My father in law was skeptical at first about moving here and when he actually moved in after just 3 weeks he mentioned to us that this was a great place to be. He is happy here and we would definitely recommend Harmony at Martinsburg to other families.

This community is worth trying and the staff are good and I did not have any problems with them at all. The tour was good and they showed me everything that I needed to see and gave me all of the information that I needed.

We chose Harmony at Mt Juliet because of everything that was covered above in the ratings. The location for us was also great as well. The facility is newer and we thought coming in to a place that was not even a year old would be a good thing. We visited other places that had age to them, but for our needs it worked out perfectly here. Every day there is activities, but I also notice that they do special things like exercise classes and balance classes, things like that that senior need and it really helps them. My father is on the second floor so to go to dinner he has to get to the first floor and that gets him up and moving. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very good experience

If you are in a position where you are looking for somewhere for your loved one to go this is an exceptional facility that will take care of your loved one. They have activities at this community like board games, bingo majohng, music, they have a pub, they also have an outside area that is set up for outside activities. They also have bible study, walking groups, a bus that goes to churches on Sunday and they they also take them shopping once a week. there is a lot for the residents to do to stay busy and active in the community. On the holidays like mothers day and Easter they open up the dinning for guest so that the residents can have their families there.

My parents could not be happier. The staff have been very kind and treated us fantastically every step of the way. They work with you on everything and I just cannot say enough about them. I tell all my friends if they need a place for their parents then this is where they need to go. This is the best decision we have made and we would highly recommend harmony at Greenboro.

My loved one is very happy with activities and meals. They offer nail polishing, trips, and more for the residents to participate in. One reason we choose the community was because of all the activities the community has to offer . We feel like the community has become extended family to my loved one. [Name removed] has been receptive to our concerns and answering our questions. He has been patient and willing to visit with all the family members that care for our loved one. He will send pictures of my loved one doing activities. All the staff are great! This has been very a life giving opportunity for my loved one as there are others around my loved one. The community is very clean and safe. Overall I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. A friend even recommend the community to us after having their loved one in Harmony.

This was our second pick for our loved one. For all that my loved one needed I felt like she would have been too confined in this community for where she is currently in her condition. SHe was just not ready for this level of care at the time but we are still considering this community for future use.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice tour experience but we just did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling like we did at other communities in the area.

I left the decision up to my loved one and this is the facility that he chose. I think he liked it most because the location was closer to me. It was also my top choice as well. As soon as we walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and still is to this day. I would definitely recommend Harmony at Hope Mills to others looking.

We went with Harmony at Hershey mostly because of the convenience of the location and the newness of the facility and how clean it was. It is also very well laid out. What has stuck out most to us is the staff, they are always willing to help out and listen to questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them other families looking.

The activities director is really great. I thought [name removed], the gal who helped introduce us to the facility was amazing. She really guided us every step of the way and was always available and responsive to any questions that we had. I would recommend Harmony at Brentwood to others looking.

Harmony at Greensboro is a great place. The residents and the staff are all very friendly, that is the best part about the facility and they really make the place. When I was touring people were coming up to introduce themselves and they were from all over the country. I got one of the one bedroom apartments with a sun-room and I have managed to get most of my things set up. I am getting used to having a smaller space since I downsized from a house. My apartment has a full kitchen and I have a washer and dryer as well. Overall it is a very nice place and I would recommend to others looking.

This community was wonderful all good but some of the disabilities that my loved one had did not work with this community.

Harmony at Hope Mills was our 1st choice and seemed like the highest quality facility out of the ones that we visited. They actually came to visit my loved one at the VA and we had things all set up for him to go here. From a cooperate aspect there were some issues my loved one had and they were not able to take him because of those. But overall it looked like an extremely nice place to be.

we toured Harmony at Martinsburg and had a good experience and tour. this community would have been great for my loved one because he's a veteran and would receive benefits and have that convenience of visiting the VA office. however, my loved one preferred to be in Hagerstown.

My loved one made great strides at this community. The physical therapist was one of the best that I have seen. At first they seemed short of help but now things are moving smoother and it seems the issues have been corrected. They have activities like live music, bingo, arts and crafts, library, special meals at holidays, work outs and more for the residents to do to have a good time. They also have a salon, transportation to and from dr. appointments and a courtyard for the residents to walk around. The chef here is wonderful and the food is delicious. The decorations are very cheerful and there is always something for them to do here. Family is always welcome and my grandchildren and pets and everyone are welcome.

What really stuck out to us about Harmony at Mt. Juliet was the amount of activities offered, it is much greater than other places that I had looked into for my mom. They do things like games, happy hours, outings, finger nail painting once a week etc. The food is really good and the residents get options to choose from off of a menu. It is like being on vacation on a cruise ship and I would definitely recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was really really nice, the staff seemed extremely welcoming. The community is very clean and it hit a lot of key points we were looking for. However the distance to the elevators was to long and the size was just a little to overwhelming. The room layouts also weren't as nice

My tour with Harmony at Hope Mills was great. The staff were personable and friendly and they did a great job with following up with me after the fact to see if there is anything else we needed. Unfortunately it was about $2,000 over our budget.
