Great facilities and room designs. The furniture and storage spaces in the room were outstanding. All staff were great and patrons busy with activities. Great dining room and excellent menus with highly nutritious choices.

Absolutely impressed with everything! [name removed]was very personable, professional, and extremely understanding of my family and mother’s situation. Facility was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall very positive experience!

I would tell folks that this is a great community and i would recommend this community to others based on my experience. I think this community would be a great place to live.

My only issue was that you had to purchase furniture that went into the room. Other than that the community was really good and I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us. They also followed up with and made sure all our questions were answered.

*Update* We toured this facility along with 3 others on the list. Harmony was a real stand-out! The facility is clean and spacious. We like that the level of care provided can transition from independent to more in-depth nursing care. During the tour, several residents stopped to tell us how much they love Harmony and [name removed], the director. She knew each resident we spoke to by their first name, gave hugs, and was engaging with them. Harmony seems to be the best fit for our parents. So far the front-runner in our search. [name removed] was really nice, lots of information. Seems as though this place has everything we are looking for. Scheduling a tour asap.

I would like to see them improve their responsiveness. The management has a bit of a problem communicating well with the families. But their memory care is outstanding. The lady who runs it is very well qualified and very responsive to family requests. And the residents there seem to be very happy. Their activities are great on the memory care side as well. They have a lot of options and keep the residents busy.

Great place. New, nice facilities, really flexible even if mom needs support while in independent living.

This is the best I have found. It is clean and friendly. The residents were having fun and laughing during my visit. I was impressed during my tour. The food appears to look like more of cafeteria style meals; however, I have not tasted it.

They're excellent, except for the price and the food. My loved one and the other residents don't care for the food. A lot of it is pretty dry. I also think they need more activities. So far the value has been excellent, but there's a cost increase coming up, and I don't know if we're going to be able to afford it going forward. The staff is excellent. You can't ask for better. They're very friendly and helpful. Anything you ask, they'll do. It's very clean, including the public bathrooms. And they keep my loved one's place very clean.

Toured Harmony and really liked the facility, this was our second choice.

Facility was clean and modern; residents appeared happy. Lots of activity. Memory care was very nice and had dedicated outdoor space for residents.

I feel like the atmosphere is very positive. You walk in, and the hallways are wide. It's more like a nice hotel and not like a facility. I viewed six different memory care facilities, and I chose Harmony because of its overall appearance and the kind staff. They're very kind to the residents and are good at redirecting them with dementia-related challenges, including when they try to escape. They've managed medications well. I haven't tried the food, but I've been there when meals were served. It looked a little overcooked. There was a variety of things on the plate, so there were small portions of everything but an adequate amount of food overall. They're receptive to pets, and that meant a lot to my loved one. I think the pricing is fair, and I would recommend this community to others. Overall, I don't think I could have chosen a better place.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The friendly staff and everything is brand new, and they are accommodating stands out to me. The community is working on creating a menu for vegetarians.

The community is good. The staff and cleanliness has made the experience for us a good one. The communication with the staff is good with the families. There is nothing I would change about the community so far.

I would definitely tell others that if they have loved ones who need something like this to check it out. The staff is sweet and helpful to my loved one. They are very accommodating. The menus look delicious and the food smells good when you walk in

The tour was really good, the facilities are wonderful and all the residents I encountered appeared very happy to be there.
