We appreciated the staff, help we received. The food was great! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I will say overall we were very happy with The Gardens they were I was very responsive kept us updated on our moms situation and health. The facility could use a little bit of a face lift however, the overall care I felt was great.. Great communication with the staff-we were able to text the activities director to FaceTime my mom whenever we wanted to. The nurses on staff were extremely helpful with providing us updates in our Moms health and when she was transitioned over to Hospice it was a seamless transition and we had constant communication with them.

They are very responsive and accommodating so for that, I would rank them a five. However, the reason for the overall four rating is, I feel they're a little slow on providing updated medication that is required for top-tier patients. My dad was at the very high end of care and it took over 24 hours sometimes to get his updated medication corrected. I had to stay on top of it. Otherwise it would've been incorrect.

AH has been a great place for my husband, who has dementia. The staff is very caring and I feel like he is safe there. PT has been great. His walking has improved considerably, and OT has done a great job with his personal care, which is very important to my husband. It is a very clean facility, which is very important. Food is ok, not great. Nursing staff has done a good job in giving him his meds, putting in and taking out his hearing aids daily, and following up on a cough he developed. I would say it is a great place.

The team from The Warren worked hand in hand with the hospital staff just before my Mom's admittance to the facility. They have been helpful and professional. The facility is clean and seems to be well staffed. My Mom's transition went smoothly.

Staff are all very nice and friendly. They are very willing to help residents. They use a food service that I found out about after my parent's moved in so basically meals are not cooked there. With new management maybe that will change.

I can't say enough about the administrative staff. They were extremely helpful and kind. I especially loved working with [name removed]. He went above and beyond to ensure my dad got a quick placement and the services he needed. He has to be one of the nicest most caring individuals I've ever met. He went above and beyond and I couldn't have gotten through our difficult situation without his help. The external nursing and medical services were very poor but I believe Rain Forest was in the process of changing that right when we left. The administration did an excellent job of listening to concerns and addressing them, however. They also made some internal staffing changes with the caregivers that improved my dad's care as well. Overall, I would highly recommend Rain Forest Landing.

The administrative staff were wonderful. There was quite a bit of turnover with the CNA's but was resolved by the end of her time there. There was also a huge problem with laundry services. I was told this was normal for a memory care facility but I was extremely disappointed in how her clothing and linens were laundered and wadded up and put away in the chest drawers. Her clothes were in such bad shape that when she passed, we left them there instead of donating them elsewhere. The protective cover purchased for the new and expensive mattress was removed to be laundered but never returned to her bed. The mattress was quickly stained and ruined. Overall, my Mother in law hated every day there and begged to come home (I know this is normal). She intentionally hurt herself in order to be sent to the hospital to get out of the facility. After a hip fracture, she continued to fall out of bed (at least one time intentionally in the view of PT). My MIL had a mental illness, was manipulative and had dementia- all this made it very difficult to determine what if anything she told us was truthful. All this to say, we would definitely refer friends and family to Emory Care if they needed this type of facility.

Mom loved the food! The facility itself is very nice as are the resident's rooms. Better communication between the administrative staff, nursing, house keeping, etc. of any changes requested by the family. Such as requesting that they start doing the residents laundry but not following up to be sure the appropriate people are informed and fulfilling the request.

The Rutherford let my loved one stay since I placed him on Hospice and I lived with him. The Rutherford is as good as any of the other places where we lived. It was better than the other residences because the Rutherford kept a Nurse on duty at night and during the day. Further, most of the staff members and Management team seem to care about the residents' comfort and are attentive to their circumstances. The building is an elegant older building and the apartments are nice. The grounds are well maintained and have a walking path 3/4 of the way around the building.

The staff is very kind once you're settled in and acclimated to the environment. My mom was only there for two weeks before passing away, so unfortunately we weren't there long enough to experience much.

The staff do care for the residents But you need to advocate and be able to regularly be there for best care. Rooms are private, spacious and very nice. Food is ok but hey, nothing is great when puréed which my moms was.

What we like the most about Amity Place is the Cheery, friendly, staff (not admin) know the residents and their interests/needs, varied activities based on interests of residents, very inclusive environment !! No one is "put down".

My brother likes the place He has been there over a year. His only issue they only have a ride to town on Wednesday. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. It's excellent my brother still loves it. The only issue does not remember Wednesday is the day of the week to go to town. I don't think he asks the right question he asks about Walmart and they may not go to Walmart every Wednesday. He should just ask if they are going to the store. And then ask which store

The friendly & helpful staff took time showing us many types of rooms/apartments - all clean & updated. The meals & activities are nice & varied. The residents are extremely welcoming to newcomers. I think it will be a pleasant place for my brother

The aids are always friendly and polite. They take very good care of my mother-in-law. They have plenty of activities. that keep them busy. The cost is very high. The building is showing at age. The receptionist is always on top of things and know who is who.

The Gardens at Liberty Park allows for a week respite stay at a time. Most others had a minimum of 2 weeks. I would tell others just to make sure you have all your medical concerns taken care of. My dad had an ostomy bag, they knew that but after he was there a couple of days I asked about changing It. It needed changed every 3-4 days, they said they would need to get a Dr's order. I went back a couple of days later and It still wasn't changed. I had to do It myself to avoid him getting an infection.

The small friendly environment helps residents acclimate and make friends. There are several activities every day. The nursing staff is very attentive.

Staff is very caring and I believe they are very low turnover because they are actually employed by the facility. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is in the market for looking. I liked that it was a smaller facility so I thought it would be easier for my mom to navigate. The people were very friendly. It was a newer facility and also close to my home.

Wakefield Gardens is good value for independant living. The staff is excellent and cares about its residents. My parent has responded well to her living arrangement and is recieving the benefits from the support she needs
