We chose Harmony at West Shore because they were closest to our home and also the least expensive out of the ones that we looked at. I do think that they could do a little more as far as activities go. The food is very good. They allow you to come in and eat with your loved one and you can bring food in anytime. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

We picked this community because, it was the cleanest facility and closest location.

We chose Harmony at Bellevue because they had immediate availability, they had a screened in porch with a view from their apartment and also a really large floor plan. We also liked the staff right off the bat. They could improve on the food situation, they cannot seem to hold onto good chefs or servers but I know that is an issue everywhere. The food has been hit and miss. If they could get that figured out they would be in great shape. The residents and staff have all been very friendly and welcoming. They have made friends right away after moving in. We looked at a lot of places and if you are independent, this location is great. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, doctors, etc. all within a few minutes. That has been a huge plus.

Our family had an in person tour and with everything we saw and all the staff we spoke with we had a really good overall experience

It has been a mostly good experience for us. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff is friendly and they seem to want to help the residents and families. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices to choose from. The portions could be a little larger according to my loved one. Some of the activities available include music, entertainment, bingo, and more for the residents to choose from.

I toured this community and really liked it. But it's a larger facility and has both memory care and assisted living. We were looking for a smaller, memory care only facility. I would recommend them being an option for those looking for assisted living. It could be a good fit for that.

At first it was just going to be a 30 day respite stay for my mom, but now both my parents are there. We chose this facility because it was a little less expensive and also more convenient to my parents house. We do live out of town and the staff are good with communication when they need to be. I was there during a covid outbreak and I do not think they necessarily handled that very well. The people who give my mom her meds do not have much training. They have worked very well with us. Overall it has been a pretty good experience, they just need some improvements in their training for the folks who dispense meds.

Our tour at Harmony was great. We had a great experience with the admission staff and were actually scheduled to move our loved one in. The negative that turned us away was upper management, who we had more interaction with as the admissions process progressed. They did not seem flexible, inviting or engaging. They seemed hands-off and did not take the time to understand our family's needs. The Initial staff were great - but they weren’t in power to make certain decisions.

I toured this facility and it seemed very nice. All of the residents seemed happy. It was a little too far from home, so we ended up deciding on a different facility.

My loved one loves the food. It has been a big change, for botth my loved one and I. As far as the staff, some care more than others do. I picked this place because I read excellent reviews and it was close to home.

This was a nice community. The community didn't feel very welcoming, as the residents didn't say hi to my loved one. There was no walking path for my loved one inside or outside of the community for them.

The location is really convenient for us which helped in the decision making as well as what the level of care was going to be. Our loved one seems to enjoy the meals and dining service and they do have plenty of activities going on for the residents who choose to participate. Based on the experience we have had so far with Harmony at Falls Run we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall satisfied. Wonderful caring staff. Food services could be improved. Many residents complain that quality has declined and lacks variety Would like to see more options on ala Cart menu and more vegetables.

My only concern that really have with my mom. Is she has had several falls when in there. By the time the doctor gets by there is only 1 or twice a week. She has a very bad swollen hand and needs an xray and is not getting done in timely manner.

The residents are a fine group of people. They are very friendly and open to developing new friendships and sharing their lives with one another. The staff has been good although they are somewhat understaffed at the moment but the people who are here are very good.

In the top 20% of independent and assistant living facilities. Overall, very accommodating.

The only thing I believe is lacking that would make things better is more staff. Serious lack of staff in dining and on the floors for personal attention!

My loved ones mental capacity is much better, in which they are in memeory care. I would like to see, my loved one spend more time with people in asstisted living, if that is allowed.

Tour went well and liked all the facility had to offer.

We liked the community. The residents were a little older than my loved one, and this was the downfall for us.
