[name removed] was very informative & helpful. Harmony is very nice: rooms are large, bathrooms extra spacious, with enough closet space - too much in some instances :-) The movie theater, library, and courtyard impressive. Smells coming from kitchen very inviting, mmmm. We had opportunity to speak with a resident just passing thru. Based on conversation with him, our mom would love it at Harmony. The only drawback is cost, Harmony is a little expensive, but quality care cost!! Our decision will be a difficult one

We Love Harmony at Brentwood! This "home" is filled with loving, caring and happy caregivers who have a calling to serve others! Harmony has been an absolute blessing to our family. My mom is happy, feels loved (by both staff and other residents) and is engaged in different activities everyday. At 96, my mom is thriving at Harmony! There are quite a few choices for senior living and we found our perfect fit at Harmony. I almost forgot - Harmony is also very clean, without being medicinal, is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. Yes, I love this place!

We chose Harmony at Reynolds Mountain because of the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the building (some facilities we saw were atrocious) there was no smell in these buildings. Especially during COVID, I couldn't ask for better care. I would want other families to know that everyone here at Harmony will go above and beyond and help you. They are there for the family members, not just the residents. They feel like an extension of my family. The executive director [name removed] is wonderful.

We chose Harmony for my mother because of the pricing, the atmosphere, and the fact that they had different choices of care, going from independent living to assisted living to memory care. The room sizes are good. I have eaten here and the food was great, it was served restaurant style and they have a menu with choices. My favorite part about this community was the overall atmosphere and the great communication from the staff members, it made everyone happier. I would absolutely recommend Harmony at Independence Virginia.

When my husband was there, everyone was lovely. Everything was nice as can be, I was very impressed. It is a fairly new place. The lady I dealt with was very knowledgeable. My husband had a nice room and enjoyed the food. They even did his laundry.

I highly recommend it. The staff was engaged with the patients. The rooms could be locked. The staff paid attention to the residents. They went around talking, dancing, singing, and caring for the patients. They had a patient pass, and were down because he passed. The staff was very caring. My dad passed away and I went to the community to help take care of my mom. I was able to see and feel the love of the staff. They called me because my mom fell. The staff is just lovely people. She ate all the food and it was good. The staff commented on the was she was eating. They even gave her a baby doll because she loved children so much. The hospice and staff were wonderful during the passing of my mother. There are still staff members who call and check on my family and I.

We chose this community because of the location, it was close to our house. The room sizes were great and spacious, perfect for one person. Our favorite part about this community was one specific staff member [name removed], she was my grandmothers nurse. She called after my grandmother had passed away to make sure we were doing okay. I would recommend Harmony at Wescott Plantation.

[name removed] was super and knowledgeable. They do have a studio style apartment that would be perfect and is lovely. Their location is a plus. In my mom's situation I am concerned that the size of the facility will be overwhelming and she would be on the second floor requiring her to use an elevator. They do have 5 levels of care so as long as she did not get to the point of needing a catheter or other type of skilled nursing, this could be her forever home.

My Mom moved in during Covid. [name removed] was absolutely wonderful with all the details during this trying time. My Mom is very happy there. She is being seen by [names removed] from rehab and they are doing excellent work and making a Real difference! Both have such a CanDo attitude. The meals are wonderful according to my Mom. Everyone is friendly. [names removed] are real helps at the front desk.

We chose this community because of the staff, they were not overcrowded, and the care received. He really liked the food, there was more variety and they always had coffee. The room sizes were very nice and large. Our favorite part about it is it looks nice, it looked like a hotel rather than a care home. There were a lot of veterans there and he loved that because he was a veteran himself. On Veterans day, they honored all the former veteran residents. They gave them flags and certificates.

The value was good, the food was really bad. Continued to keep trying a new chef during COVID, but the menu kept getting smaller. Before COVID they had a had bigger menu. Great place for mom. It was newer, the staff was super nice. Would absolutely recommend this to family and friend.

I have been here since December 2019 and love it. The staff are kind and it feels like a family. We have been through so much together this year. The activity director came to visit me every day when we couldn't congregate because of COVID, the dining staff delivered my meals to my room and those girls are the sweetest.

I have encouraged several friends and my sister to move to Harmony at Brentwood. The food is good. The room sizes are very good. I have a one-bedroom with a patio. The staff is helpful. They have a large patio for residents. There is a lot of area to walk your dog. They have lots of parking available.

Gorgeous property and spacious apartments. Very costly in comparison to other places, especially for the 2nd person when they are totally independent.

I met with [name removed]. I really like the facility. Everything is accessed from inside the building. It is only 3 years old. It does look like a hotel from the outside, but it does offer some nice amenities. The pricing is higher than some of the older properties I have visited. They have a third party - PT/OT facility on sight.

The biggest thing this community has offered my family is a safe place for our mom to enjoy living. Her being there has alleviated the stress on our family because we know she is being well taken care of. The staff are wonderful and my mom really likes them as well. The food is wonderful with chef inspired meals. My mom has made a nice little group of friends , too. They offer many activities and encourage the residents to participate. The staff work to motivate the residents to go as well. The communication has been good with newsletters and emails being sent to the families with updates. The community is brand new, so welcoming, feels like " a breath of fresh air, and the management staff are so nice and accommodating. My mom's apartment is spacious with a large bathroom.

My parents live in an independent living apartment in this place. The current director,[name removed], has done an amazing job in keeping the residents safe during the corona pandemic. She is proactive with safety procedures and is good at keeping family members informed as to the few corona cases they have had in both residents and staff. The place is nice, the food is good, the staff are wonderful, caring people, and it is reasonably priced. This is not a luxury place, but if that's what you're looking for, you will easily pay twice the amount.

Harmony At Hope Mills is a good place, based on my limited experience. I like the community layout. The rooms are laid out in a circle. In the center there is a secured outdoor space, where they can go outside safely. The food seems pretty good and they get a lot of it.

The Harmony Collection is a very caring community. They seem to take a one on one approach with all of their residents. They take good care of my dad. I chose this community because is was new and they had availability on the first floor, which was important to us. We looked at other communities but they didn't have availability on the first floor. The food is good and they offer a variety. Overall, we have been pleased.
