I would let other families know, that they are making an excellent choice when choosing the Chamberlain for the love one because it was the best place for me to find for my friend [name removed] They have helped him with everything he has needed from medical to getting him to the store for groceries. And the pricing is not bad either for all that they include.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of a place for a loved one.

I felt like the staff were always looking for better ways to do things. When any problems called to their attention they reacted quickly and tried to solve it. My husband was in memory care here but he also had some physical problems. They were very attentive to watch for signs that he may need to go to the hospital and they were always great with contacting me right away if they felt there were any concerns. They had a wide range of employees from a whole lot of experience to very little experience. The ones with very little were learning a lot and the ones who had a lot of experience seemed more than willing to help teach them. The environment was very good and they were great with care and treated residents respectfully. They welcomed family members with open arms. I would highly recommend Harmony at Brentwood to others.

Our family had an in person tour and it was an excellent tour experience but due to our loved ones health condition we thought they would have trouble navigating the hallways and elevators

I had an awesome tour experience with The Chamberlin. The facility itself is very cool, it is an old historical hotel. It is kind of smaller but it was really nice. If I could have afforded it, I would have moved in here in a heartbeat.

The staff truly love their work, and they like the director. They're very helpful. It's difficult to get ahold of the head nurse and medical staff on the phone though. But they've all been wonderful with my dad. The food options look great. The facility is wonderful. It's just small enough so that it's not overwhelming. Everything is clean, neat, and nicely decorated. The apartment is spacious for the cost. They have a track to walk on and outdoor space that my dad enjoys. At first I was concerned that it's right on a busy road, but that doesn't seem to bother my dad at all. He likes sitting in the rocking chairs out front.

I am very happy here at Harmony at Kent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is very good, not salty and there are lot of activities, trips to movies and the grocery store. My apartment has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. I also have a living room, bedroom and sun room.

Harmony at Victory Station is a great place to take your loved one. I think overall with the cleanliness and the activities, it's a great place to take your family members. Some of their activities include bingo, happy hour, and field trips. I just think overall they're very good.

This is a very good place to keep your loved one safe. The staff are usually very responsive to the family's questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served, and the residents have choices to choose from at each meal. In the memory care unit; there could be more activities offered for those residents who aren't as far along as others on their journey, to assist with engagement.

It has been a good overall experience. It feels just like home. The maintenance staff is extremely accommodating. The dining room staff will accommodate your dietary needs - If there's anything special that you need or simply something that you want. My loved one had a fall when she first moved in, and when she pulled the emergency cord, the nurse came running to assist her, even though she's only in independent living. So in case of emergency, they are there. Her apartment is fantastic. It's roomy, and she has a balcony space where she can keep her plants.

We chose Harmony at Independence because of the location - it was very close to my fathers previous residence. That made it easier for him to transition since he knew the area well. My sister also lives very close so she is able to take care of the little things. [name removed](one of the welcoming managers) from the moment we stepped in the building all the way up to move in day was extraordinary and very warm and made us feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the facility to other families.

The Harmony Collection at Hanover Assisted Living and Memory Care would be a good place. Another family member is in need of memory care, and her family is looking into Harmony right now. Communication between the community and our family has been fair so far. The move-in process was fast and easy, and the staff were helpful. They have a lot of things to offer, I'm hoping my sister will get involved in the activities. There's plenty of space, and they have a very nice dining area. My loved one has only been there for a few weeks, but I would recommend them to others.

Overall, the facility was friendly and appealing right when you walk through the door. It appears relatively new and very well kept up. It looks good and feels comfortable. The service was very good there, and I was very satisfied with the care my loved one was receiving.

Our mother has been with Harmony at Mt. Juliet for a couple of months now, and all is good. The staff is caring and friendly. The facilities are clean and very nice. (The facility just started its 2nd year, so it is still like new.) We recommend it!

I would tell others this is a good place to go. It is clean, pleasant and a nice community for your loved one. The staff communication is pretty good. The maintenance requests from residents will sometimes get lost in translation from the concierge to the maintenance team. My loved one is satisfied with the meals. There is a good variety of food to choose from. There are three meals a day served in serving in the dining room. It is similar to a restaurant, and there are menus for the residents to order off, and servers to take the requests and deliver the meals.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming - so are the residents. The food is good. In terms of assisted living, folks are able to assist in areas you need and allow you to be independent in other areas where you don't need assistance. We are very pleased with Harmony at Five Forks!

I really like the availability of the medical staff, they take really good care of things and all around the quality of care for those who are impaired or disabled is amazing.

When my loved one moved in to the community my loved one had some health concerns. Since my loved one has been there my loved one has improved in their health concerns. My loved one doesn't need as much care as they once did. All the staff communication is wonderful and they are always expressing the love they have for my loved one. The meals are pretty good, and there is a variety of options for the residents. The three meals are served in the dining room or the residents have the choice of having the meals delivered to their room.
