Harmony Senior Services

This has been a wonderful experience at this community and everyone seems to be very friendly here. They have activities like bingo and cocktail hour and more for the residents to do.

We chose Harmony at Morgantown because they have a memory care side available and we knew that is something we were going to need down the road. The staff here are definitely personable and the director knows all of the residents by name and knows their interests as well, she is very involved. The room sizes in the memory care unit are comparable to studio apartments. We would recommend the facility to others.

This community was wonderful we were so glad to be looking at such a good community there was just a feeling at another community that worked better for my loved one.

We chose Harmony at Bellevue because of the value for the cost as well as the amenities that are offered at the facility. They have convenient necessities for the residents. Apartment sizes are great. It has been a good experience and we would recommend them.

This was a beautiful community was too large for my loved one.

I always felt like they were very good with the families in addition to the residents who are here. For example when we were having my mother transferred here I wanted to be there but I was busy with work. I called them and asked if there was a private place for me to jump on some zoom calls that I had and the marketing director put me up in one of their model rooms and they were just super accommodating so that I could be there and help her get settled. The facility itself is beautiful and very nicely decorated and it looks classy. They treat all of their residents with a lot of respect and dignity. They have some really good intellectually stimulating activities and outings. I would recommend them to other families who are looking.

My mother chose Harmony at Bellevue because she has her own very nice set up. She has a full kitchen, loving room, separate bedroom, and a big bathroom. They told her they were there in case she ever needed anything which made her feel good. There is a button she pushes every morning when she wakes up and if she does not push it, they call around 10 to check in on her. They have an emergency button as well if she ever needs to use it. They have a beauty shop available, nurse practitioners if they need them, transportation for fun activities, etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility itself is very clean and the food is great. I have no complaints at all, I would absolutely recommend them. I am very pleased and feel lucky to have found them.

I think it's a great place. What's worked best for us what my loved one needed to move up a level of care and it was all right there and that made things easier for us all. They provide a lot of activities. There is always something going on.

We really like everything about this community, the nursing staff and the director [name removed] really helped us during a difficult and getting our loved one adjusted. All of the staff are so friendly, the community is clean and it just has a good atmosphere it does not feel like your typical nursing home. Our loved one does not always participate the activities, but we appreciate that they have plenty of things to do there for residents to take advantage of.

The staff is understaffed in the kitchen. That seems to be the only issue. We have to wait sometimes for over a hour for a meal. The staff that shows up is fine but the days they are short, is the opposite. They are very friendly here and lots of activities here. There are a lot of common areas for be more social. They have a library, and a game room, as well as a pub and theater. Lots to do.

This community would have been my first choice but my loved one felt that it was too large to get around in. The tour was good and they gave me all info I needed.

Harmony at West Shore is just amazing. It was by far the nicest facility that we looked into. The staff here are wonderful. The food is so good, it smells amazing when you walk in and my mom really loves the meals. They were definitely more reasnonly priced than some of the other ones we saw, especially for what they offer. They have tons activities provided and she is always busy. Everything is updated and the facility is brand new. They have physically therapy on site which is very helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

The community is very clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have gotten to know our family pretty quickly, and our loved one seems to be enjoying living independently. His apartment is two bedrooms that is spacious and really well laid out. Our father in law enjoys the meals overall - some are better then others but we do understand cooking for a crowd can be difficult to please everyone. They offer a wide variety of opportunities and activities for the residents to get involved, he is really enjoying the weekly Sunday service held by a local church.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked Harmony, it is a nice community. The staff knew all the residents very well, but due to our loved ones advanced dementia we wanted a community that solely focused on memory care.

We chose Harmony at Five Forks because the location was very convenient for us. Also the atmosphere is amazing, when you walk in you feel like you are walking into an upscale apartment complex and not a nursing home. The residents were all very happy and social. Going through the hallways it is bright and clean and the staff all seemed super friendly and accommodating. Even during the hard time of staffing, they have just been phenomenal. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a place.

This community was just too big for my loved one. It was very nice and brand new but I knew it would take my loved one a long time to get around and that she may get lost around the community. The tour was basic and I was able to get all of the information that I needed.

This community was my second choice. This was a fabulous community but my loved one is very quiet and would not have used all of the benefits that they had. And for the higher cost with more to do it wasn't worth it due to him not using it. This community would have been to overwhelming.

Great place, great people. They take care of your loved one.

Our family had a wonderful experience, we absolutely loved every single one of the nurses at The Harmony Collection. We could not of picked a better place for our loved one, there was not one red flag and not one thing to complain about. The staff and all the nurses and management were so compassionate and kind. The head nurse could not of been better, when our loved one fell and ended up in the hospital, before she was transferred to a hospice home (which was beautiful) actually came to the hospital to check on our mother. When our loved one passed, after the funeral they showed such genuine compassionate and love towards our family. They had wonderful patience with her during the [days removed] she was at The Harmony Collection. Our mother was happy, thriving and well cared for.

The Harmony at State College really worked out for our family, we just felt at ease here. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness stood out to us right away and the location. The activities we have seen, looked really fun and overall the community was just set up very well. We would recommend the Harmony to other families.
