The staff is very nice and accommodating. They give a break on price to veteran which is good. They are very respectful and very responsive with all my calls.

Room size and location great and clean facilities, kind staff.

I was given a very thorough tour and all the details were very professionally reviewed. The facility was well maintained. I was introduced to several of the residents and was able to get a little feedback from them. Seeing the rooms fully appointed was nice. I was pleased with Hilltop and would recommend adding it to your list of facilities to visit.

There is always room for improvement, but we were happy with the care. My sister passed away 13 months ago I would visit her about twice a a week Every time I went there she was always out in the common area with other people and the staff. She always had clean clothes They tried to involve her but the Alzheimer's had taken its toll on her I was grateful to know she was safe fed and nice place to sleep not much else they could do .

The Palmerton is beautiful. Rooms are cozy. Staff are friendly, helpful and supportive. Food choices are limited however tasty. I like being here and recommend it for those looking for help with life's challenges.

I liked that the community gave my loved one things to do and that he had people around. It didn't take long before he referred to "my apartment" at Dover Place. So I guess he felt at home there. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience

The staff at Foxbridge Assisted Living Facility has been awesome!!! . I would definitely recommend to others!!!!!

The cost is fair. The room is small. The food is ok. I would recommend this community to others who are searching for one.

I liked HillTop very much. Facility was clean, staff friendly and very accommodating. As with a lot of assisted living/nursing home facilities there were many days that were short staffed. Administrative staff was very helpful from admittance to the time of my brother's passing.

[name removed] was taken to hospital after a few days. But overall everything was fine. [name removed] mashes his food so it goes down easier.

Staff is friendly, activities everyday, have not had any food. Resident s can eat in the dining room or have meals sent to their room.

Rain Forest Landing is a well-maintained facility with caring staff, and my family appreciated the support they gave my mother. However, I must raise a serious concern about management and billing. My mother passed in January, and her room was cleared before February. Yet, the facility continued billing her account for five months—totaling over $[fee removed]. I discovered this error myself in September, and despite notifying management over three weeks ago, I’m still waiting for a refund. No one acknowledged the mistake from February to August. Had I not found it, I believe the charges would have gone unnoticed. I share this to urge families to check billing statements at all retirement facilities. Our loved ones deserve peace and dignity—not administrative failures.

Dining is only ok. Activities and friendliness and accommodating is fantastic. Medicine management when not using their doctor/pharmacy is lacking...it's great if you use theirs but my grandma didn't want to change and it's super challenge

The staff has been wonderful. I feel like one of the family. I enjoy visiting my husband whenever I want too. There are medical people available to help if a resident gets sick or injured.

The staff at Emory ridge was very caring and patient. They truly treat the residents as family. They are one of the best places for memory care.

Friendly staff. Nice facility for the price. Yes, we would recommend Windlands South to other families based on the experience so far.

The activities director does a nice job of planning events, crafts and outings so people can get together and socialize. Happy hour M,W,F even has an offering of alcoholic beverages and snacks. Nice outside patio where residents can hang out. Always a party for holidays where families are welcome. Besides if a place is clean, the people are the key to how good a place is. Willowbrook has some 18, 19 year old kids working. Some are pretty good, but how experienced can they be?

Getting situated in the 1st three weeks was tough. But now she has " gotten" into THEIR rhythm and their care is probably the best it's ever going to be anywhere. Oh the facility , food, and staff are top notch. As probably all have a problem with is the Shortage of enough staff. Constant turnover. Seniors get attached. In the 1st month there - May - June due being The Newby - adjusting to strangers and then they are gone and it's a new set of strangers who had to learn the routine she was used to We were told it's a couple weeks of adjustment - but it was a long three weeks before they got it right But now it's July: she is in Their Rhythm - in their system- and I know she is Safe and taken care of - much better than if she was at home with her 80 yr old husband alone.

With caregiver staff in Memory Care, they are extremely sensitive to the comfort and feelings of the residents. They truly act like this is a calling not a job. Food is excellent, very flavorful.
