We were referred this community from A Place for Mom. The whole experience from start to finish was pleasant. Our senior living advisor found what we were looking for. The woman who took us around at The Crossings really handled things well. She was resourceful and had a warm kind energy about her.I moved my father in and arranged everything and it could not have gone smoother.They seem to offer a very nice array of possibilities for residents. I ate there three times and I thought the food was terrific. We are pleased and my father is doing well.

We are pleased with my father in laws move to this community. He is doing well since his move here, and we know he is being provided with good care. The staff is good here at this community. It has been a good experience overall, and I would recommend this community.

We did not end up going on this tour, as we were so very thrilled with what we found at Heritage Green, having toured there as our first stop. But, I must speak to the kindness of [Removed. I received a voicemail message from him last week and did not get a chance to return his call, as our home was invaded by the flu bug. His message was welcoming and sincere, and he was just as kind when I spoke with him on the phone yesterday when we cancelled our tour. I feel confident that, if we need to seek out other options, Mr. James would be just as eager to help. I truly appreciate his kindness.

This was recommended by a friend whose mom lived there for 5 years and loved it. We have been here for awhile and like it too. Not sure if the chef has changed, but the food is good and the nurses are attentive to mom. Everybody always smiles and speaks. We feel good knowing she is safe.

It is wonderful that the independent living and assisted living are integrated. This means the can transition without another move.

I have not yet been able to visit this community but I have been told by my friend that it is a nice community. The staff have been helpful and the marketing director is very nice. I have not heard any complaints about the food. She has a private room and they keep the community clean. They offer daily activities.

Excellent facility. The units are nice but small. Price is reasonable with lease instead of by in fees.

The facility is new, bright and inviting. The facility offers all options of living from independent to memory care. I heard laughter from residents in the activity area when I walked through the door. The staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked through the facility. The dining room was set beautifully. I watched the staff engaging with the residents in the memory unit.

This place was absolutely beautiful, well thought out and we were quite impressed. Kerri rocked it...she was knowledgeable and knows how to sell her product. I love her "social worker" point of view as well. She's not just a marketer but is very involved in that community! I would give it more stars if you had them!!!

I am very excited for my mother to move into this community. Sandra is the women who helped my love one and I on our tour and she was absolutely fantastic. She gave lots of useful and important information during our visit. The building is also brand new and is beautiful on the inside and out.

[Removed] gave an impressive tour of the model rooms and amenities. She answered all of my questions. She was very professional and not pushy.

One of the things that i really liked about this place was the common areas that they have. They have a beauty salon, a cafe, and a fitness center. Their meals are meant to accommodate the needs of the residents there is a wide variety. The layout of this place suited my mother's needs. It was nice and tidy. Most importantly i felt this would be a secure place for her.

This is a beautiful community, I really wish my mother would have chosen this one. Everything looked great, they really make you feel like your at home. The location of the community is on top of a big hill. Which has breathtaking views. Everybody was very kind and welcoming. I would had been very happy if my mother would had moved here.

I was very impressed with the openness of the facility. It appears very clean, well organized, and is a beautiful facility. The rooms are nice sizes and well cared for.

We liked it so much we are going to place Mom there.

I'am really enjoying my time here at this facility. It is really a wonderful community with kind people. I feel like the staff genuinely care about me and my well being. The residents have been very welcoming, some of them are really funny. All the other places I looked at the rooms were very small. Here at this community I have a nice big room with lots of space. There are really nice activities offered. I'am very pleased with the meals, the food is good and the desserts are amazing. This is a community I would highly recommend.

The Crossings at Columbia staff are very friendly and accommodating. The community does not feel like a facility, it feels like home. It is very clean and well-kept.I am very happy and I have had a wonderful experience with A Place for Mom!

Both my mom and dad live at The Crossings, one in assisted living and one in independent living. Mom and dad are REALLY pleased and happy living there. Nothing compares to living/being at home. When the time comes when a move is necessary, no better place in the Fredericksburg area than at The Crossings.

My parents have only been there a week bit thr process has been smooth and easy. Staff and food have been wonderful. Very pleased so far with The Chamberlin.

My mother moved into The Crossings at Falls Run last month and is very happy there. Her favorite activity is the daily happy hour, where she can enjoy a glass of wine while socializing with friends. The other residents have been very warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Mom has also been very pleased with her apartment and loves the food. The whole experience has been a good one!
