This was a great community I just felt that there was another community that was a better fit for my loved one. This community was also on the bigger side and I was looking for something not as big and more homey feeling for our loved one.

I liked that Rolling Meadows Place was close to my home. The place was clean, and the people were very friendly and nice. But there weren't any activities. It seemed like patients were kind of just sitting around and didn’t seem to be engaged in anything. The atmosphere was very quiet and somber. My loved one wants to be in the middle of things and active. There just wasn’t enough life and liveliness for her here.

There has been a ton of staff turnover, from management down to the everyday staff they are just having such a hard time finding people. They are currently in another lock down due to another covid outbreak. I do not like that the front door is open so that people can come and go as they please, that causes safety issues for the memory care residents especially. The care has not been very good and they have not been taking her numbers as they should be and that has been very frustrating.

Rose Hill didn't have anything specific for memory care. The people were nice. Overall this was not a good fit for my loved one.

This community was nice; however, it is off a major highway.

For the price, we are paying I feel that the rooms should be cleaned more often. They only provide transportation to Dr. appointments if it is in the local area. I would recommend the community even with these issues they still do a good job.

Overall, I was pretty happy with the community. There were some concerns over the medical part for my loved one. I wish there was better follow up for my loved one. There were some activities such as bingo, music, and more for the residents to choose from.

We toured this facility and I was not happy with the general manager. She seemed more concerned with issues we had at a previous facility and was talking down on them. The hallways were dark and not very wide. The fire doors had thresholds on them which I thought was a tripping hazard. It seemed more like a 55+ community and was just not going to be a good fit.

Make sure you understand what type of facility it is and what type of services are provided. They did an initial evaluation on my loved one's condition and said she would be able to thrive there. And she didn't. She ended up needing much more care. The people there were nice, it was just a frustrating situation after that initial incorrect assessment. The activities are okay. They're at least offering them.

Improvement of food would be nice.

I have lived here 19 months now. Everything was great until covid-19 hit. I understand many things had to change and all is still good, except for the food. We have had three chefs since we came, and right now we don't have one. Staff is great and people are nice.

Furnishing and carpet are old. Halls and lobby need paint. Apartments are nice. Food is most often cold.

I enjoy living here but there needs improvement. The food is bad and many here are having to go grocery shopping to supplement their diet. The street light on our side is out so our car sits in the dark. The light is in the SW parking lot on both sides they are out. Needs to be replaced.

Everyone is very good and helpful to me.

Advertised as “Independent Living “ however many residents suffer from dementia of varying degrees and do not function well in this setting. The food service at best is a good to not so good to unappealing. The quality, quantity and service vary greatly. The staff are quite friendly but do to limited numbers and hours when they are present are not always able to address or deal with problems

I had issues with the hospice nurse. She ended up very medicated. They do not have a lot of activities, there were no trips offered. They have a new director and a new activities director so hopefully things will improve.. They only do activities in the Assisted Living not in Memory care. The staff is good and does their best. The issue is with leadership. My mom declined quickly after she moved to Raintree. We did not have good communication with the community.The more experienced care givers got moved to Assisted Living not Memory Care. The nurses are very good but they are spread thin.

Foxbridge is a little too old. Also, the minimum age they will accept is 65. My brother is 60.

Staff were awesome! It certainly says a lot that there’s not much turnover and it was obvious they enjoy being there caring for others. Liked the activity schedule too. The reason that it’s not our top pick is that since it’s an older building there is a musty smell. Also had some concern about the hardwood floors that weren’t level and I would be concerned about mother losing her balance.

Very secure. Set up is in 4 pods. Activities were going on, and residents seemed happy and staff seamed attentive. The downfall is the dinginess of the entire unit. The respite room smelled musty, and carpet clearly was soiled. Also, had a hotel style a/c unit which was smelly. I actually broke down and cried as I know that this will be a place I will eventually have to place my mom. In summary, I gave 3 stars for the staff, but was not impressed with the building at all.

Lovely program with nice attention to activities geared to those with memory issues. This might be an option for my mother down the line. The rooms were very small.
