My mother loved this facility!

My two complaints here are 1) The food could be better. And 2) The temperature in the rooms and dining area fluctuates dramatically. A room on one side of the hall is always hot and on the other side of the hall its cold. The rooms should have independent heating & cooling.

The staff at Willow are the best around. I can rest assured easy knowing that my mother's needs are always being met. No matter the time of day that I might pop in, my mother looks to be well taken care of.

Was a very nice and clean tour. One of our favorites.

I like that if you have somebody who is not very social, in order to prevent senior isolation, the residents are required to go down to the dining room to eat three meals a day (unless there is a doctor's order otherwise), which I think is wonderful. My loved one fights it, but then she's happy once she gets down there. They have a lot of activities and a nice variety beyond just the regular Bingo. They have a lot of parties, and every member of the staff is involved with the parties, which is great. Those types of things brings back memories to some people. And the staff are always trying to stimulate the residents, physically or mentally, which is important. The only thing I don't like is ambiguity around providing supplies. When they ask me to bring supplies, it seems like whatever I get often isn't right, and some of the things they ask me to bring don't' seem necessary. So you just have to know your person who is there and their needs, evaluate, and come to your own conclusion. That's really the only negative thing I have to say.

The community was nice but there were just some things that I felt that would not work well for my loved one. He is older and not in many activities so the community was a little too big for my loved ones needs. The community was not bad just did not work for my loved one.

Our tour with The Gardens was phenomenal. We really liked the bright neon sign when you walk in, it just has the cutest atmosphere. The staff seemed to be very encouraging to get the residents to participate in the daily activities. The reason we did not go with them was just due to the fact that they do not accept medicaid and we did not want to have to move her once she ran out of funds.

It is a nice and secure community. The community is a little outdated; however, they keep it together. The location and easy access for our family is the best thing for us. I would like to see the community updated their decor. The food is being brought to the doors of the residents. The menu is a little limited, and this might be due to COVID.

We chose Willowbrook Place because they offered respite care and they were open of the only ones around/ From what I saw the room sizes seemed fine. Overall I thought it was an excellent facility and would recommend to others looking.

We chose Raintree Terrace because of the location and the availability. The room sizes here are bigger than others we looked into, there is plenty of room for his furniture and storage space. Overall, it has been a great experience and I would absolutely recommend.

We chose Milford Place because it satisfied everything that we needed for my mom and it was also affordable. She was in a studio suite and it was nice size for her, she had a lot of natural light and had a big bathroom. The best part about the community was the entertainment that came in before COVID. The only thing that my mom ever seemed frustrated with was the food service. Overall, I would recommend to others.

The staff is friendly and attentive to all residents

I've visited the community several times. The staff is wonderful. The residents always seem so happy. Lots of activities for the residents. Great location.

When I placed my mom at Greenfield Senior Loving after she fell and broke her leg- I quickly realized the staff was the most excellent, caring compassionate, kind, communicative, insightful, and cognitively proficient group of clinicians and caretaker I have come across… And I am an RN of 26 years myself! They took the most tender loving care of my mom in the days when she needed it the most and I am forever grateful to them! You can trust placing your most dear and fragile loved ones in this facility, they will be in good hands I can assure you!

I have a dear family member who resides in the Memory Care at Hilltop. She is loved and cared for. They bring her oils and lotions to help her sleep at night and make sure she is hydrated in the day. The staff have been so kind to our family and to our loved one.

I have been very pleased with the way SWH manages to take care of all the many tasks involved during this time. I thanked a former employee who worked here when not in school. I said y'all were amazing. They bring meals to our rooms and even during a tornado plus the pandemic. [name removed] contacted the servers by walki talki and had them come downstairs during the warning. Then they resumed service. Jonesboro, Ar had significant damage just a block away. Buildings were demolished . There were no deaths. And the disaster response was incredible. Our law enforcement, deputy sheriffs, state troopers, National Guard all were very good. Traffic was routed away from damage, But our SWH staff have been dedicated and help keep us safe, With temperature checks. [names removed]. [name removed] brings food,snacks and keep everything clean. The chef has been woonderful!!!! And, [name removed] has been so pleasant and faithful in bringing food..also [name removed]. ALL STAFF HAVE PITCHED IN WHERE NEEDED. [name removed] has done an excellent job doing small group crafts, gardening, until we had to stop because of a positive case. She makes sure we have plenty of word puzzles, coloring sheets, and daily newsletters. I did receive a voice notification from Great Call when the case was determined to be positive and also there was written notification outside my door. Also, I recently have talked to [name removed], from our nursing staff. She said there is always someone here 7/24. That is reassuring as I may need someone to check on me in a few months,I will probably be taking radiation. So this is a very good place to be, meals and snacks,juice,lemonade, tea, coffee(not I, I'm too young for that!) milk. I appreciate the effort in making a walking schedule and laundry room, to help keep us safe. Thanks for the chance to let y'all know how we are coping at SWH.

They took real good care of my mom while she was there. The staff was experienced and very good. They did everything we asked them to do and more. The community was laid out well. The food was good. The room sizes were good.

It was a difficult decision and a difficult time for my Sister and me to place our parents in a Living Care Facility but both of our parent needed care and assistance we couldn’t provide them. Moving our parents to Wyncote Place was the very best decision we could have made with assistance from “A Place for Mom.” Wyncote Place is a great Memory Care Community. The staff are very caring and loving to all the residents. The staff goes above their duties to assist the residents and their families. They are a Group of attentive and caring staff who are responsive to unique needs of its residents. My Mom has Dementia and I appreciate their knowledge for dealing with dementia residents. I like the fact that staff are available 24 hours a day to assist the residents with any time sensitive needs that may arise. Before the passing of my Dad November 2019, he shared a great relationship with the staff as does my mother. They were both comfortable, happy and well-adjusted to being at Wyncote. (Dad 89 was a difficult person and hard to please) That said a lot to me. Wyncote was HOME to our parents, they enjoyed being there and the staff was their extended family. See that’s the GREAT thing about Wyncote Place, it’s more than the Memory Care Facility with Medical Care Services, Meals, Personal Service, On Site Activities, it’s also the genuine authentic relationships the staff cultivates with the residents that mean so much and the residents can tell. For me, I know my Dad passed in a loving caring place surrounded by people who truly cared for and about him as a person not just a resident they were caring for. That ingredient is what sets Wyncote apart from other places my Dad had stayed in the past. My Mother (89) is still residing at Wyncote Place and I feel good that she and my Dad shared Wyncote as their home together before he passed. Mom is living in a community with care givers and residents she knows and is familiar with who is familiar with her. That’s very comforting to me as I live in Atlanta, Georgia. So, hats off the awesome administrators and staff at Wyncote Place. Special thanks extended to [name removed], you are the very best, Thank you for your warmth, caring and emotional support you provided Dad. You could get him to do what no one else could and Dad Loved you.

Every time I visit, the community is very clean. The floors and bathrooms are always clean and there are no odors. The staff is very friendly, however they could improve on how they communicate with me about my mother-in-law. The care itself, however, is very good. They go out of their way to provide her the care she needs. Initially, there were some problems with laundry, although that has now been resolved. They also provide a variety of different activities for residents to participate in. The community does seem to be at a good price point; the staff is good, the community has a nice layout, and the care is good. In the beginning, there was quite a a bit of staff turnover, however that has now settled. The nurses on staff are great and are very knowledgeable. They also take the time to talk with me when I call.

We had a wonderful experience at The Willows! [Names removed] (head of memory care) and [name removed] (fantastic nurse in memory care) all came to my rescue when I needed an emergency placement for my mom. They even have a great hair salon. I would recommend The Willows to anyone!
