Harmony Senior Services

There are different levels of care available for your loved one at Harmony at Martinsburg. My loved one doesn’t care for the food. We are pretty happy with our experience overall here.

I chose Harmony because of all of the services that they offer here. The apartment is a great size and has a full kitchen so I am still able to cook which was important to me. hHey have a lot of activities provided for residents, something is always going on. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I'm enjoying The Harmony Collection. It's a very nice place to live, with good service. The price is a little high, but other than that, there's nothing wrong with it. It's very comfortable, the people are very friendly, and you feel safe here. We have a two-bedroom two-bath apartment, and once a week the cleaning service comes in and cleans. Some of the activities like Bingo I'm not as interested in, but they have plenty of other things that l like.

This was a good community they just did not work for what we were looking for. The other community was more convenient for what I was looking for.

We chose Harmony at Reynolds because it was the most attractive, clean, and pretty facility. We met with the sales person [name removed] and she was amazing. T[name removed] at the front desk is super sweet and does what she can. All of the ladies in the cafeteria are awesome and personable. I love her apartment size, the bathroom especially is a great size and the kitchen is to die for. I wish they had easier card games for residents to play, my mother in law is really missing that from her previous facility. I would absolutely recommend them without a doubt.

The community is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and super adequate. The care that my mother is receiving is wonderful. However, I feel that there was a bit a bait and switch when it comes to the financials and we are not happy with this.

Harmony at Independence was very nice. They were friendly, but not quite as friendly as the place we chose. And they were also a good bit higher in cost for Mom, who is very tight on her dollars.

We chose The Crossings because the marketing person actually knew my sister who is now a resident there. I also spoke with the administrator there and she was very easy to work with. The room sizes at the facility are very adequate for her needs. The staff are very accommodating and communicative. They have tons of activities provided here and the staff help to get everyone involved. They do have a lot of levels of care and they really try to work with your loved ones needs. I would definitely recommend them to families looking.

I really liked the facility and they had a lot to offer. They even have a bar where they do happy hours. But it was just too expensive for what I was looking for.

This is a nice community. The staff are very pleasant. This community is a little more costly. They have activities and get together with the activities to paint and draw. They also have the petting zoo come there and the residents love this and more for the residents to do.

This was a good place. Not the right fit for my loved one.

Harmony is a beautiful facility, very clean and nice. We were looking for more freedoms for my mother to come and go as she pleased.

It's a wonderful place. Right from the start, they were very helpful and very friendly. They were very talkative about what they have to offer. The initial impression was amazing, and everything since that day has been what they said. There have been no surprises. Everybody is great. My loved one was very welcomed by everyone she came across there, including the residents. They were all very friendly and said hi, and they were excited for her to move in. My love loved one tends to be a very picky eater and has some stomach issues, but she's doing great with the food. I've been pleased with all the activities I see, and she has many that she likes to go to each week. She likes it there a lot and feels very comfortable. She feels it's the right place for her to be at this time in her life. It's a great place, and every one of the residents we've talked to says the same.

I would recommend it very much. My loved one came here from a different community, and from what I understand, several residents and aides have come to Harmony at West Shore from there as well. As far as I know, my aunt is very happy. She says they're right on time with her medications. She says the food is really good. Her only complaint is they put white icing on chocolate cake, and she would prefer chocolate icing. But their food is so good. When you walk in the lobby, they always have a board that that says the soup of the day, and you can smell it right when you walk in. It smells so good! We love the staff here as well. They're very willing to work with you.

It's been a wonderful experience. When you step on the campus, you get a happy feeling. The people who live there are happy, which tells the tale. The staff is very accommodating and very caring. They're very helpful, and any of my loved one's needs are attended to immediately. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. Activities have been a little limited due to Covid, but I've been really pleased that they're doing what they can with activities.

This is a good community for your loved one and probably better than most. They have activities with a lot of things for everyone's interest. They try to think of things that everyone will like in the community.

We chose Harmony at Southridge because they are closest to me and I am the main caregiver so that was important. The room sizes here are very good, she is in a studio and it is plenty for her needs. To me if you have issues you need to speak up so that they can be corrected. Anytime I have a question or issue it has been quickly addressed. They do have activities throughout the day for the residents which is very nice.

It was a very nice tour and a nice community. It was just too big for my loved one to get around from area to area. That was the only thing that made it not work out for us.
