They struggled with getting staff for the restaurant but they were all really good to dad. I was glad that was where he was. I would say the he was that the facility was nice and they cared for him well. On why we picked there, we just had a good feeling about the service after speaking with them.

I like the layout and the staff the most. The staff is more personable here. I like the price the least.

The staff caring for my mom in the memory care unit were wonderful. The facility offers many services that are part of the cost such as a health coach to help residents do activities, bus tours, and exercise classes geared towards the residents’ abilities. The reason I removed a star is because after your family member dies the 2 weeks you have to remove their belongings from their room isn’t honored. After my mom died I removed everything from her room except her bed as I needed to get a truck. I let the nurses assistants know I’d be back later in the week to pick the bed up. The day before I returned the maintenance staff threw the bed in a dumpster. I was still within my 2 week time period. The maintenance staff refused to help me get the bed out of the dumpster (he was very rude!), however several nurses assistants did help me. The higher ups didn’t return my call after I complained.

All is good. The best thing about Harmony is that their Independent Living provides 1 meal per day and weekly light housekeeping, including bed linens, which is included in their monthly rent/fee. That fits my mother in law perfectly.

Always a difference in staff - not all are 5s. But my general sense is that most do give good attention and provide quality care. We have recommended the facility to others.

People are very friendly and my loved one is being looked after. I would recommend this facility to others.

We loved the assisted living area They moved her to the "lock down" and she started failing. In our opinion she didn't need that area yet and her old room was rented out the next day. She was very happy where she originally was. She just sits in this area with patients who can't even talk to her and she is very sociable. I've been 2x when there wasn't even toilet paper in her room nor the bathroom floor as promised. The pull cord has never been fixed. This area is not under the "public eye" and it's like they don't take as much care or concern with it. This is my opinion as well as my brothers.

The staff is great, I haven't met a bad one yet ??. They do seem a little short staffed though.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The Memory Care area could definitely use more support. Mom shares a room and it's quite spacious. Away activities are offered for those residents who are able to participate.

We got a two bedroom for the price of one. It's nice. We picked this community because of the cost.It's a great choice!

They've had to do a lot with mom, she hasn't been the best resident, and we've really appreciated their efforts. Our biggest concern has been communication. We text and call, but aren't always answered, or answers take a while. I believe they need more staff to better handle family inquiries. I would recommend Harmony. It was a whirlwind when we had to find somewhere for her, and they've worked to get things right. I have peace of mind knowing she's in a controlled environment with help nearby instead of home alone where too many bad things can happen.

It was nice. It looked better than the other couple I looked at. I would recommend to others.

Staff was very caring. They, like most places, seem to be shorthanded. Housekeeping was good. Didn't seem to always have someone on the weekend. Communication was good. Move in process was very good. Meals were also very good, better than expected. I think I expected more care. My spouse stayed in bed a lot. I'm not sure how much he was encouraged to eat. I felt that I needed to be there to be sure he took his meds and ate. Not blaming that on the staff, but the policy seemed to be not to force them to eat or take meds. There should have been a "happy medium" there. Quite frankly if I had it to do over again, we would have waited to place him even though I was having health issues. It's hard to say about recommending because we didn't have experience with another memory care.

Overall- disappointing move-in experience. Should be some type of new resident orientation. Billing is not proactive. Why don't I automatically get a detailed statement of monthly charges B4 $ pulled from account? I have to request it??? Seems very archaic. Mom's care has been very good. Employees are nice. Medication management has been inconsistent at times. Tons of activities. Provide feedback to management and staff at every turn. They are receptive. [name removed] , Director of Nursing is a gem. Good value!

The Harmony has met our needs. My sister is very happy there. We picked this place because it is small and we loved the floor plan in the memory care area.

When compared to a rehab facility or an actual nursing home, I would highly recommend Harmony. There are areas that Harmony should address They are under staffed in several areas such as dining and care especially on the evening shifts. All residents, that I sat with complained about the food.

Harmony is clean, bright, and welcoming. The residents enjoy sitting out front in the sunshine in the warm summer months, but seating is very limited. It would be so nice to see this area expanded to accommodate more residents. It would also be nice if there was a foot path and garden area outside so that residents could move about more. A sun-room would be perfect! The staff does a great job with activities and keeping the residents engaged. My mother thinks that they could do a better job with cleaning, but overall, she seems to be adjusting. I am happy that she is safe, warm, and well-cared for.

The staff is great. Housekeeping could do more each week. The activities could be more consistent. The food needs improvement.

The apartment like setting along with available medical staff in central location. Friendly staff and good locations, elegance of dinning room, large variety of foods at meal time and many activities. Also we like the location of the community. Dislike the equipment available in gym area. Could have some more low impact things like hand bicycles and fun things like skee ball arcade game, foosball table, wack a mole, etc.

I would recommend the communityy to anyone. It is a beautiful facility with lots of activities and an excellent reputation.
