We chose Harmony because of the convenient location of the facility, the level of information of interest from the staff members. The room sizes here are generous compared to others that we looked into. I do think they could improve on the food, some of it is not suited for the residents. Housekeeping in residents rooms has not been consistent. Memory care does seem to be struggling with staffing and getting and keeping experienced CNAs. All of the staff members we have met are kind and caring. Overall I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The location is great if your loved one needs independent living they need to be truly independent. I would like to see more interaction with their residents and help to get aclimated. I would also like to see more activities and things to get folks active.

Harmony is a beautiful facility, and fairly new. Working with the management was great, they busted their butts and were just wonderful. The care from the care givers seemed very adequate. Dealing with the staff from our perspective was that some of them were not so nice and almost snooty when you showed concerns or have questions. The food was absolutely horrific, our loved one may of had a better experience if the food was better.

Professional Staff...Nurse interviewed me with a detailed questionnaire which will inform their treatment of Hilary. Beautiful facilities. This one will be my preference.

We did a virtual tour with Harmony at Wescott Plantation. This facility was our second choice, but it had multiple floors and I thought my loved one would get lost having to use the elevators, so we decide against it.

The community doesn't have enough staff. The Harmony Collection is a nice place. It takes forever for my loved one to get their meals, and sometimes they don't have the food my loved one ordered. This all recently started after the COVID restrictions lifted.

So far the front-runner in our search. [Name removed] was really nice, lots of information. Seems as though this place has everything we are looking for. Scheduling a tour asap.

We chose Harmony at Oakbrooke because of the cleanliness of the facility, expectation of what they offered, and also the care levels that they offered here. It also did not look a nursing home. The room sizes at the facility are great, he is in a studio and it is perfect needs. I would recommend to others.

I visited Harmony at Chantilly on Monday afternoon, the [date removed] and received a tour from [name removed]. I am very impressed by this property and, based on a small number of interactions, found both staff and residents very pleasant. I look forward to my follow up here, after I've viewed some additional properties this week.

The community is very friendly. I would tell others it is a nice community, I think they are a little short on staff for healthcare. The dining is good, with wonderful food. The nursing staff availability could be be improved.

I would suggest you do better homework than I did. I went on the look and feel along with the price. I thought my loved one would get the best care for the cost, and I don't feel like my loved one is receiving the top care.

we toured this community and the tour was good. The staff was friendly and informative, and they answered all of our questions. The price was higher than other communities in the area.

Everyone there is very nice and so far it has been a good experience. Our loved ones biggest complaint would have to be about the meals and their portion sizes, they are just a little to small for him. However, the activities are back open for those who wish to participate. The value for cost is pretty steep, but for the market it is probably fair.

Harmony is spacious and nicely decorated in the public areas. The rooms were on the small side but manageable. Depending on the location of your room it could be a long walk to the elevator. We were invited to stay for lunch and the food was fresh and tasty with a nice variety of choices.

It was good community. The only downfall was the community only have a wing for memory care. My loved one would have had to share a room to make it affordable for us.

I thought it was impressive here. The difference between The Harmony Collection and the place we ended up choosing is we wanted a single level facility, and not too corporate of an entity The Harmony Collection had 3-4 levels, and my loved one would have been restricted to the first level due to his mobility. They have a lot of great features though. The rooms were highly presentable, and the facility itself was really nice. They’re building on an addition for independent living. There's a lot going on there, and things were fresh because it was a newer facility.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. The sales rep. was amazing and the community was very clean. The community was very large and we felt it was just to big for our needs.

We toured Harmony at Chantilly and it was a nice facility, although the sales person was a little pushy at the time. We did not feel like it would be a good fit because it is in a congested area next to a middle school and very busy road. We did not feel it would be a great place to walk around.

Hotel style, nice activities and great floor plans. Not as homey.
