In the beginning, Harmony was an incredibly welcoming place. They were very nice and very helpful and we immediately felt very much a part of their community. But then my loved one was hospitalized, and after her return her needs were beyond the scope of care they could provide and she needed to be moved to a higher level of care. At that time, we really needed them to provide us support but rather the staff's demeanor changed and it became clear they we felt we were no longer a part of their community. They were very kind to work with us financially though. It is a lovely place to be if it is the right fit.

Staff has been very friendly and helpful. I feel my parents are safe at Harmony on the Peninsula even under the quarantine for Covid -19. Residents are very engaged. Under normal circumstances there are lots of opportunities to visit. I like that they have different floor plans to select from. I like the layout of the community.

I loved Harmony and would like to live there now! However, it did not seem a perfect fit for my mother because of its size. Harmony is huge. It has four floors and covers a lot of ground as well. The activity schedule and the menu offerings seemed top notch. The staff was super friendly on our tour and greeted residents by first name. The residents seemed happy and healthy too. My mother would like something smaller and closer to the ground (she's afraid of heights!) but I think this is a five star facility myself

Very impressed. One bedroom actually starts at $4600.00 and goes to $5450.00 based on availability and location and 560 SF is more than Dad has now. Move-in fee $3000.00 ($1500.00 for veterans) and they will hold 45 days with deposit.

The facility was very clean. The staff was friendly and it was inviting. The food looked very appetizing.

My friend is very very happy in his new home at Harmony. Nice people, easy move-in, good activities, resident input, caring staff— who could ask for more?? Thanks for your help finding this great place for him!

We couldn’t be happier with the Harmony Community. From the staff to the residents, everyone made our mom feel welcome when she moved in three months ago. It is a fairly new property, less than three years old, so it appears they are still working out the kinks in logistics and staffing, but the building is beautiful, the location is close to groceries, restaurants, the airport , etc & the on-site amenities, including a hair salon and movie theater are very convenient. I would recommend it to anyone.

My father is currently in this fine facility and undergoing hospice care now. I simply cannot say enough about the care that he has received here. This team has gone well above and beyond our expectations. This facility has rolled out the red carpet for our family as our dad is facing his last days. Anyone going through memory care needs should take a hard look at Harmony at Oakbrooke .

Harmony at Falls Run seems to have the best combination of everything for my mother. The community is very nice, extremely well cared for. It's not brand new like many of the others I toured, but, it is beautifully maintained. The staff was extremely pleasant and inviting. The rooms are exactly what I was looking for and I think my mother would do well here. The pricing is in our range.

Beautiful, huge facility. [Name removed] was great to talk to and very knowledgeable. On site staff is only LPNs. Contract physician and and NP services. Quality place but you definitely pay for it.

The units are upgraded as new tenants move in. Assisted and independent for continuity. Apartments are priced by proximity. Meal plans are flexible and carry over. Located 35 min from Va Beach.

Met [name removed] last week at the Crossings! He's very personable and gave me a great tour of the facility. It's only 2 years old, clean and seems to have everything anyone might need (except no Skilled Nursing but anyone could move easily to [removed] which is a building or 2 down the street!) The Crossings has Independent Living, Asst Living and Memory Care. There are many places to sit and read or people watch, nice places near each elevator on each floor (3). Also 2 big lobby areas to visit in, a great library, additional activity rooms for games, crafts, ping pong, pool table, PT room, etc. I looked at a one bedroom with living area and kitchen in ID area of the buildling. Nice balcony, too, but not in Asst Living area. Overall, this is the best place I looked at so far. I really like it a lot! Not ready yet though, of course.

After one tour of the Crossings at Chantilly we knew this would be a great place for Mom. It is a new facility that is bright, state of the art, well-maintained, with helpful staff and friendly residents. Mom has greatly enjoyed making new friends, and has taken advantage fo the numerous activities and services. Mom continues to be impressed several months after moving in. The food is excellent, and she has access to PT and OT suport services. This will be her forever home!

Lovely place, staff are very nice. Very little room for storage.

I am so happy with this facility. It is very clean, the staff sincerely cares about my mom and all the others. I am very, very comfortable leaving my mom there for the day. Everyone who works there are wonderful. I am so happy this place was found for me. Thanks!!!!

Very pretty nice clean, staff excellent. Independent living, assisted living and Memory care. My mother liked the fact of a lot of activities and space. Good food.

I was impressed with The Crossings and it would be at the top of my choices. My father needs 24 hour care, rehab and is being treated for a foot wound. The healing of his foot wound would have to further along than it is now before he could be accepted at The Crossings. Otherwise, I was impressed with their operation.

I really loved Hanover Crossings. Maybe because it is a newer building, Everything was fresh and bright and cheerful. They had shared and single rooms. Their shared rooms were two separate rooms but they shared the bathroom which was in a little foyer outside of the bedroom doors. They had a 30 day program where you could try out the facility with your family member and you would pay a daily rate for the room. After 30 days you could to extend another 30 days or not. You could ultimately decide you would like your love to stay because it worked out so well. They have skilled nurses at the facility 24hrs. They are located not far from my house.

Clean well run facility. We especially liked the memory care facility. We are hoping that it works out for our parents.
