The community is nice and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is not plain food and is more on the imaginative side.. The way it is served is not appetizing. I wouldn't change a thing about the community.

The reason we chose Harmony at Oakbrooke was because of the location for family, we grew up in the area and are very familiar with it and also we knew someone who was in the facility previously. They were very good with communication since we were not able to get in due to covid. It was very clean, reasonably priced place and they had great staff. It is a great place and I would recommend them.

It's definitely the place you should choose. It's a beautiful facility, and it's newer. The staff, the nurses, even the people that live there are all very nice and friendly . My loved one has already made new friends. We're absolutely in love with it. It wasn't our first choice. My family actually wanted somewhere closer to my other siblings, but as it turns out, we're all happy and feel like it was meant to be. It was the best choice, and it just worked out for some reason for his benefit. My loved one is extremely happy there. He raves about how good the food is and is always telling me what meals he's had. And he's been a picky eater most of his life. They have two fitness centers, one on his floor and a larger one one the main floor, and he's doing physical therapy and exercises three days a week. All the places we looked at were very comparable for the services we've needed. And Harmony has done an excellent job with any concern or need we've had. So I think we're definitely getting what we're paying for. It's a great location, near medical facilities like doctor's offices and a hospital, and we've already found a physician nearby who actually comes out to the facility to see our love done. That has been huge for us. He's been completely reevaluated and is taking less medication than he was before, yet he's in better health than he's been in a long time. And having them manage his medications has been a godsend and a blessing.

We chose The Harmony Collection at Hanover because my mom had been on a tour of it years ago and she knows a lot of people there. It was also the best value that we found in area. She has a room that is about 450 square feet and she is very happy with it, it has a kitchenette and a very large bathroom. I have been very pleased, they evaluated her when she moved in and took her off of a bunch of medication and that has been really helpful. I would definitely recommend to other families who are looking.

We chose Harmony because of the location of the facility and it was newer than some of the others that we narrowed it down to. She also was able to get an apartment on the first floor. The apartment sizes are perfect size for what she needs, she loves it. She is not thrilled about the food, she said it tastes like they use the similar seasoning in every meat so it tastes the same. The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to get to know her and make sure she is doing ok. They check in on her and call me which is very nice. I would recommend to others looking and already have.

The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. They are very helpful for the family and communication is good between the staff and our family. The community is very neat and clean. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We toured this community and it is beautiful. The tour was very nice and the staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. The only downside is that they only served 1 meal a day in independent living

This was my first tour in the selection process, and it was also a virtual tour. I actually got a lot out of the virtual tour, which I didn’t think I would. You still get more in person, but I think they did a good job giving as much information as possible in the virtual tour. They were very helpful. I think got a good flair for what the place was like. And I really liked them, mostly because of the people there.

Very impressed. Greeted by staff upon arrival, masked and temperature checked. [name removed] welcomed me, we sat and discussed my parents needs/wants, then the tour. Attention to detail. Staff interaction with residents. Residents didn’t seem “surprised” that a staff was speaking to them. Felt safe and secure yet open. Independent living with very nice large apartments. And Assistance, if needed, is right down the hall. I felt very comfortable at The Harmony.

We toured this community and the facility is top notch. The tour was great and the staff was very friendly. The pricing was on the higher side so it didnt fit our needs.

I would recommend Harmony. They're always watching out for you and making sure everything is okay. Our apartment is very good, very adequate. There's a number of stores close by, so if we need to go out for anything, we can get whatever we need. The food is very good. They have a good variety, a good selection. Interaction with the other residents has been okay. Those who are able to get out and associate are very friendly. We've had no problem with the staff or the nurses. If we need anything, all we have to do is ask.

We chose Harmony at Victory station because of the location and it was newer and they had plenty of room. The room sizes here are average sized rooms. I cannot think of any negatives about the community, but everything I have seen has been during the pandemic. They did a good job during covid and I am excited to see how the facility is in the real world. I would recommend to others looking.

It is a nice community. One of the directors was very kind and felt comfortable talking to about my loved one. Overall the community had very kind staff. The food was often the same choices, and not as tasty for my loved one.

The apts are well laid out, easily accessible, have a great view, and are beautiful. The clinical staff works very well together, and communicates with family, and keeps us updated. They have gone above and beyond to resolve any issues and to communicate with me. I would recommend this community to others.

Nice community and the staff were friendly. The pricing was too high and it didn't fit our needs.

The staff are so involved in the residents' lives and care. We were able to move our loved one from independent living to memory care when needed. The staff was always keeping us updated on our loved one's care. They have one wing for individuals that are truly independent.

This is a very warm, caring, and knowledgeable community. I've been very satisfied. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. The food is pretty good. Any complaints about the food are rare and minor. I've seen my loved one in the community room singing and dancing, or sitting on a bench having a personal conversation with the staff, not medical/care related. They offer a good variety of activities, she's just not one to participate much. But they do make an effort to try to encourage her to participate. I think the value is good, it's just a sticker shock. They aren't the most expensive, but by no means the least expensive either. But the staff is very caring. They always greet me when I come in, and they're very easy to talk to when I call. They take the time to give that individualized attention to my loved one. Also the room is really nice.

It is a very nice community. The outside is beautiful, great location with great rooms. Easy to get to with shopping centers close to the community. Overall it is a good community. The communication is good with the staff.

Wonderful tour and follow up! Facility is bright and clean. [name removed] is beyond helpful and very enthusiastic. This is our top choice!
