I took a tour here. I was going to have my mom move in but we decided against it and it took a bit for them to give me my deposit back. Most of my interaction with the staff was before the facility actually opened. The rooms were a bit smaller than I thought they would be and they just weren’t spacious enough. They looked too small to live comfortably in and it felt like you’d be living in a hotel room rather than a home. However, I have a couple of friends who have visited and they’ve said the building itself looks very posh.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The people were nice. We liked this community, however my loved one chose one in a different area.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints about how things are going for her. The staff have been helpful with the transition and I am comfortable with the care she has been receiving. She has had no complaints with the meals and enjoys the dinning experience with the other residents. I am also happy to see her starting to get involved in a few of the activities they have to offer.

This is a very nice and new community it was larger than the others we had toured and the staff did a very good job showing us all around and answering all our questions. There were a lot of amenities offered to the residents should they choose to participate and the staff we met were all friendly. In the end, we felt that this community was just not the best fit for my mother as it was on the larger side and focused more on amenities, not activities and it lost the homey feeling.

The staff was extremely nice and took their time on the tour to show us around and go over information. The community was clean and well maintained. The residents that we saw seemed interactive and happy.

My mom picked this community because she like it better. It is newer and they offer indoor parking which will be easier for her when it gets cold. We like the administrator, she is really nice. When we thought the hurricane was coming, she covered everything with the residents and this made my mom and I feel much better about the situation. The housekeeping does a good job and at first she wasn't comfortable with them cleaning her apartment but she has accepted the help now. Everything else has been great. The only complaint is about the food. My mom says the meals does not taste like it should and there is not a good taste. She recently had a turkey meals with gravy and it did not have enough gravy. She had to ask for a side of gravy.

Beautiful new facility with fabulous living spaces. Courteous professional staff that are knowledgeable. Welcoming environment. Nice amenities minus a pool for water aerobics enthusiasts. Overall cost a bit high comparable to other facilities. Cable and phone extra - for price, seems basic cable could be included. Exactly what we need and are looking for! Staff bent over backwards to provide customer service. Residents were delightful and happy/content with services received and activities provided. Overall excellent place.

I have no complaint of how things are going for my mother since she has recently made the move into this community. The staff are always so helpful and attentive to her needs. She has a healthy appetite and the staff make sure to keep her busy with different activities throughout her day. She seems to be very happy and I am impressed with how well she has adjusted. I would recommend it to anyone that was interested.

Great accommodations. Beautiful layout. Although a full kitchen is in each apartment, one can opt out of only one meal per day. I don't need meals provided each day, so this isn't the best fit for me at this time. I loved it, though.

This location is perfect it is only about a mile away from house. At first, he was put into a small studio room but once they determined that was not going to work they upgraded him to a larger 1 bedroom and he is close to the elevator he is doing much better. At the time of the tour, one thing that I was assured of was that there were going to be men within his age group which at the current time there are not they are much older. He does seem to like the food not as much as the place he was at before but when asked they will accommodate his request for what he wants to eat they are very good about that The staff is extremely friendly. The communication in the beginning between myself and the staff was a little bumpier however it is improving.

The cleanliness at The Crossings is very good. I think they could do a better job encouraging my mom to join in the activities. They gave a schedule but she has mobility issues and no one offers to assist in getting to the activities. Everyone seems very friendly here and it seems that most of the staff is there because they care and it isn't just a job to them.

The person that took us on tour was nice and upfront with us. They did let us know mom would not be able to live here as they were not equipped to take care of her needs. The community is clean and seemed well taken care of.

My parents are being cared for well at this community. I'am comfortable with their move to this community, it is a nice facility. My father is in the memory care unit, and I know they are taking good of him, and his needs. My mother is in the assisted living portion of the community, and she is doing well. I would like a little more encouragement from the staff for her to be active. They do have a nice, responsive staff at this community. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

The Crossings at Ironbridge was a very nice place. During the tour, the tour guide took me around the entire building and the place was clean. All of the staff that I came into contact with were very nice.

Everything went fine here and we enjoyed the tour. The community was very nice and the staff that took us around was very helpful and knowledgeable with the information. We had just thought that there was another community that may meet my parents needs.

I was looking into this community and got good feedback about the future of the community. However it won't be open until Spring and it felt too big and corporate. It looks like it is going to be super nice.

We had put a down payment for an apartment that I picked out for my dad. I really liked the idea of getting into my golf cart and literally going down the street to visit my dad. I meet with the sales person and she showed me all the finishes with a diagram and boards of the materials they will be using. She was very informative and very sweet. It offers many more amenities and that was what attracted me to the community.

I toured this community for my mother and her needs. This is a nice community. From what I saw everything looked nice and neat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My tour went well, and it was a good experience.

We visited The Crossing on Wednesday, 12/07/16, and met with Becky. The place was new. It had great amenities, especially the theater and pub. We were looking for two bedrooms and the living room was a little small but they had washers and dryers in the room which was nice. The one bedroom apartments were very nice. We liked the month to month costs arrangement with no large upfront entrance fees. They have independent and assisted levels but We have on our short list
