The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+ and the quality of care services get a 4+. What we like the most about Harmony at Greensboro is the friendliness of staff. They are very caring and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

They do have ad addition of hospice care if needed. Staff is typically very friendly but there does seem to be a good amount of turnover+ seemingly many others leaving Harmony for other facilities giving perceptions of uncertainty for the future.

The main things that stuck out about Harmony at Bellevue when initially looking was the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff from top to bottom. I would tell others that when touring facilities, it's always recommended to engage with the staff and watch how the staff interact with residents. This was a determination on where my mom was placed. This has been a great fit for my loved one.

My mother is in independent living, so she really doesn't receive much care, but when the circumstances have required it, care has been good. My mother has often said that most of the meals are ok, but not great. Plus, Harmony seems to be understaffed and doesn't seem to have sufficient equipment to expediently serve the 100 or so independent living residents. Cost is high compared to other facilities in the area. What we like most about Harmony at Mt. Juliet, is that it has a lot of things/activities for the residents to do, independent living apartments are nice sized, hallways are wide and well lit, convenient to shopping and medical facilities

The overall experience is very positive. My only concern is that I wish there was a safe and secured outdoor space that residents can use to go walking, do gardening, get fresh air or doing activities instead of just rocking in a chair in the front of the facility watching cars go by.

I'd recommend it, but the staff turnover lately has been very concerning. Also the costs are ridiculously high.

The overall staff work well however the Director lacks communication skills, lack organizational skills, and lack follow through skills. We have been asked many times for paperwork that was provided during admissions. There should be various levels of functionality in the memory ward. My loved one is not on the level of 90 percent of the clients in this ward and this have been very disappointing to her, me, our family and friends that come see her. They should have multiple memory care levels based on the clients capabilities.

Staffing numbers seem to be inadequate. But everyone is friendly and my dad is comfortable there.

My ratings are because one has to keep after them to do what is expected/offered and charged. We chose Harmony at Falls Run initially because we liked the apartments and they said that they check on the residents about every 2 hours.

The location, and cost is, better than alot of places in the area . Nurse manager is awesome , ex director is great . Nurse team excellent. Staffing is a constant challenge . Food service is ok, and the food could be better . Excellent team of PT on site . Visiting PA,is excellent

It's taken some time so the facility to staff; however, they are doing a good job. Current staff is very friendly. Seems that the relatively new Director is getting improvements implemented.

I would tell others to make sure you have your date for move in locked down so they are ready and not scrambling.

The housekeeping in the facility is okay. They could do a better job in the memory care unit. The facility doesn't communicate very well with the family. Most of the time, the family has to ask questions. For example: my mother's eye was really red. It was not addressed with a doctor until I inquired. The move in process to the facility was smooth. Better communication with the family is needed. I would still recommend the facility.

What our family likes the most about Harmony at Enterprise is the overall cleanliness, the staff and for the most part the quality of care. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My experience is based on Harmony Square (memory center) at Harmony at Brentwood. I would say that the staff are very attentive to the needs of the residents. I visit my mom once a week and there is always an activity going on. The nursing staff (esp name removed) are wonderful and treat my mom with love and kindness.

They need to pay staff more to retain them. They are constantly changing. Some times the maid doesn't show up, or a meal ordered for delivery doesn't show up. Always due to being short staffed.

My mom doesn't take advantage of the activities accept the occasional Bingo. I think she is slipping in her cognitive abilities which has nothing to do with the staff. I feel she is taken care of better here than the previous place she was a resident. I know my mom isn't the easiest resident but I don't think she is the worst either. We are happy with her life at Harmony.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Harmony at Hanover. Improvement with housekeeping was needed, due to staff turnover. The meals were mediocre. The monthly rent fee increase was ridiculous! I would only recommend The Harmony at Hanover if they improved the issues mentioned above.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The office was easy to work with when problems arose. I felt like my mom was very well cared for and looked after.

I was greeted by a wonderful smile at the front desk, than a young lady name [name removed] come out to start a wonderful tour, I am looking for my mom who’s need help with her medicine. We still haven’t made a decision but I really love the community and [name removed] was very professional, answer all our questions and showed us around your beautiful community.
