Our loved ones has a roommate which she enjoys as well as getting out and participating in the activities and other things she was not able to do beforehand.

There is nothing negative on our end. I would recommend the community to others. The staff are good to deal with.

When you walk into the lobby of the community it smells faintly like bleach which was a good thing. That meant there was no fowls smells and it was cleaned regularly. The staff members are very friendly. Unfortunately due to covid we were never able to eat a meal there, but based off their menu the food looked pretty good. They had sing a longs, bingo, and our loved one was a retired veteran and he was able to sit down and talk with other retired veterans at the community which was really nice.

We received good service at the community, We had one issue when my loved one was sent to the hospital and we were not informed. I would definitely recommend this community to others

This community has been life saving for my loved one. The community provides housekeeping, transportation, and meals and are some of the things that stand out to me about this community. They allow pets to accompany the residents.

The cleanliness of the community is good as well as the staff members. We would recommend this community to others.

Wonderful place and wonderful care. The administration is lacking and communication not the best. you just have to be persistent and they will answer your questions.. They are very nice people. I would recommend this community to others

The community relations manager was amazing, and always available for questions, and when my dad moved she set up face calls for us. she helped out anytime we needed her. The facility was clean and well kept. I would recommend this community

We chose Maple Court because it was closer to my house, so the location was key. He is in a semi-private room and they are on the smaller side, not much room ion there. The best part about the facility so far has been not having to drive very far to go see him. During COVID, they were doing window visits but now they have recently opened up the courtyard where we can visit with our loved ones. I would recommend this facility.

I liked the manger. The housekeeping was really bad, they never cleaned the apartments well at all. The food was good. The room sizes and the layout of the community were good. I thought it was a good place for my mom.

I do not think I would give a 5 star rating. 4would be more like it. I do laud our adm. staff for the dedicated service they personally giving. The food budget , especially is so tight that we are often getting poor quality food items. Someone from Corp. should be reviewing the prime vendor contract or checking what quality of are being ordered. Housekeeping and management staff are going the extra mile for sure.

The community always smells fresh, which was important to us. They did a good job keeping the residents clean as well. The staff was friendly overall. They always had activities available for the residents to participate in. They did a good job with my husband's care. We did think Milford Place was a good value for the price.

The amenities, the food, and housing for the cost were the best we have seen in the area. They have been very proactive during the Pandemic. My mom likes the food. It was better when it was served in the dining room. They have a nice outdoor space.

It is a caring environment. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is safe and that they have what they need to stay safe. Room sizes are pretty good. They have some outdoor space but not a lot of seating options for residents. They are pet friendly.
