Has seemed to be a very nice place for our loved one. Great staff, great caring staff. Many activities , good food options could use some more though. Overall great place for our loved one.

We have several new people at Harmony and more keep coming, however, there is steady flow from us to [community name removed] now that they don't require a large buy in. Quality of food isn't what it was early on as we have a different person in the kitchen though food is not bad. People moving complain that there are not enough activities here -- better at [community name removed]. There is plenty here for me and I love our much larger apartments. Very quiet here. Can hear nothing from other apartments or hallway. People very courteous and respectful -- both residents and staff. I am happy here after nearly two months and do not anticipate ever moving.

This was a good community. It felt too upscale for my loved one.

I looked at a lot of places and Harmony at State College was the best one. It's a clean and pleasant space. The only downside is their billing, which has been a bit of an issue. Some things have been sort of a hassle to follow up on, I've been overcharged a few times. They've made sure to work it out. The community is clean and they provide good care. I'm happy that my parents are able to stay together. The meals are just adequate. They're short-staffed in the dining room, but a lack of staff isn't unique to just Harmony. The people are friendly as well. I like that they have a concierge up front, so people cant just walk in and wander about. There's a lot I like about this community; the only downside is (again) the billing issues.

Harmony at Victory Station puts forth an effort. My mom calls the meals they serve "fancy hotel food". It seems like they try to entertain everyone, I saw they setup a festival outside when I came to visit once. They also seem to care a lot and they follow up on everything. My only complaint is that sometimes certain paperwork takes a while to process and doesn't seem to be handled as a priority. I don't believe that's a fault of the community, as it may be related to a different 3rd party they're using. That aspect has been a bit stressful, its taken a bit longer to sort some things out. It's a one-off thing in regards to everything else they offer. Aside from that it really is a wonderful community with engaging and kind staff. My mom has not had any serious complaints and everyone is very friendly. I'm very happy with her being here and I feel comfortable there too.

Harmony is clean with good staff. There are a lot of positives like housekeeping comes in and cleans my mom's apartment once a week. She gets the newspaper and she enjoys eating dinner with friends. She’s easily able to keep in touch with my dad, who’s in their memory care unit. We've had a lot of freedom with the ability to come and see how he's doing as often as we’d like. We previously visited Harmony 6 months prior and when we felt like we needed them, we went ahead and moved them in. I really like what [name removed] is doing in the memory care area, I feel comfortable with her. Harmony was the best fit for us out of the other places we toured. I would recommend them to others and in fact I already have. Another one of our loved ones has moved into a Harmony community located in Virginia.

Community is currently short staffed and they could use more assistance. My loved one is getting everything that she needs but there is a shortage of staff. My loved one loves the meals and is always excited to go down for any meal. We are trying to get my loved one involved more in the activities and there is a lot to do for the residents in the community, we are just trying to help my loved one become more open to it.

I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. The staff knows how to build a community around the community with the residents and the activities are wonderful. The food is really good for the residents. They could use a few more non meat items on the menu. The times we have ate with our loved one the food has been good for us. The community is slightly short staffed.

Harmony at Harbour view is a very nice place. The community is excellent and the staff are all very friendly. I really enjoy living here!

They have done a great job overall, the community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. We do wish the meals were a little more traditional and sometimes have a little more activity but they are doing their best.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was very enjoyable, all of the people were very nice but the location was just a little to far away.

I have no worries about my mother is being well cared for by the staff. The staff are able to keep me in the loop of my loved one's care, and they are very responsive with questions or concerns that I may have. My mom has said that the food has been ok.

We visited several different places, but when we walked in we were really impressed with the cleanliness, it did not look institutional at all and looked more like a resort. The staff were also extremely nice and accommodating. They were always great with communication and addressed questions and concerns. My sister really enjoyed her time here and liked the facility. I would definitely recommend them to others looking, we are hoping she is able to come back once she gets better.

From the first contact that we had, they've been very friendly. Everybody from the director down seems to be engaged. And the care is good. The caretakers are exceptional. They are very patient and loving towards the residents. There are a lot of difficult residents, and they seem to be able to redirect them and calm them down and keep everybody in good spirits. So I really value the caretakers. The food looks good, and the residents seem to happily eat it. They try to keep the residents out of their rooms and involved in activities as much as possible. They even have a guy dedicated to activities, who plays games with them, engages with them, plays music and movies for them. Overall it seems well worth what we're paying here.

Harmony is a newer community so they are working out some kinks and getting their feet under them, but this has been the perfect place for our mother. The reason we chose this community was because our loved one could have her own apartment in memory care. She has her own bedroom, bathroom and a very nice living room. The meals and dining service is good, and we do know they have a lot of activities like bingo, arts an crafts and exercise classes. The staff are great and are really trying their best given the difficult circumstance.

We had a great tour. The facility was brand new and had not even opened yet when we went to see it. The price was also very reasonable, but the location was too far for what they were looking for.

I liked this community because we wanted to put her to independent living instead of assisted. However, my loved one moved into a house for the time and when things change we want to go with this community because we like it and location. This was a great tour experience

The tour with Harmony at Independence was great. The location was the reason we did not go with this facility.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The apartments are larger for the price compared to other communities is the area. It has independent and assisted living in the same building and this is a plus. There are some meals provided in independent living, I wasn't expecting.

I would be nice to have my loved one's room cleaned a little more. It is a clean and new community. My loved one's room is in a good location for them. There are a lot of activities available for the residents to participate in. The food is good.
