My loved one is very happy with her move to this community. The community is brand new, so it's only one-third full so far. The place is maintained well, they clean my loved one's room once a week. The community provides a choice of either lunch or breakfast and the food is fantastic. They have a theater where they play movies, my loved one goes with friends often. They have a concierge who checks up on her when she's not feeling well, as well as take her dinner to her room. Her room is comfortable, she has a huge walk in closet.

I would give the food a 2. It was not what I anticipated based on the sample I was given. We are trying to work with them to improve this. They offer daily activities, however they are not utilized by the residents. They keep the community clean. I would recommend this and let them know about my concerns up front.

The Chamberlin is a great place to live. There are lots of amenities: indoor pool, gym equipment, fine dining, inside and outside activities, transportation service, every other week housekeeping, onsite rehabilitation service available, caring friendly staff and residents, and the view is magnificent!

The Chamberlin is beautiful and I love walking my dog along the sea wall and watching the ships coming and going. The residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm still unpacking so I haven't had time to investigate the activities yet. I rented this place sight unseen and it has been everything I expected and more.

Overall experience I would rate Harmony 4 stars. Everything has been excellent except for a few things. 1) There is trouble with the staff not giving my sister medication on time. Some days she doesn't get her daily shot for diabetes at all, even after multiple complaints to the medical staff by my nephew. Hopefully things are improving concerning this issue. 2) The elevator has been broken in the assisted living section for a few weeks and 3) My sister had four outlets not working at all. We put in a request for them to be fixed and it took two weeks for them to be fixed. My sister's room has excellent space for her. There is a lot of natural light making it bright and inviting. Harmony is a very clean facility. The food is absolutely delicious! My sister constantly praises the food and staff. The residents at Harmony are very friendly and there is much activity to join in on. Harmony has been an answer to our prayers.

Staff is nice . Some communication mishaps . The first week dad was there he was forgot about didn't know he was there . His laundry took some time to get straight , he still gets other peoples clothes so I can only imagine some of his is missing . Overall we're both happy . The food not so great . Everyone is kind and friendly , very clean and homey comfortable . Transition is rough but it's getting better . Happy I chose Harmony.

Nursing staff & aids are very caring & very patient with residents. They have more than enough activities for residents & even provide Bible study & worship services.

They are good with Alzheimers residents; residents with other dementia diagnosis are left out. There has been a major improvement in the food service; I think it's quite good.

The food was not good. Wait time after ordering ranged from 10-40 minutes. Many meals were cold. One male waiter would forget items, say he would bring them, but many times just ignored the requests. Many dishes were not presented in traditional ways and not particularly good. Definitely a 1 rating. Activities were somewhat limited or were opposite choir practice. Bus service for shopping and doctor visits were shakey at best. We lost 3 bus drivers in the 10 months I was there. I enjoyed many of the residents, but we all particularly disliked the meal situation.

Communication with supervisors and administrators can be challenging. Be persistent.

this was our 1st visit to any senior living facility. With that being said, overall, the site is very accommodating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the only thing I would suggest is to put a fence around the property.

Very friendly and consistent, considerate with care. During our walk thru visit the staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. The entrance feels as though you are entering a nice hotel. Does not feel like a "nursing home" but an alternative residence

The staff is very friendly and everyone is helpful! There were a few things we were unsure of and couldn't seem to get answers to like when the cleaning staff was set to come. Also, while this is not a huge deal, the ice machine in the apartment was not working. I brought ice trays and made ice. Between that time and the next time I visited, the maintenance staff came up and said that the ice maker was working, not realizing that I had made the ice Activities are fun and engaging with a wide variety of events. The staff comes to let the residents know what event is going on. The family nights are fun as well. The concierge staff is willing to go out of their way to help out the residents and family members. I would highly recommend Harmony At Harts Run.

The facility is bright, clean, welcoming and does not seem institutional. The dining areas were nice and menus posted had something for everyone. The room we saw was a smallish studio which could use more space. Overall, we thought Harmony would be a good place to stay! Only complaint was on leaving, the marketing tour guide called my husband[Name Removed] instead of[Name Removed]. His name is [Name Removed]

Even though I had arrived without an appointment the staff there was very happy to show me around and provide details on what I was looking for.

Staff spent a good deal of time with us explaining the features of the facility, expenses, and providing a tour. Updates to facility furnishings were in the plans, as the hallways and rooms looked a bit worn. They did not typically provide furnishings for the room, but could be accommodating to needs. Single rooms were available, which was desired.

The facility was new and well equipped. We met with [Name Removed] who was very welcoming and accommodating. The tour was impressive and the staff was all very friendly.

Harmony it Falls Run has been good overall. Lots of social opportunities for the residents and [name removed] likes the food. The cleaning isn't the greatest, but the staff is super nice and generally whatever [name removed] needs is taken care of in a decent amount of time.

For the most part it as advertised. Food is not what was advertised. Some improvements have been made. They still have a way to go to get what we are paying for.
