My loevd one is doing well. We picked this community, because it's great people, cost reaonable, and they have good food. It's a nice place for an elder person to live. I would recommend to other families.

They do not have the staffing to deliver what they say they provide. Their business office rarely returns emails or phone calls. The food could be improved. Most of the staff they do have are friendly and responsive. Their nurse manager does a very good job notifying family of urgent events.

My loved one is currently a resident at Harmony at Anderson. Overall, everything has been great for him here. The staff has always been willing to work with me on a lot of paperwork issues that I've had to deal with regarding my loved one. They are very helpful and nice to talk to on the phone. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Everyone is really nice, all the nurses, and the people in the cafeteria. They provide updates for my loved one, and make suggestions. She is being well taken care of. The value for the money is good. I would recommend to other families.

I think our main concern with Harmony at Wescott is the cleanliness of our loved ones apartment. Our loved one is not the neatest person but I am not sure how often her apartment really gets a good cleaning.

The facility is much nicer than [facility name removed]. They do have a few challenges (as many do) with keeping good quality staff. Often my family member goes a day without anyone coming into their room to check on them. If the eating facility shuts down earlier than stated each day, so you must arrive on time to have adequate time to eat. There are so many great activities if you like to participate both on site and offsite. The location is very conveniently located near the interstate and a safe community.

I have been a resident at Harmony for 5 years. I have the experience to be warm, friendly, and accommodating. The activities keep us active and entertained. The staff are pleasant and easy to work with. When searching for a place for my wife and I we felt this was the best we had found.

This facility is attractive and clean. Communication with the family has been minimal in Independent Living. I haven't eaten the food. The staff has been responsive the few times that I've reached out to them. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Only problem was that he transferred in (on a weekend which was very unusual for them but I'm very grateful they allowed us and [name removed] actually came out to help us move in!!) but he was not seen by local Hospice before he passed away. Moved in on [date removed] and he passed early morning [date removed]. Concern that he'd be addressed as full code did not happen because I spoke with the administrator and pleaded they respect his DNR from SC and they did. The issue then was no medical doctor or Hospice in WV saw him so it eventually came down to the medical examiner signing the death certificate. I thought Hospice would see him within 24-48 hours of moving in I would say both friendly, caring staff, definitely recommend. I agree with all of the accolades listed above.

Harmony at Falls Run has been a good fit for my mom, so far. The facility is modern, well kept, and inviting. Staff are kind and compassionate, though I believe there could be more of them. The food is restaurant style served and my mother raves about it often. Weekly housekeeping and laundry are so helpful for your loved one and their family. We did have a few important challenges at the start with staff communication and medications being ordered as prescribed. I strongly suggest family remain involved and present whenever possible to oversee their loved ones care. It doesn't go unnoticed and ultimately ensures the best care for your loved one.

They are very friendly, and helpful. Areas for improvement includes: quicker response and reliability when care needs change; and more nursing staff.

My parents are very happy there! They have games and communal programs. Monthly special meals with family. Bus trips in town for activities or shopping. I would recommend to others.

The facility is very new and very clean. They offer lots of various activities, it will be what the senior makes it. Food ok, seniorlicious; blandish. The staff wonderful except for one front desk clerk. Needs landscaping but very nice interior. The apartments are wonderful and have great amenities.

The business office manager is so knowledgeable and I depend on her a lot. The front receptionist, [name removed], is a pleasure to get into from. So kind and welcoming! Being a new facility they were a little green to begin with. They have improved some with caretakers, but they need more warm, fuzzy employees. I love some of the Med Techs though. The facility is always clean and never has that urine smell that some have. Harmony is a beautiful facility, and our friends have all commented on its beauty and surroundings.

I toured Harmony at Columbia and it seemed like a great facility and they were ready to take my loved one but they backed out on us at the last minute, unfortunately. We really liked the place.

It is a lovely facility, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They offer lots of activities that seem to be very appropriate for seniors. The restaurant style of dining was a plus for me also. I felt welcome when I first went to Harmony and still do at every visit.

The staff is good to mom and they have worked with me as I voice concerns. They do have activities and offer exercise daily, crafts, music guests etc. Yes, I would recommend them to others.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Overall the staff have been responsive to questions or concerns the family has. So far this has been a good place for our loved one. There are three meals served a day, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. My loved one is very happy with the meals, and the food always smells good when I visit.

What are family really likes about Harmony at Hope Mills is that they have several activities a month residents can attend. They invite family to join in on certain activities. Staff are very friendly, they get to know family by name.

I toured this place and it was nice. It was a much larger and busier facility compared to some of the others that we toured. The cleanliness wasn't as detailed and the food wasn't as good. The residents were friendly.
