This is a wonderful place. I compared many locations in the Knoxville area. We had limited financial resources & Wellspring worked with us, to make this opportunity happen. The facility itself is new (less than 2 years old) so everything is new and clean, and frankly quite pretty. I'd compare the common areas to a VERY nice hotel. Nice, private room sizes available to choose from. The Staff is very friendly toward all residents and guests. My family member had some devastating personal losses within the past 12 months & was not looking forward to assisted living, but her experience at Wellspring has helped enormously. She's happy & active & has made many new friends very quickly. She and her family are so pleased that she's found a new home that she's enjoying.

He has been there for 14 months and we have no complaints ! They are constantly updating the facility, have added a wheelchair bus and have wonderful family events with great food and entertainment!!

This facility is the best of both worlds. Its activities, amenities, and layout are like assisted living, and there are 2 home-care agencies on-site for any and all needs, but it's a fraction of the cost because its license is for independent living. Their philosophy is Aging in Place, so residents never need to move again. Keep Me Home (one of the 2 on-site agencies) will bring in any services needed, including physical therapy and hospice.

My mother had her own apartment about an hour's drive from our home. She insisted on driving for her groceries as well as other small tasks and she has macular degeneration. Finally, after a small fender bender, she gave us her keys and we started our hunt for a place. I saw the advertisement for "A Place For Mom" and our troubles seemed to melt away. We looked at several places, took my mother to see them, and we all chose "The Village At Willow Lane". Mom takes part in many activities and has many friends. She often says how happy she is and what good care she is getting. At 91 she still can enjoy some independence without worrying about cleaning and cooking. I am very much at peace knowing my mother is safe and secure.

I think it's great! The workers really seem to take their jobs very seriously and do a great job looking after everyone. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and they take care of any issues I bring up with them immediately. The only complaint I have is that since the building only has 1 elevator it can get backed up during meal times.

Creekside Terrace was outstanding! The facilitiy was clean and very open. It was obvious that the management team, staff, and residents are part of a community. Everyone took the time to smile, say hello, and answer questions. Creekside was rated 'number 1' by my mom.

I was impressed with this community and the facilities. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

They are more about the people there. They just really are very pleasant. I have tried the food and it is great! We’re just very happy. It’s very clean. I gave them fives for everything. The staff has been great. This is the only community I’ve really had a chance to get to know.

My mother has been at this fine facility for almost two years now and is still as happy as the day she went in. Her days are filled with all kinds of activities and the food is great and plentiful. I visit at least once a week at different times and always find everyone happy. The staff truly cares and it shows. You will be happy to have your loved one in this facility I'm sure.

Beautiful facility. Jody is on vacation, but I spoke with Shana Robertson, who was very kind and helpful. We selected this facility over Atria primarily due to new facility with very bright, modern decor. Rooms with built-in's also maximize the small space, and it has a private deck off the room.

This is by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do. My Mom has dementia and she needed additional care. I looked around and checked out other facilities in my area and so many things made Sunnington my place for Mom! She has really adjusted well and is enjoying everything. She loves the food the staff and the fact that everything is taken care of for her has made her more relaxed and she is really happy and proud to live there. When her old neighbors or any family comes to visit she loves to show them around. I can't thank you enough for your help when I really needed someone to talk to and guide me in the right direction. My prayers are with all the family's that will be going through this same process.

Foxbridge has been really helpful getting my dad admitted. The staff is very friendly--the maintenance man stayed late on a Sunday to ensure that I got his furniture and TV installed.

We moved in this Senior Living Community on November 15, 2013. It is clean, nice and has parking. It is small and I like that.

Windlands South has been a terrific experience for my mother. Lots of friends and activities have really let her blossom into her old self!! We love Windlands - and we are always quick to recommend them as an option for friends who ask about Senior Living options. Between very good and fabulous, they are an economically sound choice with tremendous value to our loved one.

Sunnington is a wonderful, caring place for seniors in need of assisted living. My mother-in-law has been there for over 3 years now. They treat her as if she was their own mother. My mother does not need that level of care at this time. The cost is a little over what we can afford for her since she does not have the savings that my mother-in-law has.

This is a beautiful, special place. Everyone I have been in contact with has been friendly and responsive. When I email questions, they are attended to very quickly. I wonder if they have a space for me!

My parents have been at Cedar Woods just under a month but on first impressions they are comfortable there. The live-in managers are a couple with 2 young kids and I like that family atmosphere. They are very personalble and accommodating. They will address any issues brought to their attention. My folks went there from an Assisted Living facility and the change was made based on cost. My folks were living independently in an Assisted Living facility which I discovered is more costly just by its name. The same basic services are offered in Independent Living facilities with the most important being 3 meals daily. My folks did not want a stove and the Manager readily agreed to take it out and provide a microwave in its place. (It was imp that the stove was physically gone). Management also made some small changes to accommodate how they will use their space. Apartment insurance is required and I think that is quite wise given the age group and that fire sources (stoves for one) are being used by elderly and some are prone to forgetfulness. If and when my folks need additional help it can be contracted with agencies to step in and provide that higher level of care. The Facility is well mainted and ample gathering areas apart from tenants' personal spaces and many activities to participate in if they desire. Shopping and doctor's appointments can be scheduled by the tenants themselves unlike Assisted Living where a verbal is given and the staff will schedule with the driver. I think tenants need to be somewhat active in their own welfare for the most part or have family/friends available to assists at times or pay for those agencies to fill the gaps. I am in my early 60s and I like the ideas of showing up and having my meals served restaurant style - right now - lol. If you want to stay involved in your loved ones lives without having them under your roof for what ever reason (space or time issues) it is a great option being offered. Continuity and schedules (dinner and exercise, etc) are important as we age. Also interaction with others in the same age group or being able to bond and form new relationships can be an important part of a quality life for the elderly.

The quality of the dinners are not so good. Breakfast and lunch are fine. We chose them because there are trails to go walk on or ride on. It's a nice view because it's in a wooded area. You can go on a three mile hike and not run into traffic. They could use some more activities there isn't much going on.

We really like Wellspring. They had a very reasonable price compared to the others we checked out. They help each person with their individual needs.

I'm very pleased with the service here, they do a great job! I'd give them 5s across the board. The staff are very involved with the residents individually. Everyone from the maintenance man to the director knows my loved one by name and treats her well. We toured quite a few locations during our search and we're so glad we found this one, we've had no second thoughts about choosing it!
