We moved mom from an ALF in FL to Wellspring Senior Living at Raintree in Knoxville, TN. The facility is lovely and the staff is terrific. The Director, Jody Daugherty was great to deal with. She helped us with all the arrangements and provided us with all the information we needed to make mom's transition smooth. She is a true professional as well as a caring person. Mom is in a wheelchair and requires a lot of daily help. The nurses and assistants are knowledgeable and caring people. We are very happy with the lovely facility and the terrific care that mom is receiving. If you are looking for an ALF or a memory care facility in the Knoxville area, I highly recommend Wellspring Senior Living at Raintree. A wonderful facility for your elderly loved one!

We love Wellspring. The staff is very friendly. The community is new with attractive and spacious living quarters. We appreciate the built-in shelving and mini refrigerator in my dad's apartment. There are no add-on costs, and the cost per month is reasonable. They will also take my dad to doctor appointments. My Dad took a little while getting adjusted but now likes it very much and is actively participating in activities. We are very pleased.

This location turned out to be the ideal location. I completed the site visit; Brandon Parker was very helpful and friendly; the staff that I met were very friendly and the property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The residents seem to thrive in their community. We decided this is the place and she will be a resident at Windlands South by the end of December 2013. This is a great place! It is like living in a hotel with all your own things. The amenities are fabulous and the residents are friendly. The staff is not bad either. The food is prepared by a chef not a cook and you have choices if you do not want the regular lunch and supper. With housekeeping once a week, including fresh sheets put on your bed and towels provided, it is well worth the price. Just mention my name, Wanda Cost. See you here!

We are so happy with Foxbridge and the assisted living they provide for our parents. It's a beautiful place with paved walkways meandering through the campus and around a lake. You can tell that the staff is carefully chosen in that ALL have a positive & cheerful disposition and put the residents first. Our parents were so reluctant to leave their home, but Foxbridge staff has made that transition go very well for them. They are able to live independently and can request assistance as they need it.

Mom was one of the first to move in. I've been very pleased with her care. She has had only one fall that resulted in a trip to the ER. There is a lot of family involvement. This is a wonderful facility.

My mother was almost there for three years. She liked it very well, matter of fact, she knew some people that were there, she went to school with some of them. The food was fairly good as far as I know, she complained about it a little bit, but that's jsut her, she's just picky picky. Because of them my mother found out she could get some VA assistance because my father was in World War II, they made it known that she could do it and none of the other places told us about it. If we had known about it when we were looking for places for my mother in law that would have really helped out.

This residence offered an apartment in independent living for a much better price ($2200). I saw a couple of ladies that seemed sociable, and the residence seemed to be in order.

Everyone has been great and helpful in helping us get the room ready for my husbands brother and his sister-in-law. We are looking forward to all the things they have planned for everyone that lives there. The home is clean and well kept and the staff is great, and the food is good.

WELLSPRING SENIOR LIVING IS A GIFT FROM GOD. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR THE FACILITY. WHEN SPEAKING WITH THEM INITIALLY I WAS APPREHENSIVE BECAUSE THEY SAID EVERYTHING I WANTED TO HEAR. IT ALL SOUNDED TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WELL, MY MOTHER IS HAPPY LIVING IN A BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH TRULY CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. WELLSPRING ALSO OFFERS SERVICES THAT WERE EXTRA AT OTHER FACILITIES. I FEEL VERY INFORMED ON EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING ON WITH HER. IT'S WONDERFUL TO KNOW THAT YOUR PARENT IS SAFE AND CARED FOR WHEN YOU CAN'T BE WITH THEM . After my mom had 2 heart attacks we knew she could not live by herself. We checked around and was giving Greenfield Assisted Living, Strasburg, VA by 2 people. We made an appointment and within 1 month we had mom in a Independnet/assisted living room. She is coming up on her 1st anniversary in October. Mom has thrived and actually her heart is stronger then when she came to Greenfield. She has made so many friends and I have as well. I love every one of the office/nursing/dining room/activity staff because they area always there whenever I have a question or mom has a need. This facility is small which is just perfect for mom. It is definitely a great place for mom.

Real possibility, surprisingly affordable value. Large units in a high rise tower with beautiful views of the park and long distance view of the airport and downtown Nashville. He has 2 1 bedroom units vacant now if we get back to him quickly he would hold the price, $1450 or $1550, usually $1695. The 1 bedroom units are 607-900 square feet all have balconies and full kitchens. They are in the process of updating kitchen counters to marble/ granite. Choose your paint colors and they paint before you move in. 3 meals a day, snacks all day. All utilities including 100 cable channels. Beauty salon, movie theatre, billiard room, served dining room, full activities. Weekly housekeeping. Laundry facilities free, extra cost. Phone not provided. Month to month, owned by holiday retirement 300 facilities with free accommodations in sister properties, 7 days at a time. Free transportation, standard routes but can make other arrangements in advance. Full assisted living services available at extra cost through a variety of vendors. Nurse practitioner and OT /PT on site, insurance or extra fee. 25-30 minute drive from me, but not a bad drive. Has a tub they convert to handicap access at no charge. Prettier than this picture looks, in a residential area. If you don't feel like coming to the dining room, will deliver food to the apartment for free. Live in management staff, eat with the residents. Available 24 hours per day.

They've done well, they explain things and they explain when you ask them questions. She likes it, she's very content being there. The activities seem to be very well but shes not participating in them right now because she just doens't want to but they're encouraging her to participate.

From what I can see with my parents doing it, the care is good, there's no medical part of it, they don't really need that. It's defintiely got me thinking for the future and they're very happy with it. I think they just felt the most comfortable there, they have 3 meals a day, the food's not 5 star but its acceptable, they don't have any complaints. My father said it's starting to taste the same but if you go to the same 5 star restaurant 3 times a day that would start to taste the same too. My mother's very happy thought because she doesn't have too cook anymore.

It does not have the odor of urine. Out of all the communities that we looked at this was the cleanest smelling place. The staff here is very pleasant and they showed us around. The residents we came into contact with or saw in the hallway seemed to be happy in spirits. No body is fussing or being restrained. We are pleased with them and our loved one is having a good time here. Our loved one says they like staying at Greenfield more then when they were staying at our house. We would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed with the Windlands. All of the people I spoke to were extremely nice. I am still looking but leaning towards to the Windlands.

The people were absolutely wonderful! The price for what you get is wonderful! I thought the place and facility was just great.

My favorite today, but rooms for two a bit small but acceptable considering the price range. Affordable. The Director spent a lot of time in financial and VA benefits consulting that the others did not.
