Harmony is beautiful. Bright and cheerful no sickening antiseptic smell. [name removed] likes the dining, food is very good. Plenty activities. Apartment is lovely and clean. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Had a small glitch regarding distribution of meds on time. After a meeting all concerns were addressed and positive.

Some great staff members poor transportation. Some great staff members. Some great staff members. Changes with the change of Chefs. Could use more actionable events. Transportation is an issue. The residents and the friendly and caring staff members

The staff is very caring and kind to residents and family members. In the memory care unit, staff really got to know the individual needs and personalities of the residents.

This is a nice place with friendly residents, but they need to have less turnover in the administration.

The staff seems very nice and friendly .My mom likes the morning stretch's that they do on certain days. For the holiday they had someone to come in and sang for memory care family .That was very nice. My parents are in the memory care area and it is always very clean and smells good. They are still learning my parent's habits. The food I guess would be the downside for me. But I take them food from time to time. This is an adjustment for us all. My parents have two rooms which I guess it's like having a suite so it works for them. But at the moment I would give Harmony a 4. I think eventually the more they learn about my parents behavior and their needs they will be at a 5 .

Harmony On Peninsula is a lovely place. They took care of mom very well. The staff is caring and efficient. We are so pleased we chose Harmony, they truly treat residents as Part of the family. Can't say enough good things about them. The only negative comment I would make is that the doctor on staff who is the resident's primary care doctor did not keep her appointments regularly when requested. The doctor also did not communicate with the family, one day the doctor did not show up when mom needed her and the staff said she had an appointment with mom. I had to take mom to Patient First to get the antibiotic she needed. Our family's experience was that the staff was attentive, and treated mom like family. They were kind, thorough, and were sensitive to her needs. You could tell they really care for their residents. They kept the room clean. The physical therapy staff was the best and kept her moving. I would recommend Harmony on the Peninsula.

It was convenient to my family, near shopping and a community I was familiar with.... the food was good and the staff and residents were friendly.

Harmony at Enterprise bent over backwards to get mom settled in quickly. They are very communicative with a little persistence on the part of the resident and their families. Taking the time to develop relationships with various members of the staff and care givers makes me feel much more comfortable moving mom into Enterprise. We recently need to use the conference room for a meeting. We asked a week in advance and the director made it happen for us! Mom still doesn't want to participate in any activities so I have no insight with them. She doesn't like the food and wishes there was more serving staff. That will be addressed with the proper staff soon. Given all that mom has gone through in the last 2.5 years with medical issues and a change in her life's plans, I'm glad that she is in Enterprise.

Overall for my mom it has been good, except the food which is not good. Overall there are great things about it. The staff members are super kind and friendly and helpful.

The representative was very informative and answered all my questions. We went on a full tour of the building, and it appeared to be very well kept. The rooms were well decorated and spacious. Also, the residents appeared very happy.

[name removed] was very nice and informative. She answered all our questions and explained what their employees are trained in to help the residence live in a safe, friendly environment. Was there in the evening and mother has not moved in yet.

I haven't personally had the food. But, from what I hear, people like it. So, it should be, at least, a 4. Friendliness is definitely a 5. Administrative staff is also definitely a 5. Value also. The rest of the categories are at least a 4. After about a month of experience, we believe that we made a good choice. The facility is nicely decorated and furnished. It is in a good area and is easy to get to, except at evening rush hour. The front desk staff are very helpful. The director of sales and head of nursing are very pleasant to deal with.

What we like the most about the community is the location, the daily list of activities, the staff are all so so nice and helpful. The staff made the transition so easy.

Initially, there were concerns around nonresponsive staff. However, that was resolved quickly. The only other concern is the frequency of room cleanup and bedding changes. Otherwise, the staff there is exceptional, and my mother is in great care.

There are so many activities: shopping trips, exercise classes, weekly outings to lunch, art class, lectures & discussion, happy hour, choir, social hours, movies in a real movie theater. The staff members are caring and and considerate, clearly having the residents’ well being at heart. The one bedroom apt is very roomy, 680 square feet. They are newly carpeted between tenants; there is a weekly cleaning service. They are clean and bright, with sliding doors leading to a porch or balcony. There are 4 floors, with each floor and main lobby being decorated seasonally, making a cheerful atmosphere. The monthly rent is close to half what it is at more expensive places in the area. The maintenance dept. is well run and very responsive to resident apartment needs. The dining room is roomy and bright, with white table cloths. One meal per day is included with rent, and the food is quite good, with alternate options always available. Utilities are included in the rent. The resident pays only for cable and internet. Overall, this facility was the winner in all categories I explored.

I don't think that I can comment extensively right now since I have had limited interactions with the facility (we live 4.5 hours away from my in-laws at Harmony). The things I wasn't aware of on my initial visits: PT and OT is consistently offered 3/4 days weekly (if the person qualifies)there is a nursing station on each floor and call bells in the rooms. Hair salon is available. They mention that meals can be brought to the room but I'd tell families to inquire further because this service is not free. I'd also encourage families to clarify exactly what nursing care is provided and to not assume something (eg BP monitoring) is a provided service.

I gave a 4 star only because I wasn’t able to view any apartments or cottages. [name removed] was so informative about cost and all the services offered and how that would affect cost. The website showed layouts of apartments and cottages, square footage and cost. I left completely confident in making a decision. I was given a tour around the main building inside and out.

The staff was very attentive, friendly, caring. When my Mom called for assistance they were timely, which was something that was a priority for me. Food was good when eaten in the dining room. When it was Delivered to the apt it was cold and unappealing. I know it's very head to deliver food an it he hot when it arrives Although my Mom didn't participate in many of the activities because she was up to it, they did offer a nice variety and had a nice schedule of activities. The apt was very nice and spacious and clean. The bathroom was a Great size, easy for a wheelchair to get around. The sofa in the room Had a slip cover on it and it didn't fit so it wasn't very inviting but for her short stay, it worked. I would recommend Harmony to anyone looking for Assisted Living or respite care.

I found the staff overly invasive but I much younger than the rest of the residents. Not terrible but it made me a bit uncomfortable. It was also difficult to get assistance later in the evening. Again, being younger I would be up later at night and it seemed staff had mostly shut down after dinner.

What most stands out that we have noticed is that the amount of staff on duty at anytime is more than we've seen in any other facility which is awesome and lets us know the turnover must be very low. All aids have shown compassion patience and gentleness with attention to detail
