The staff was very friendly as well as the residents. It was not the right fit for us at this time. The level of care is more than what we are looking for at this time.

They have done well. They have a great sales person, very informative and friendly and understands the needs of the elderly. They could improve on the activities and their orientation for the families and the residents whenever the are first moving on.

The staff has been very responsive. The move in was easy. Overall, it was pretty good experience. It's very clean and everyone is very nice. This is a nice community.

I was only there at Creekside Terrace for a brief period of time after moving my brother in but during that time I was impressed with what I saw. The food is great. The staff is really very friendly and do a great job. They were very accommodating during the move-in process to make it a smooth transition, and the billing process has been just fine and smooth as well. It has just really been a very positive experience throughout.

staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. residents are pleasant, as well. grounds are well kept.

We toured here, and it's pretty nice. My loved one isn't quite ready to make a decision. They had lots of activities, and it was pretty clean, and friendly.

1/31/15 - Met with Kristy Barton and toured the facility. Kristy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Liked the fact that they offer different levels of care and group patients with similar issues within the same area. Also liked the fact that a geriatric nurse practitioner is on staff to monitor vital signs, check for UTI's, and symptoms that mimic dementia. Seemed to be a strong focus on mediation monitoring to reduce issues with drug sensitivities or ineffectiveness. The 1 BR is adequate size - cottages have open concept/common living spaces, kitchen and dining areas.

I did not schedule a tour here, only because my uncle had lived at Willow Lane for almost six years. Lots of activities and outings to take advantage of. The staff has always been very friendly & helpful if we needed anything. Very clean and does not take long to know everyone's name. His room was large. Lots of room to move around. Would recommend to families. Would have liked a courtyard for nice days.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, 2 days before Christmas wasn't the best time to visit. Will want to go back to see the unit I'm interested in and the schedule of activities, but I am definitely interested in this being my new home.

They do a pretty good job for the most part. It's definitely clean, and the staff is friendly. The only thing that I would like to see done differently, is the strict times for people to eat. It would be nice if they would make meals during a window, breakfast served from 8-9 for example. If you aren't there by eight o'clock you don't get breakfast. It would also be nice if they communicated more with the families, about activities and things going on in the community, maybe send the newsletter to the families, instead of just making it available in the community. If you don't live nearby, that can be difficult.

I just put my Dad at this place so I don't know enough about the staff or activities to rate. I did tour 8 different places before making my decision. The reason I chose this one is because of the facility itself and the cost. Although the location was not ideal for my family, it is one of a kind in this area. Instead of being a unit off of an assisted living, the entire entity is memory care. My Dad is very mobile and needs plenty of room to roam rather than feeling confined. It is very spacious and clean and modern. The rooms are also very spacious in comparison. The price was about $30 a day less than most of the others. This was also a huge determine factor. I will be keeping a close eye on my Dad and add more info to this review later.

It’s a great staff to work with. They’re very open to your comments and suggestions. They have been very helpful in the transitioning process. The food is wonderful. There has always been enough parking. I’d live there myself if I could.

Spacious common ares and living areas. Very nice staff. Affordable and comfortable.

It’s a very modern and beautiful facility. It is very well maintained. My loved one is not a fan of the food though. There haven’t been any troubles with the laundry service and I don’t have any issues finding parking.

The food is not very good, it's really bland, and doesn't taste very good, the variety could be better. We liked that it was all inclusive with transportation and meals, and they have a 24/7 staff as well. I would like the staff to contact the family members first before the resident. Sometimes elderly people don't understand fully what is being said, and there can be miscommunication.

My loved one has been here a few months, and so far everything has been good overall. It's a nice looking facility, and the staff are all friendly and professional. I think they just generally do a good job taking care of all of their residents, and they've been able to provide all the care my loved one needs.

Food is somewhat disappointing.

They are very clean and very friendly. They do a pretty good job with everything. The food is very good, I would give it a five. I really like Kristy Barton, Donna, and the leadership there. The leadership really sets them apart from other communities.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was not the location we ended up selecting, but I did like what I saw here. The grounds themselves were beautiful, it was located next to a lake, and it appeared to have a lot more potential for outdoor activities than the other communities I toured. I also like how the facility was arranged, with the residents being organized into separate "pods" of those with similar care needs. The drawback to this was that there didn't seem to be much interaction between the "pods" which limited the social options to just those with similar care levels. I only met the one staff member who gave me the tour, but she was very friendly and helpful.
