Overall it has been a positive experience with Wyncote Place and mom seems to be improving and doing well. It is not a huge facility, it is off the beaten path and it is a pretty setting. Staff have all been friendly and helpful. It is difficult to see her because of their limited visiting hours. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We had an average tour with Windlands South, they did a good job at showing us around. It was just too expensive and not the right fit for my brother.

We chose The Gardens at Wakefield because of the size of the apartment for the cost. I do think they could have more of a variety for those who have specialized diets and focus more on those diets and what they are. The location of the facility is great, it seems to be very quiet and all of the residents are very friendly. The staff always do their best to help and I would recommend to others looking.

The staff members have all been friendly and continue to keep us will informed on everything that is going on. Our loved ones carpet in the her apartment is pretty stained and dirty so the house keeping could use some improvement. Also, the residents sometimes tend to wonder into our loved ones personal space so that issue could be resolved.

Willowbrook was too big for my dad. It has separate housing based on level of care. It was also very expensive.

I would recommend this community for anyone that has a loved one and is looking for a good community for them to be in. They have activities like bingo and more for the residents to participate in daily.

My tour at Windlands South was a good experience. They provide meals for residents and have people come in to clean and help out. I felt they were on par with the place I ended up choosing. But I wanted to be closer to my daughter. And another minor reason I chose a different place - theirs is a very tall building, which would not good with my vertigo!

Excellent staff, very professional. The place was just a little to fancy for my loved one.

This is a nice facility. The staff are friendly even though they are a little short staffed right now.

We have had one meal there ourselves and that was pretty good, our loved one hasn't been able to participate much in the activities but by looking at the schedule they look to be very good. We checked our a lot of other places and all are very expensive, but for the level of care here, you are getting a good value.

The community is very neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They do a great job taking care of my loved one and the food is great also. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience. They have a gym on site also.

We chose The Gardens at Liberty Park because of the convenience of the location and the fact that they do take medicaid. The room sizes here are pretty good. They could improve on their communication to families, but it is getting better after speaking with them. It is really clean in the common areas but her room is not as clean as it could be. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking.

I think they don't have a lot of activities and I think it could be more. The trash is put in the hallway and it doesn't seem to be picked up in a timely manner. The carpets could use a refresh or a deep clean. They seemed to be more friendly during the sales process. Now the staff don't seem to be as friendly with us. I don't see the staff very often, I think the staff could be more out and about. There is no staff after 5 at night. It would be better if they had more staff in the evening. The community has a hard time keeping a chef.

I would tell others that it is a nice fairly upscale community. They have a great view with outdoor areas. The rooms are light and bright. Overall it is a good place. I wish they had more staff sometimes to assist the residents more.

I would recommend it as a safe and secure location in Nashville. My loved one says the food is sometimes good, and others it isn't there. The portions will range from a lot to a little. It would be nice to be more consistent. The staff is friendly to work with.

Very nice facility and friendly staff. Pricing options were discussed with me prior to the tour and I was sent pricing info via email; however, when pricing was discussed on the day of the tour, the pricing was not the same as was discussed and documented, it was higher.

Their tour process started off with a pre-recorded virtual tour due to Covid. I felt it was pretty comprehensive, but still left questions open. I would have loved for my loved one to go to a place like this, but unfortunately her health was going downhill rapidly. They offer retirement community living only, and she began needing more care than they offered. But I liked that it had a beauty shop on site. My mom loves to get her hair done often. And I also liked the open grounds where she could get out and walk, with sitting areas in various locations.
