My only issue is that my mom is a reluctant resident and I don't know how to help her acclimate what should I be doing to help her. I do reach out every one is nice but I don't get feedback I need to help her. I would and have recommended this community to others.

Reason for the deductions is because they are short staffed. For some reason they've lost some of the food servers & maids so that has affected eating in the dining room and maid service going from weekly to every other week. So once they fill those positions it would be all 5s

I met with the administrator and all the people, they were really nice. I chose another facility because we got more bang for the buck. The rooms here were more expensive and since my mom needed a higher level of care I could only afford the studio which was very small. They seemed to have their act together. The facility was just less cozy, it felt more crowded. It is a bigger facility with more residents. They were really sweet and I am sure it is a great place, but it was just not the best fit for us.

The Rutherford, like all of the places we toured, could have been a viable place for our loved one. It seemed like a good facility. It seemed to provide the same level of service and care as the other places we toured. We chose based on proximity to where we live.

This was a nice and was an older community. It didn't have the modern aspects that we wanted for our loved one.

We are working through some issues with our family member that is here. We do not feel that it is Vantage Pointes fault, but they are not really helping with the issues/concerns that we are having. I feel that they could be more helpful and supportive to help us manage the situation and that is not always happening. Overall though in all other areas the staff have been great. I would recommend Vantage Pointe to others.

We picked this community because it was close to my home. They really care. It would be nice if they had, more night staff.

It's an excellent place to live and they have great amenities!

Overall it's pretty good, but they have a high turnover in staff which makes it a little difficult to communicate with certain people.

The staff at Auburn Hill are friendly and welcoming. The facility is nicely located on the waterfront with a nice view. And I've been fine with the care my loved one is receiving there.

I enjoyed my tour at this community with [name removed] the Sales Person! She was very knowledgeable of the challenges related to people with cognitive decline, and made the explanation of the move-in process very simple for me (First experience). This building is like being at grandma's house for the summer, so I know she will love it here, and acclimate well! Hidden gem:)

My mom has been a resident at Rose Hill Assisted Living for a year. The staff is very kind and attentive to my mom’s needs. There are activities everyday to occupy her time. She has made friends at the facility and I am happy with the overall experience.

We aren't sure of all the activities they have for the residents but we do know our loved ones participates in a lot of them. They are short staffed like a lot of other places right now which is why we gave a little lower stars on the care services, however based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

They have had a hard time keeping staff/housekeeping. We don't love that there is only one elevator. The apartment is kind of far from the elevator. It's very clean, and welcoming. There is all kinds of activities, and it took a while for our aunt to get active but she is participating. Care services is not provided, but there is an onsite CNA, in which we pay extra for but she's amazing. It's worth it, and the price is reasonable. The people are so nice and considerate. They had a chef who was great, and our Aunt is not super happy with the new chef. It's been great. There are so many activities, and trips, in which the residents can get out of the community. It's close to home. They pay attention, to people going and coming in. We feel very secure with security. It doesn't feel like a nursing home. The community is very friendly, bright, cheerful, and it is not somber/dark. The people are very engaged.

Milford Place is a very nice environment and the staff and residents have been extremely friendly. So far our loved one is doing pretty good with the meals, sometimes they are a little bland but we understand it is hard to please everybody. Our loved one does not participate in the activities just yet but they do have plenty to offer. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others.

I have had a good experience so far. The staff is wonderful and very dedicated. The dietary staff are always open to suggestions and willing to work with you. After looking at multiple communities, this was the best.

Maiden Creek has helped a lot with my walking and balance has gotten a lot better.

The staff is wonderful. They're great at responding when you need something. The cook has bent over backwards to help my mom and fix her things she likes. She complains about the housekeeping and thinks they don't do enough, but the level of cleanliness seems about the same as it was in her house when she lived on her own. She also complains that they pick up her laundry on Sunday night at 9 pm, which is late for her. But ultimately, they do everything they can to please her, and I think it's a lovely facility. I don't really have any criticism of them myself.
