Things are going pretty well so far. She has only been there around a month or so, but she is getting adjusted. So far, we do not have any complaints with the staff or the facility. Overall, we have had a good experience.

They were very accommodating and welcoming and the day we moved her in they fed all of the family. The one thing that I would say is a downside is that the representative quoted one price and when we went through the paperwork it was about $250 more. Overall I would recommend it to anyone though. One of the best things it has access to the outside on all the levels; patio on the ground floor and a balcony on the top.

Maple Court is a clean and fresh smelling facility. Rooms are large and reasonable in price. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable but when we toured the place they acted fake and scripted. As long as granny is happy.

We are pretty happy with them. It is very clean and the staff is very polite.

They were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was a water leak in the apartment before she moved in, so they put her in one of the guest apartments and they promptly fixed it. We really like the management. She has been happy there.

I thought that all-in-all it looked like a pretty good place. A lot of my mother-in-laws friends live there, so that was big draw for us. It seemed to be a nice place and it is a good deal for the money.

A nice and calming environment but with enough scheduled activities to keep a person socially active. Small enough for any needed personal attention. Easy to find your way around. Was impressed with the director and her vision for the place.

A nice place with beautiful rooms for the residents. The staff have gone out of their way to see what will accommodate my Mom. Still in the process of narrowing down facilities.

Mom has been at Foxbridge for a little over 2 months now. She is happier now and loves the pond. The staff is great! Thanks for all you are doing to make Mom feel at home. She had a great birthday party today!

Mom liked it at The Willows of Wildwood. I know she would reconsider going if she was still alive. The only thing I would say is I am not sure how much time was spent trying to get her to eat as she couldn't eat by herself. The front desk staff and maintenance worker there were always very nice and friendly.

So far things are going good at Cedar Woods. They do need to do a better job with their food. It is not good at all. Other than that I am pleased with this facility.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far I think they've done a good job at Windlands South! Any issues we've had since my loved one moved they have worked with us to get corrected quickly, and they're doing their best to help her get settled in and comfortable. The people here are all very friendly!

The staff was very friendly as well as the residents. It was not the right fit for us at this time. The level of care is more than what we are looking for at this time.

They have done well. They have a great sales person, very informative and friendly and understands the needs of the elderly. They could improve on the activities and their orientation for the families and the residents whenever the are first moving on.

The staff has been very responsive. The move in was easy. Overall, it was pretty good experience. It's very clean and everyone is very nice. This is a nice community.

I was only there at Creekside Terrace for a brief period of time after moving my brother in but during that time I was impressed with what I saw. The food is great. The staff is really very friendly and do a great job. They were very accommodating during the move-in process to make it a smooth transition, and the billing process has been just fine and smooth as well. It has just really been a very positive experience throughout.

staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. residents are pleasant, as well. grounds are well kept.

We toured here, and it's pretty nice. My loved one isn't quite ready to make a decision. They had lots of activities, and it was pretty clean, and friendly.

1/31/15 - Met with Kristy Barton and toured the facility. Kristy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Liked the fact that they offer different levels of care and group patients with similar issues within the same area. Also liked the fact that a geriatric nurse practitioner is on staff to monitor vital signs, check for UTI's, and symptoms that mimic dementia. Seemed to be a strong focus on mediation monitoring to reduce issues with drug sensitivities or ineffectiveness. The 1 BR is adequate size - cottages have open concept/common living spaces, kitchen and dining areas.

I did not schedule a tour here, only because my uncle had lived at Willow Lane for almost six years. Lots of activities and outings to take advantage of. The staff has always been very friendly & helpful if we needed anything. Very clean and does not take long to know everyone's name. His room was large. Lots of room to move around. Would recommend to families. Would have liked a courtyard for nice days.
