they could be asked to leave. For me this place is too far away.

Some of the staff here have been great and then the other bunch has been horrendous. They keep the community fairly clean I suppose. My sister said that she does not like the food. This community really isn't that bad.

We toured this community for my in laws in their needs. It was a pretty nice experience, and our tour went well. The community looked nice, everything was nice, and clean. The staff was kind, and friendly to my family, and myself. It was a pretty nice experience, everything went well.

The staff was not a good fit for mom. They just came and sat around and mom need help around the house not someone to sit around it with her. We only used them once.

I did like this place, but what I look for in a place is the staff and to see how they interact. I want to find out what they would be doing for my loved one. I never got to see or meet any of the nurses or staff. I did not like that.

I liked this community when I toured it. The staff were nice and the community looked clean. The Willows is a fairly new beautiful community. They offer a gym on site and they are pet friendly.

My wife is doing okay at this community, she is adjusting with the transition. The community is clean, everything is pretty well-kept. The staff is friendly, they are trying their best to care for her. I'am arranging some activities so for her, the community does offer activities. The food is okay. More than less I'am confident in the type of care she is receiving. I would recommend it, because it is not very expensive.

Too pricey. Charge extra for things

I was over there twice today. I have been the main person to go visit her. I think she is doing ok. She seems to have found a friend. The director of the memory care has a very negative persona. She could have a better attitude when dealing with certain issues.

Wide open rooms with lots of windows for natural light. Clean and beautiful place that feels very cozy. Staff was very friendly. Residents were clean and happy. Annual increase of 5-25 every March...if within your budget it would be the "DREAM" location...however be realistic or you may have to relocate your loved one.

They could never get the care services right. It is such a new property, so they were still working out some kinks and they were extremely short-staffed on the weekend; I couldn't find anybody, and that was the worst. I was on their side, but they could never get it together and just gel well-enough, so my loved one had to move out.

Saw Judy for tour. They have "stations" in the hallway of the Memory Care side of the place, to engage the residents, but none that would interest mom at all. Whole place is carpeted... would need to get mom different bottoms to her walker (she has tennis balls, now). $2,500 up front community payment and then monthly rental of unit. They have in-house beauty parlor and, to some extent, physical therapy. Place was clean and smelled good, and the staff seemed friendly and nice, but it seemed rather uninhabited. They have a nurse on the premises 24/7 and would call 911 if mom needed to see a doctor. That's not ideal. Maybe they could call me first? No place for mom to be, outside her room, with her feet up!! That's not good. Wonder if ANY place would?

My loved one is at Maple Court Blue Harbor Senior Living I have found the staff friendly but hard to find in the office and there is no communications between the workers. I have had a very hard time getting my insurance field. The only entertainment I have seen is TV. The working staff with the residents are good but short staffed and worked hard. These ladies are very kind even when they are tired, The rooms needs cleaning more often than once a week with a wand cleaner, I Have Not found my loved one dirty nor the bed soiled MY THANKS GOES OUT TO THE OVER WORKED LADIES Thank you,

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. Overall I just was not very impressed by Creekside Terrace. The facility itself was clean enough, but it felt a bit dated and just had somewhat of an institutional feeling. The community layout also wouldn't have worked well for my loved one, it just did not feel secure enough.
