[name removed] and [name removed] are nice people. The food needs to be better it sucks, but we would recommend Rain Forest Landings to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I was attracted to them because of the access for me and my brother it was half way point for me from the north and my brother from the south of ct and easy to get to from the highway. [name removed] the manager was great she kind of sold us on the place. I don't believe she is still their. My mom now resides at [name removed] rehab and nursing. Fantastic people their I would recommend anyone who needs a nursing home to use them.

I like the fact that the caregivers are kind and patient, the decor is lovely, and comfortable, and it smells clean. Of course there is always room for improvement. But I have no complaints.

Was not always able to have a diabetic diet available for my dad. Some staff super helpful and some not so much. Had medication missing. Overall would recommend The Willow based off of our experience.

Dining is not up to standard; the meal quality drags the overall rating down. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are good activities, and good care. The cleanliness perhaps could be a bit better, overall it's a good value. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly to residents and family. Always willing to answer questions and work with family when issues arise.

Very friendly staff, very easy for new residents to figure out how to use the transportation offered. Meals included restaurant style, beauty shop, and lots of activities! The food is really good, and we can go visit my father in law and have meals with him. There are always activities planned and friendly staff members around. They are remodeling and the new paint and carpets are making it even better. It’s very affordable for him as he only gets social security each month. He is able to be brought to the doctor and grocery stores as well since he no longer has a car.

We had a few hiccups when she first moved in, but they have been worked through. All in all it's a great place. rooms are nice, open 24 hours, so family could sleep over. Pets are allowed. Only 68 residents so all the staff know your name!!

I just wish the management had better open communication with families. Overall, it was an ok place except that there is little to no communication with the staff, no one returns phone calls, and no one let's you know what's happening with your loved one. They need patient advocates to speak to family members. My loved one passed, and had we not gotten a private call from one staff member, we would not even have had the opportunity to see her before she passed. The facility never called.

I would recommend Holiday South Wind to other families based on the experience I have had so far. I enjoy the atmosphere of the community the most.

In general the staff is very caring and helpful. As with most facilities; they seem to be short staffed with call-out and hiring the right people. Unfortunately, I find this true with most businesses in this day and age. If they could add more fresh vegetables and fruits; I know that has been an issue for my mother as well as other residents. On a positive note, my mother now refers to Dover Place as her home.

My mother's rent went up over $[removed] a month with no notification to our family. Maidencreek Place is very very short staffed. Employees come and go frequently.

This was the only facility we visited when looking for assisted living. We have been pleased overall with the experience, No major complaints!

They need better food. They need to have home-cooked meals. A lot of the residents are complaining about this. They also need better activities that the residents want to partake in. I would recommend Rainforest Landing if they fixed these problems.

Most of the staff is friendly to my mom. She likes many of them. Happy she has access to good meals. The nurse tries to be involved in her care, although I had to take her to the ER [date removed]..Covid. She was diagnosed with a UTI a few days before which has me very upset

Some staff members are excellent while some are just average, but you get that everywhere. The food is good, but should be better for what your paying. Leadership does an excellent job!

My mom visited a bunch with me. She chose the Rutherford. I think she said, "I like it better than the others."

My spouse is in the memory care unit. Day staff is excellent, probably due to good leadership. night staff not so good. Clean and upbeat for the most part. Medical staff wants to rely on medication a bit to much for behavior problems.

I would recommend The Milford Place. Mom's experience has been good. She has been made comfortable and really enjoys socializing with the other residents. Unfortunately there are a few issues. The dining experience is not the best and the building needs some remodeling and repairs. They also have a staff shortage. Fortunately my mother is pretty much independent and doesn't need that much help. Whenever she asks for anything they help her and the medicinal staff is very good. My brother and I have been pleased with their her overall care

The people are great but the care could be better. However, based on the experience we have had we would recommend Terraces at Parke Place to other families.

The team is awesome overall. There are just a few things I wish they could tweak but the are fully staffed and when you stress a concern they take care of it right away. My family is pleased so far with the care our loved one is receiving. I like that they are fully staffed. The staff is friendly throughout the facility. They are very accommodating as well.
