The staff is great. They are very helpful and have fixed any issues very quickly. They get to know the residents and families and make an effort to make the residence feel comfortable. They have lots of activities and my loved one really likes that. We would like to see more activities in the evening. I would highly recommend this community

If I could give The Harmony Collection more than a 5, I would. The staff members were amazing from day 1, angels on earth. They were wonderful to my father in law and our whole family. They were truly empathetic and caring and went above and beyond they made the whole experience great . The facility was beautiful and clean and it was a great value for the money. I would absolutely recommend them.

My mom has a big living space, she loves the food and thinks it's great. You can visit anytime with a mask. and so far so good with Mom. I would recommend this community to others

We chose The Harmony Collection because the space that it offered, the activities, the cleanliness, and just the overall feel of it. Everyone seemed like they were on top of their game. She has a bedroom with a shared bathroom, so it is a little on the smaller side but it does work for her needs. The staff are very attentive and helpful and I would recommend them to others looking.

My mom likes this community very much. The community is very clean and the staff is nice. If you have any questions they will answer or find someone who will. The residence is also very friendly and it has a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We are very pleased with the care and concern of the Harmony staff. They are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The facility is always clean and pleasant for clients and families. The meals are always delicious which is usually a major concern for both the clients and families. Many social and other activities are provided that make a more joyful home atmosphere for the clients. We searched many facilities before we selected Harmony. We are thankful we selected Harmony and would recommend to other families searching for a great place for their loved ones.

We chose Harmony at Independence because of the location, the activities that they provided, and the value for the money. The apartment sizes here vary, they have options depending on what you need. They do also have 3 types of care independent, assisted, and memory care. During covid, they have been really cautious and have had minimal cases. I was happy with how they have handled the whole situation and I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

The people at this community are fabulous, they are very helpful. They really do take care of everyone there and through this COVID thing they have just been exceptional. The cleanliness of the community is excellent. The meals and dining service is absolutely excellent and we would recommend this community to others.

This is a great place and brings your money. It is expensive but we are happy with the community. rooms sizes are nice our 1 bedroom is 800 sq ft, The food is getting better and they have a great variety. They also take suggestions. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Harmony at Hope Mills because we were impressed with the tour. The room sizes here are pretty good sized. Our loved one seems to like the food that they serve. The best part about the community is having the peace of mind that he is being taken care of and we do not have to worry about it anymore. I would recommend.

I truly wish there were more stars on this rating chart. If there were more stars I would give this special place, Harmony at Harbour View as many stars as possible. The entire staff has been such a blessing to my whole family. It isn't easy making decisions about the welfare of the most important people in your lives, your mom and dad. Harmony helped to make it easy by providing a beautiful apartment, great amenities and best of all, a caring staff. The marketing folks bent over backwards to accommodate my folks needs and I look forward to visiting and spending time with not only Nannie and Papa but the folks that work here. BRAVO! and have the popcorn ready...movie night's are gonna be awesome!

I would highly recommend it. My best friend recently had her loved one move into this community, and we both love it for our loved ones. The community is on the newer side, and it is beautiful. They have several activities, and my loved on participates in the happy hour, that occurs three times a week.

I would recommend this community. The staff are willing to help and are friendly. They are fair at communicating, and I have to ask for everything about my loved one. The room is good, and I had to provide all the furniture for my loved one's room.

It is a great place. My loved one really enjoys it. They take care of my loved one. There is a hospital right across the street in case the residents need assistance. The have a covered patio with bench seats with lots of walking paths. They have a sister community that will be opening soon. I've had the food and it is really good.

Harmony at Greensboro was a brand new community when we went to go look at it, and our loved one had a dog that he needed to bring with him and this community allowed pet. That was one thing that really stood out to us. Some activities this community offers is movie nights, yoga, arts and crafts and they even bring in musicians for live entertainment. The rooms were larger than other rooms we had previously looked at.

My loved in was only there for about a month. This community really did lots of activities, to help entertain the residents. The community really cared for my loved one. The food was good. I really enjoyed going to the community. The first day I went to visit, the community was taking pictures of residents on the memory care floor with hats on and getting them to smile and laugh.
