We picked this community because of, the proximity to family who can look in on my loved one. I would still recommend. Clearly many of the other residents I've met are quite content here, and I like what I can see

My loved one is currently a resident at Harmony at Kent. Overall, her experience at this facility has been very good. The friendliness and staff are great. The activities are great. The cleanliness and care services are good. However, they really need to do better on the food situation. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I rate all of the categories positive, with the exception of activities. However, since the arrival of the new Executive Director activities are increasing and new staff has been hired. Harmony at Spring Hill is a nice community, and the location is ideal. The new Executive Director and staff are making great improvements! All we have met and have contact with are friendly and professional.

We toured Harmony at Hope Mills when searching for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was wonderful. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and activities seemed great also!

My loved one is a resident at Harmony at Bellevue. Everything is great. The staff are all wonderful. If there is ever a problem, the staff finds a resolution and corrects the issue. The price is extremely fair. My loved one loves having a patio area for her and her cat. The food is the deal, it's standard. But there's a new Chef coming on board, hopefully the new Chef pulls it together.

Good experience overall - would definitely prefer a much higher staff to resident ratio if looking for assisted living. Also, we observed a nursing staff shortage. The head RN is wonderful, however we noted that she worked well over full-time the entire time our mother was there. The facility is well kept and pleasant, and the activity offerings are abundant. The dining is somewhat limited however, and dining times are not flexible - leaves little choice for the residents. Additional dining options and times would make a big difference.

Given Mom’s health issues, it took about 5-6 weeks to really settle in and seem to do well, but the staff care and try. It's difficult when communication is an issue.

There are lots of outside noise that residents can hear inside their apartments. It is so loud that I would recommend you bring earplugs. There are dogs and ambulance sirens that can be disrupting to some residents. The community is clean, and the staff are friendly.

We took a tour of Harmony at West Ashley during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This was a nice facility. The food was good. The cleanliness was good. Everyone was friendly.

We toured Harmony at Wescott during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice! It was clean and the food was good. However, they didn't have an indoor pool, which was something that we were looking/hoping for.

Overall, it's been a good experience. We picked this community, because halls etc clean but often her floor in her room appears hasn't been mopped. Also, personal reviews. My loved one, looks good she is always clean and dressed sometimes hair hasn't been combed. But not often. Although she keeps saying she wants to come home she seems be adjusting well.

I toured with Harmony at Bellevue and was not a fan of the facility. There was very little natural light, it was a depressing. Harmony at Bellevue did offer a lot of great things, but it was super expensive, and experiencing water damage in one part of the building when I visited. But, it was the best by far out of the other 3 tours that I took.

The management staff is responsive to the questions and issues we may have. I feel that our loved one is taken care of. The Crossings at Ironbridge has provided our family with piece of mind and we would recommend the community to other families looking for a community for their loved ones.

Over all good. But the food and laundry service is not good. I've repeatedly asked them to fix the door in my mom's room going out to the courtyard. My husband can barely open it. And every room on my mom's side of the building gets water in it when it rains. They just put absorbing mats down. There is also not sufficient enough staffing either. Far as laundry, they have caused bleach stains on some items and shrunk quite a few items as well.

I picked this community, because it was originally it was cheaper and closer. They can improve on the care and communication. Make your own decision.

They maintain their facility impeccably and are attentive to any problems. Staff are courteous and accommodating. I would definitely recommend to others. We picked this community, because of the attractiveness (newness and cleanliness)of the facility and options for room lay out appealed to us. My sister's first room was lovely as a small apartment lay out. She has since been moved to the Memory Care unit which is not quite as spacious but still nicer than most. The location was also a factor as it was centrally located between family.

The continuity of the Executive Director position changed 4 times during my tenure here of a little over 15 months. I've had a disagreement with accounting since [date removed] and it has yet to be addressed by anyone. The staffing level of the maid service has been so low that overall cleanliness has suffered. The chief maid is overworked and under staffed, Food varieties on the menu are good. Dining staff has suffered shortages which impacts total experience. Activities get a 5+++. Outstanding staff and leadership. All the residents are super and the majority of the staff are great. The daily concierge is outstanding!

They are having staffing issues (as I'm sure most places are). Lots of turnover, even at the Executive Director level. Food is a problem, quality and staff to serve. My mother rarely utilized this option. She pays over $[removed]/month. The positive note is she doesn't have to leave the building to see people, a regular apartment would be less money, but this benefit is worth the extra $[removed], I suppose. That and location of her apartment. Ground floor, we don't have to go through the main are, but her patio door to get to her.

I'd recommend it because first & foremost I feel it's a safe place. I'm not sure about activities because every time I ask for a schedule they don't have one. I like the FB aspect because you can see the residents & activities. I'd warn them though that the price is higher than others.

Our family had an in person tour with Harmony at MT Juliet is high end, very beautiful. [name removed], and the other staff we met, were polite. The over all vibe was more reserved, not as warm as [community name removed]. They were very pricy. That was to be expected for a place as upscale as Harmony. It looked like they offered lots of activities, they had excellent weekly entertainment , even a bar. The menu looked delicious. Definitely a level up.
