This is a nice community. The staff is very nice and always attentive to her needs. The meals are good and she seems to like them very much. They have a lot of nice activities, live music is nice for her to enjoy. It is a very close location to my home so that I can visit often. I recommend the care and the value to other families.

The staff has been great and they made dads last days great for him. They were very accommodating to him. He did like the food, but it can use some work. They really have good staff and then they have bad staff. Whenever I had a problem they got right on it to resolve the situation. Dad did a lot better in this community.

The community is taking good care of my mother-in-law it is going fine. All together she does a lot for herself but the staff give her reminders and get her medications. She loves the meals, she has a nice menu to choose from and gets substitutions if needed. The community is very clean and is brand new place, only been open for year and a half. Since my mother-in-law is still settling she has not participated in activities they provide, they got a lot of activities. She does has made some friends. They are closer to where we live and it helps us out when visiting.

My tour here let me see a very nice place but I didn't like the neighborhood. It was too busy, too congested, and it was too far from me. Traffic is not good in that area and it would take me a long time to visit him. It was a good tour. The staff were very personable and they put their best foot forward. nothing was wrong with the place.

I am very pleased with the care this community has provided my loved one, the staff has done an excellent job at making sure that she is comfortable and feels safe in her new living environment. She has no complaints about the food and has enjoyed participating in the various activities they offer throughout the week.

We had a pleasant tour of this community. I really like it, and everything went very well. From what I saw the community appeared to be well maintained. The staff was friendly and informative. They answered my questions and were kind as well. The location of this community was to far for us to travel to visit her. My tour went well.

I think the staff are providing the right care for my mom. I also think they keep the community clean. I am not certain but I think my mom enjoys the meals. There are some activities but not all day for the residents. It has been good so far.

The people at this community has been great and super helpful. The community is clean and open. The food is good and they provide a variety for my loved one. I am moving my loved one out of the community just due to needing a little more assistance.

The staff I met during our tour were nice. The food was ok. They have 6 different buildings and the food is cooked in one of the buildings and then brought over so it was not very hot. They do offer a lot of outings for the residents. This community was not very bright.

Everything is working out very well for my parents here. They are being cared for very well. The is a lovely community with kind people. The community looks great, they have a beautiful layout with a lovely courtyards. It has been a great experience for us here.

Both my parents are doing well here at this community. Their transition process went well, and I'am satisfied with their move here. The community is well maintained, they do a good job with the cleanliness. They have a good staff. There are activities available for the resident to try. The meals need some improvements. They need better quality food, and a healthy selection to choose from. Overall this is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

My tour of this community was nice. From what I saw the community looked good, everything was nice and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. I didn't like the room they showed me, they were a bit small for my taste. My questions were answered, they were informative as well. It was a good tour, but not the place for me.

Overall the facility is very nice...clean, no odors. Even though the facility is 17 years old (older than some of the other facilities I have seen) it is well maintained on the inside, light, airy, carpeting and furnishing not worn. There are several large rooms where family can visit and bring in food or prepare it there in a kitchenette. Outside the grounds could be better maintained. The staff greeted me by name, were very professional and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns. The residents I talked to were very friendly and loved it there, loved the food. Staff addressed them by name. There is a low turnover rate of staff, mosted beinging there in excess of 5 years for more. There are local pastors who come weekly to provide religious services. Overall it is a nice facility.

Everything is working well for my friend here at this community. This is lovely community with kind people. The community is nice and clean. Overall everything is working out very well. We are pleased.

I am happy with the care that my uncle receives here. It has been a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. My uncle said the food is pretty good and is satisfied. I am not sure if he is participating in activities but I believe they have some available.

My Tour of the facility was nice. The community looked great. The staff was very kind and friendly. They were very informative and answered all my questions. It was a pleased tour. This is a good community with friendly people.

Our experience with Maple Court was only a short one, but overall I thought it seemed like a nice place. The people were friendly, the facility was clean, and they did a good job looking out for the residents. We did have a few problems regarding communication with staff members. Sometimes it could be difficult to find the correct person to talk to regarding whatever issue you were having.

Our loved one was only here a brief time, but overall our experience was a positive one. The place was clean and the staff seemed caring and friendly. We were satisfied with the care and service they provided.

Very nice environment but it is fully independent living and not a best fit for my father who is fully disabled.

Overall we're pleased with how things have gone at Brookdale Citrus. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good! They're doing a fine job. My one complaint would be that I think the staff could be trained a little more thoroughly, in things like being able to help out residents with hearing aids, etc.
