It was a nice place and we enjoyed the tour. I did not like the rooms and how small they were. They also did not have any carpet which was a problem. The staff was nice and I did like the residents that were there.

This is a wonderful new community. The staff members are excellent and caring. The food is top notch. They do offer activities ,but now looking for a new director in the activities area. I would highly recommend this for great care to others.

Independent living rooms have much more room, Assisted living is very limited on space for a couple. Clean, staff seems to be nice. Views are of the street all around! Memory care has alarms that keep going even after the nurse puts in code and this hurt your ears, they need to put a time limit for a few seconds after code is entered, not leave going for several minutes!

I do not really think there is anything that i do not like about it there. My parents seem to love it and I feel like it was a great decision and move for our family.

It's a very nice place. I feel safe with my mother in law being there. It's nice to know that they call me when she falls. The nursing staff is very nice and friendly. It has been a very good experience. There is always room for improvement. I can't rate the activities because I don't have enough experience with them. It is not applicable. Overall, so far so good.

Their responsiveness is not as quick as I would like, they don't always come right away. When we were around, they responded faster to the call bell. They did have a good variety of things to do. He loved the food, it would be about a 4 out of 5. It was a brand new facility it was cleaner and more modern. I've found that the sheets were not being changed on a regular basis and they said that they would be changed on a regular basis. Once we mentioned it and brought it up we didn't have a problem, but you kind of need to pay attention and be on top of it. We chose them because of their list of activities and having a library on each floor, and the closeness to us.

I contacted A Place For Mom and my Rep helped me narrow our choices to 3 places. My brother-in-laws toured the 3 properties and thought The Crossings was the best option. My husband had lunch there and thought the food was great. We really needed a place for my mother-in-law that was safe, I think The Crossings at Falls Run is worth every penny. We are happy with our decision.

This is a dream. Everything is there for you. Including real good tasting food.

It has outdoor space and nice large parking lot. They are very welcoming. Relatives can visit and feel comfortable. I would also add that it is assisted living and therefore residents have a certain amount of privacy, which is great for many (capable) people who wish to have a social life and independence. However, if your family member needs 24 hour care and medication, this may not be the right place for them. It is a nice place relative to how much nursing homes cost generally.

Harmony at Brookberry Farm is still newer and they have somethings to figure out, they do not have a ton of help but they are trying their best. We do think once they get more staff things will be better. During our loved ones stay they did take really good care of our loved one and we would recommend them to other families.

I think they took care of my parents well overall. The facility was very nice inside. But I think we would have enjoyed a smaller community, even though Harmony isn't at full capacity yet. Even so, they're understaffed. The nurses are great, but I feel like the higher up administration needs to be more present. It's a pretty corporate environment. Everybody was nice and said hi, although established residents were a little slower to warm up to new residents. It seemed like they had a lot of activities. It would likely be a great place for the right person, but if we had to do it again, we probably would have sought out a smaller community.

Our loved one are happy with the activities, they love that they have live music and entertainment often. They have met a lot of residents who are very friendly, and the facility itself is very nice. However, the meals are not what our loved ones consider up to par, and when they go to the dining hall they have to wait awhile before being served. The house keeping only comes for about 20 minutes and barely cleans so we have had to hire an outside cleaning service. Also, the response time when a residents uses the emergency cord can be a long time which is a concern to us.

We chose Harmony at Harbour View because of the affordability as well as the convenient location. The room sizes here are adequate for her needs. The staff members for the most part have been very receptive to what I have had to say about things and been accommodating. I would probably recommend to others looking.

The communication of the community could be better and their covid plan could be better also. When we needed some help with my loved one we were not able to get it due to my loved one having covid. I would have liked to see some type of a plan to assist residents that had covid. I would recommend this community to others

I feel like they are doing a good job at trying to keep residents safe. I feel the food has been good from what we have had, but lately my mom has been complaining and said other residents have been too. I do think they need to have more variety to better accommodate dietary needs. It has been hard to visit our loved one because visitation hours are only during their business hours for set times, so it is hard when you have a full time job. Other than that, the size of my moms room is big, it is a well kept facility, and the staff have been very accommodating with our family. Overall, I would recommend them. They are trying their hardest.

Dinner is iffy--sometimes fine, other times cold or slow.

Family BEWARE!!! Complete "bait & switch" & ZERO communication between departments of care giving. Moved my 92 year-old mother there 3 weeks ago from a different assisted living facility knowing memory care would be needed within a year or so. "Residents get preferred status".... After FOUR DAYS the calls started that she needed memory care. Please note: we had hired home health for 5 hours a day to help with the "transition trauma". They insisted we have extra help 12 hours a day!!! We're at day 28, $15,000.00 later & they dropped the ball COMPLETELY!!! I definitely would not recommend!!! It's a sad situation to watch your parent decline soooo rapidly because the proper care/protocol was not given... Avoid The Crossings at Harbourview! They have too many issues to work out to be reputable.
