The staff are friendly, call residents by name, and seem quick to respond to concerns. My loved ones haven't utilized any care services, nor participated in any activities. They eat the evening meal there since it's included but frequently augment with a snack afterwards because the portions are smaller than they are used to or they didn't like the offering. I'm happy with it because of the location and condition of property.

The staff is friendly and accommodating and the housekeeping is acceptable. The move-in process was fine, no issues really. When it comes to meals, the main course is not quality, and the preparation I would say to be the same. The menu repeats itself too often, there is not enough variety. The food is cold if you're not there at the beginning of meal time. The staff forgets to bring items that were asked for. As for improvement, there needs to be someway to look up an account online to request maintenance online. When it comes to laundry, the CNA's take care of it and it is not done properly. They do not have the equipment, nor the time, to do the two loads per week that they say they provide.

I love the place but getting important information about care is impossible and very disappointing. They need more staff in my opinion. I would recommend them with improvements on health information.

The facility is almost new and kept very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mom is in a studio which is plenty big for her needs bathroom is nice and set up for handicap accessibility.

I can't say I would choose them over again. I initially chose them because they were closeby. I would not recommend.

This is a new facility, and they seem to have several kinks to work out. Staffing seems to be an issue. Dad is not too involved with activities so I really can't speak much to that. He is not overly impressed with the food, but I have had two meals there and they seemed okay.

My loved one is in the Memory Care unit with Hospice care at The Harmony at Hanover Assisted Living and Memory Care. I feel that she is well cared for. The dayshift CNA's are really good, patient and friendly. The cleanliness is okay. The food is average. I do not regret putting my loved one here.

The staff at Harmony at West Shore are extremely friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping is good (we had a little hiccup on move in day, but it got resolved). The move in process had a few bumps because of some staff who left, but was otherwise good. My parents feel that the food is excellent and plentiful. I would recommend Harmony at West Shore to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Harmony Collection at Roanoke Memory Care and overall her experience at this facility was good. The food and the friendliness were great. The cleanliness, activities and value for cost were good. The care services were okay, laundry/housekeeping was a big issue during my loved one's hospital stay. It was almost as if she didn't exist because they didn't do any housekeeping or laundry while she was gone. The clothes had obviously been piling up even before she went to the hospital. Also, there were times when it seemed like they were short staffed, which is not good in a Memory Care facility.

I am currently a resident at Harmony at Victory Station and things have been very good for me here so far. The staff and the facility are nice and efficient. For the first two weeks I thought that the food was very good, but now it is okay. The menu is full of pork, which is boring. The soup is good on most days. More sandwich choices would be great. Overall, I think I would recommend Harmony at Victory Station to others.

Meals and dining service - same food all of the time and a couple of the staff have attitudes, and some are very nice. Activities - our loved one doesn't get reminded or taken to events and can't read the schedule well until he gets his cataracts of. I would recommend it, but it does need improvement. Most of people are very nice and do a good job. They probably don't have enough staff, especially the medication nurse. One nurse for three floors of dispensing.

Harmony at Kent is struggling with getting the meals out in a timely manner. Other than that, the facility, the people there and the overall cleanliness is great!

It's a nice place. I wish they had more outdoor space for the residents. It would be nice if they had picnic tables, outdoor garden, and a place to have outdoor activities. They pretty much just sit in the front in rocking chairs. We picked this community because it was closer to my home and less expensive.

It was the best for my sister and close to our house.I cannot fairly rate the facility yet; my sister has only been there for a hort period of time. So I am observing still.

When my stepmother's health started to decline I was really hoping that they were going to work with us on the price for moving them to assisted living since they had been there for several years. However, it wasn't the case and we had to move them to a different facility and location. It was really kind of sad as my dad made several good friends there.

My mother is currently a resident at Harmony at Morgantown and everything has been very good for her here so far. The staff all call her by name and stop to talk with her. The housekeeping is pretty good, extra staff has recently been employed. Communication with the family is good. A lot of it is through texts or weekly newsletters. There is some phone contact, lots of personal if needed. The move in process went smoothly. Although mom has a nice big house that she'd rather be in. There are many choices for meals and they vary. Meals can also be delivered to the resident's room if they choose not to go to the dining hall. I would recommend Harmony at Morgantown to others.

They are responsive and good to work with. We picked this community because of the washer/dryer in the unit, and newness of the facility.

When it comes to the activities, they could offer more for the residents and they could have more staff on Sundays to take the residents over to the church services. However, based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

It's very clean and I feel that my family is safe and taken care of. It's clean with more staff and close to family.

The reason we gave Harmony at West Shore overall a 4 out of 5 on the ratings is because they have dropped balls here and there but overall based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the community to others.
