The first year I was there was a nightmare but they finally got a good new staff and from there on was 80% improvement. There were 10 turnovers of directors the first year I was there. Likewise many turnovers in staff. Last year and a half was stable. Had one director and one financial officer. They have done a terrific job in stabilizing the facility. Rest of staff had what i would say was a normal turnover.

That it is a good place, I would recommend it. We picked them because of the location.

We had arguably the best care of any facility during the Helene aftermath.

I would tell a friend my mother has been very pleased with Harmony independent living. She's found a group a ladies she enjoys. The staff is very friendly. Communication through email to the billing office can sometimes be difficult. I finally had to meet them in person with my question.

My parents are independent living so they have not utilized any health services and have not participated in activities. Harmony is beautiful and well maintained. Food service is EXTREMELY slow, sometimes taking close to two hours for dinner. For the location, it is competitively priced and well maintained. The staff at the desk are friendly and welcoming. They have a wide variety of floor plans and sizes available. My parents place is a small two bedroom and they are fairly happy with it.

The rooms and facility are very nice!! They could be better at communicating with the family.

For the care services, I consider this average our family has had to remind the nursing Director several times over the past year regarding linen and laundry services. With regards to personal assistance with dressing that's inconsistent as well. When it comes to the meals and dining, this has been the worst aspect of the community for my mother. The the menu is repetitive and includes many ethnic and seafood food that are not edible for my mother. There are weeks when she finds nothing on the menu to eat so she eats on the everyday menu mostly side dishes.. the portions have become increasingly smaller. They are served in Styrofoam occasionally, and my mother has an order for them to cut the food and she constantly has to remind them. They do offer a lot of in-house events and activities, they do not offer outings other than a weekly grocery store trip and I think they've been two other outings over the past year one to a park and I'm not sure where the other one was. I give it the score based on the meals and the care

Overall we are happy . It took awhile for Mom to adjust but she seems happy now at Harmony. If possible, I feel that family members should visit as much as possible right after the move because that seems to be the hardest time.

Over all they took good care of my wife. I went to see her daily and she was always clean and neat with clean clothes, hair clean and brushed, bed linens clean, etc. They devoted the resources to gave her the care she needed as her ability to do anything on her own slowly went away. I found the head nurse in charge of resident's care to be excellent. Had all the qualities of professional knowledge balanced with caring and compassion. She was my "go to" when I needed to know what was going on. When I went to see my wife, she was usually just sitting doing nothing. Sometimes the staff would have a video playing of some young woman doing exercises that I guess counted for exercise. Without a real person working with them, this did the residents of a memory care unit no good at all. They did have a volunteer on Saturday and Sunday who led some games which was good. But he wasn't an employee and only came a couple times a week. I think they have hired an activity director since my wife was there. I found the administrative office dismal. I went in to ask a question once and it took them 15 minutes to even find my wife's account. Right now I am still waiting for a corrected September invoice so I can submit it to my insurance company. At Harmony you pay a month ahead. So, they need to refund me about 20 days and send me a corrected invoice that reflects what actually happened in September so I can file the final claim with insurance. Still waiting.

Mom was in an independent living apartment. Mom didn't like the food choices there.

I'm disappointed that I have left several messages for someone to call me from the billing office and no one has. I know their billing manager has left but I'm sure someone is working in the office since there's no problem with sending me monthly bills.

The staff at Harmony at Anderson is friendly and helpful and we would probably recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Very nice place but food is not so good for the price I pay. it is too expensive I am in the independent living area. All they do is clean once a week and they do not dust. You have to pay extra if you want them to deliver your meal to your room and when and if they do it is cold The staff is very nice. Apartments are a good size. All the rooms are good size. Larger closet in bedroom would be nice. The kitchen is good size with plenty of cabinets. I would rather have a larger bedroom closet . Kitchen is larger than I need now.

Not perfect but a good place overall. We are pleased. The caregivers at Harmony are hard workers and they have a lot of different things to do. They seem to be responsive to request for specific care and overall we have been pleased with the response and care for our mother. The food is good and the Facilities are clean

We are very pleased with Harmony, it is beautiful.The only problem is what it is everywhere, short staffed. There has been a lot of turnover since we moved our aunt in, but she is happy & has adjusted well. She enjoys the activities & the trips on the shuttle. Being able to make doctor appointments & schedule the trip with them. I will say the front desk staff & the directors are very pleasant & helpful when needed,

My fiance spent two weeks at Harmony at Hart's Run for Respite. Considering all the needs he has I think the staff at Harmony did a very good job. His needs were different from most of the residents. I think that he does need more of a skill facility. He enjoyed the people and the staff. He said the food was good. I do think they could do a better job with there housekeeping. I felt the room was dirty when he moved in and when I pointed out a dirty sink it did not get cleaned.

My brother is the resident at Harmony at Harts Run. All of the staff have been very welcoming to him and especially his little dog. The care has been good and they are getting to know him. The only complaint that I have is the response time of maintenance when issues arise in his apartment. Also as a new resident’s family member I feel like I am still learning how to help him navigate the services offered there. All in all our experience has been a positive one so far.

My brother seems to be happy. The woman who took my brother on tour was very thorough. The nurse and the physical therapist were very good and on time. That was the main reason we chose Harmony at Falls Run.

There have been some growing pains which is to be expected with a new building and general staffing issues in the industry as a whole. However, the activity people are very good and always having something going on for the residents. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

There are not that many activities for the residents, it is very expensive but the care is pretty good. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families it's a newer facility and fairly well run. It helps that it has independent, assisted, and memory care.
