Everything is going well so far with care services. They keep me up to date with what's going on with mom. Mom is in memory care and needs more attention. Sometimes she is unsupervised, so they could use more staff. The staff is really good. The director has been really helpful. Mom really can participate in activities, but they do have bingo. Other places were much more expensive, and this one was all-inclusive. Overall good place but sometimes things get lost or disappear.

Nice place but care services/activities were not offered, which were needed for mom.

We chose Harmony at Brookberry Farm because of the value for the money and also the size of the actual rooms were good. I think with them being new the administrative staff are still learning. My mother has long term care insurance and I have been working with them for 3 months now and it has been a slow process. Overall I would recommend them to others looking and already have.

Good community, too far from family and friends to visit.

We had a good tour experience with Harmony at Columbia and the girl giving the tour was great. For us it just came down to the size of the facility, it was just too large for our loved one. She is 90 and on oxygen and we think it would have been too hard for her to maneuver around.

The community is really good to the family and takes good care of my loved one. The staff are very friendly, and caring towards the family and our loved one as well. They were always willing to help in anyway they could. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

We really like how Harmony at Spring Hill is not to small and not to large it really is just that right fit for our loved one. We did have one challenge when we first were moving our loved one in. The paperwork and communication was a little back and forth which caused some confusion so a better onboarding process could make things easier. However we did speak to the director about this and all is well. It seems like our loved one really enjoys the meals and dining service and based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

This was a wonderful community with continuing care from independent living to memory care. The community was too big and not the right fit for my loved one.

It's adequate and not overwhelming. I think they keep the facility clean. I don't know that the CNAs or med techs are particularly involved in the care. They seem to be understaffed for their patient volume, and typically they are not very gentle.

The tour at Harmony at West Short was fine, and I thought it was a nice place. Our reason for not going there was at the time, they seemed to be not as concerned about Covid and had more lax protocol. Other than that, it seemed to be a fine place.

It was a good experience. We were only there for a month, but it was still an overall good experience. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Things seem to be going well at Harmony at Hope Mills, mom is slowly adapting to living here. The staff are very friendly. They keep mom busy and have plenty of activities provided for the residents. She is pleased with the meals that are served. She has a very nice one bedroom apartment as well. I would recommend them to others looking.

The place looks great and is beautiful! The way their memory care unit is designed, is more modern than most. It doesn't feel like you are in a different spot in the community. There are a few doors that the visitors have to pass through to get to memory care. The assisted living and memory care residents are able socialize and dine together. The food is amazing! There is a dining room for the residents to eat in. The community mixes up the menu, and the chefs are amazing! The residents don't complain about the food and I am there visiting multiple times a day. Medication management, dressing, hygiene, and bathing assistance is some of the care the community offers. The community is short of staff, like everyone is nowadays. Since they are short on staff, the community is using an agency to assist the residents as well. The communication with the staff and family is great. The nurse practitioner is great and we have kept her as a primary care physician! She is passionate with geriatric care. She are quick to respond to any questions or concerns the family has and is willing to listen to the family.

I personally liked Harmony at Bellevue the best out of the facilities that we were looking into and touring. It is brand new, everything looked high end, and the rooms are spacious so you get more for your money. I liked that they had a mix between independent living and dependent living provided.

We do like the rooms at Harmony, they are nice and spacious. However sometimes the communication is delayed between the staff members and families of the residents which has been an issue for us especially when it comes to medicine management.

it's a very nice facility, there are a few things that I find difficult, but in general its a nice place to be. my apartment is conveniently located near the elevator and comes with a washer and dryer unit. I also have a full kitchen, which is pretty good. they offer one meal plan with your monthly fee and you can add on another for a little more money. so I cook my own breakfast and go down for lunch and dinner. I have had a maintenance issue and they were very prompt and took care of it quickly. the only thing with maintenance is that they're only there on weekdays and they leave at 5. so if you need help on the weekend or after 5, you're kind of up a creek. they do offer transportation for dr. appts, and I've used that service. you just have to let them know ahead of time so they can schedule the ride. I've also used the transportation service for a grocery store visit and the bus driver was very nice and helpful. they also have other outings to restaurants and various places, but I haven't used that just yet. overall, I am mostly satisfied with my stay at Harmony at Westcott.

It's great, clean, new and beautiful. They keep people busy and treat everyone with friendly care. This is a locked memory unit. They offer exercise, memory, bingo, food tastings as some of the activities. They offer automatic payments. This location has 2 floors. Memory care is located on the first floor. The therapists are fabulous. They take my loved one to their gym for therapies.

The food is excellent and the friendliness of the staff is excellent
