There are good activities for the people in assisted living, but it could be better for those in memory care. Staff is very lovely and caring, but they are sometimes shorthanded, as seems to be the case everywhere.

Admin team is working hard to normalize resident care in Memory unit. They are responsive and professional. Some staff can be more attentive and engaged. There are several consistently performing well and remain a bright spot. Families recognize memory care support is taxing, but residents require treatment and attention above "just enough". They are still people even though they have memory issues and can't always articulate clearly. My sense is some staff get this, some not so much. Overall, I believe intent by experienced staff is good. Support through high-performing aides and techs is needed.

They were great at communication with any falls. They kept me up to date with how she was. Helped her with anything she needed, including on activities. They made sure she was always clean. Nurses were always friendly. Also they allow pets. And you can eat a meal with your relative whenever. The only bad thing I have to say, is as her caregiver i was not notified when she died. The facility actually called my brother. But other than that I really did like the place. The food is bland but I get they have to cater to many different dietary needs. So I just bought my mom some spices to make the food better.

Nice place. Lots of activities. Problems with repairs in a timely manner. People are helpful and pleasant. Management is good and replies to complaints in timely manner.

I really love that they have such a large variety of things for the residence to do. Also love the front desk. Staff can't remember what they call them, but they are awesome and look out for people. If they haven't seen them in a while, they call the family and let us know. Something they could improve on is their maintenance department processes or procedures. When her refrigerator went out, it took them three days to get it replaced. They didn't call the family and let us know so that we could bring coolers and help save her food. They didn't offer to bring coolers to help save her food. They just let her food go totally rotten. It took too long and they didn't have a solution for what she did while she waited three days for a new refrigerator.

Mom is very happy with the food. The staff that is there are all wonderful. There are lots of activities to choose from. It is a very nice facility. Our only problem so far is that they seem to be having a problem keeping housekeeping staff to clean residents apartments. Oh, and one of the elevators has been broken for a long time.

I would give the overall experience with the community a 4. As far as the community, programs, services and residents - I would give all of those things a 5. Just working with the business office has been challenging at times. I would definitely recommend it to others. My friend who moved in also said that the food has been really good. That's a big deal.

Staff is great, very attentive and quick to respond. The kitchen needs improvement in the quality of food & accommodate restricted diets.

They are kind, thoughtful and always willing to help.

When I moved in here last year, everything was fine. I have met some really nice folks. We got a new director. The food service started having a few problems. Also the activities director was let go, and everyone seemed to like her. I like it here, but it's had a few downturns that I'm not appreciating. I love my apartment, it's perfect for my needs. I have a housekeeper once a week and that's very nice. I guess that's the only thing I can tell you.

Administration is inconsistent and has undergone a complete turnover. You have to stay on top of them for everything. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired in that I had to clean her bathroom on several occasions due to the condition of the room. Nursing staff is very good with mother and takes excellent care of her.

In general I shall say the facility is lovely. good location. the staff especially [name removed] who runs the place is very helpful accommodating and will answer any all questions one may have.

he staff has been great, but there have been some leave and some new hires.

My husband was a triplegic. Need more help than they could handle with bathroom needs and transfers. My daughter in-laws grandpop just recently became a resident actually. He's pretty active but not aloud to drive and shouldn't live alone. He likes it. Enjoying the people and activities.

They have high turnover, hence , 8 to 10 reliable and experienced staff for each 24 hour period.

The only thing that stands out to me is the maintenance response time. We wanted to have the TV hung in my brother's room. They took at least 3 months to hang it. Also the shower in his room was running cold water and it took a while for that to be fixed. The med techs were very nice and took time with my brother. The nursing administration was responsive when I had questions about his care.

They always call to let me know about any medical situation. They keep them safe in the memory care section. They feed them very well.

There was a strong smell of urine in my husbands room. It wasn't cleaned until I asked for it to be cleaned. Staff is friendly. Not enough outdoor activities. Dining experience in the assisted living is very nice. Wait staff is helpful and food is good there. Overall housing is nice.

Facility is very clean and well maintained. There are frequent activities offered and the dining experience offers a variety of food options along with daily specials and there is a bistro the has drinks and snacks 24/7. Clinical staff are generally very responsive and friendly.

Some are excellent at meeting resident needs. Others not as much. They may be just learning or biding time til they find more that they are looking for. None are really bad. Meetings with management allow you to directly ask questions or make comments about your concerns
